I came here because it has great reviews. Staff was friendly, especially the woman at the front desk. She knew people by name and was so kind and attentive! However, the nail service I received was not at all what I would expect. This was my first time getting my nails done in 2 years so I was excited to go. The gentleman who did my dip manicure cut my fingers in multiple places. The dip was extremely thick and wonky.. shape was weird. I had a great first time experience at Yeah 1. I was greeted with a smile before I even opened the door. Every person who spoke to me had a smile and was genuinely happy to see every customer, myself included. There were many regular repeat customers getting pedicures and nail service. They very happily took me as a walk in. There was no pressure or upsell, they were very happy to do whatever service I chose. They remembered my name the whole time and the customer service was excellent--attentive and genuine. I had a pedicure and a manicure which were both excellent and fairly priced. The vibe was relaxed and down to earth--almost like a family. Every employee seemed happy to be working at this salon and with each other, and they were so relaxed! It was such a relaxing, chill, environment. They are the first nail salon I've been to who have respected my request not to have my feet messaged with a pedicure. (For medical reasons I'm not supposed to have my feet messaged) At other salons it has been an awkward and sometimes a rude experience with them flat out refusing to agree to my request-even when I've agreed to pay full price for the service. When I left they greeted me by name and thanked me for my patronage. The only draw back was the interior and equipment, which are older, but clean. I stopped here on a Friday because I saw on Yelp they had good ratings & I was close. When I walked in they were not that busy. I picked out my gel color cat eye & was immediately seated in a pedicure chair. I have to say they have probably the biggest selection of colors to choose from than any salon I have ever been to. They give you a menu & say drinks are on us. I chose the best pedicure & not the cheapest manicure but the 1 above it. My nails were uneven in length from breaking 1/2 long 1/2 short so they convinced me dip would be best & I was in the best hands. Nana did my nails. She is OCD and very meticulous so this process was time consuming but in the end my nails looked amazing. Mona Lisa did my pedicure and it felt so good she really gives a deep massage if that's what you like. The inside of the salon seemed like they were in the process of slowly revamping it, but it was still comfortable. I'm not sure if she was the owner or the manager but she made sure everyone left happy. If I had one yikes it was the price , but then again Nana did make my nails amazing & I was told they would last 5-6 weeks so we will see. I got a manicure at this spot yesterday! We called morning of to make 4 appts and it was easy to get all of us in. My nieces each had the Princess, which consisted of a manicure and pedicure. They had a BLAST. The staff worked with children so well! My sister and I each got a pedicure and our nails look great. They do a nice treatment on the lower leg with even the basic pedicure, which ended up costing $33 even though the menu said $28. The salon is clean and well maintained. First & Foremost I haven't gotten my nails done in over a year and haven't really wanted to bc of a bad experience with a place I used to really love. To put it into perspective the woman who was at the front desk, whom I believe is the owner literally played with my son and even helped me give him his bottle when he dropped it (she also washed it for me!) and helped keep him entertained so we could all get a lil pampering as a family. I asked her which design would be best on which nail and she said it didn't matter, which didn't make me feel great about the quality of service. The design was incredibly off/bumpy, and unclear, seen in the pictures. The refrence photo is there too. I paid $133 in total, $85 for my nails. for that price... id expect much higher quality, at least consistent lines. First of all, they got me in day of which was amazing. Second, amazing customer service from everyone that helped me. I wanted to get 3d nail art for the first time and expressed that it's for the eclipse event coming up. Show them a few photos of other eclipse nail art that I like when they asked. Throughout my time there, she checked in numerous times calling me by name each time. Kenny was my tech and he was outstanding. Will definitely request him again. He was very patient while I went back and forth on colors. Finally I decided to go with the color in the pic I showed him. I asked for ombré and chrome. I had him add a little extra sparkle once I saw the color on. I wanted to treat my friend to a relaxing mani/pedi for her birthday but was overall disappointed with the quality and service. We called ahead of time to schedule an appointment for a full set manicure and a pedicure. This place seemed to be able do nail art and has good reviews so we decided to give it a try. We asked on the phone if the 10% new clients was still available and if they do nail art, we were told yes. We asked three times what the price would be for each of our sets, (I wanted no chip acrylic, my friend wanted dip powder) and they would not tell us over the phone what the price would be. My technician was running late to an appointment and absolutely rushed my manicure. He ignored my cuticles and my set looks sloppy, bumpy, thick and like they've been grown out. I was offered AFTER the technician left to cut my cuticles but the set looks absolutely horrible. I was in shock that the technician would feel comfortable with this work. Why would they take a client if they had to leave in a rush? We paid for a deluxe pedicure and we both did not get any heavy scrubbing which was included. We both still have calluses on our feet. My friend wanted some fun nail art and the receptionist told us they would be able to but none of the technicians seemed to be comfortable with it. She ended up getting a different design than she originally wanted but her cuticles were also not done. One of her nails is not straight. Truly disappointing. When we were charged for the service I asked if it included the 10% off a new client and we were told that is only for students. My friend IS a student but we were still not able to get the discount. I struggle giving this salon only 3 stars because I do truly like the salon and the nail techs that work there!! I've been a handful of times for gel manicures, dip, and pedicures and I've never really had any issues. I got a gel manicure yesterday and the woman who did my nails was so sweet. The color was shrinking and wasn't sticking well to my nails initially and she took the time to make it right (even without me having to ask). However, my poor pinky got pretty beat up when she was buffing off the polish to fix it. It really hurts today and I'm hoping it'll clear up on its own and not get infected :( I will be back because I feel like this was a one off experience but hopefully next time things go a little smoother! read more

I came here on a Wednesday around 4pm it was busy! I got a mani pedi for $63 which was a good price. I did have to get the pedi first then the mani which was a bummer because it took so long but they did an amazing job! My nail tech gave me one of the best massages I've ever had when she did my pedi. I was so relaxed and they even offer drinks. Alcoholic drinks as well as non alcoholic which was nice. The facility and restrooms were very clean. They practiced social distancing and I felt very safe. Parking is plentiful so you wont have to worry about that. The nail shop is located in a shopping plaza but its pretty easy to find. Overall I had a great experience. Everyone was incredibly nice and if I'm in the area again I'll definitely stop by! read more
