I experienced repeated lifting and durability problems across multiple visits despite giving the salon several opportunities to correct the issue. While staff were courteous and attempted to address concerns, the results were inconsistent and did not justify the price I paid. One additional concern I had was that I felt uncomfortable with repeated reminders about tipping during some of my visits. I had a great experience at Lush. The shop is in a strip mall and the inside decor is very pretty, they even have a bar! I took my daughter in for her nails to get done for graduation They did a wonderful job on her requested nails with design. I got a manicure with Lucy and she was great. Usually, nail bars will quote you a certain price and then when you are ready to pay, they have added on way more than you were told. Lush quoted me the same exact price I ended up paying. The transparency was greatly appreciated! My nails were also AMAZING! Alice spent so much time on them, and she made sure to thin them out so that they looked elegant and natural. Came in from out of town for my sisters bachelorette, we got pedicures and manicures. The bride was extremely happy with her wedding nails, and said the pedicure made her feet feel so soft. All the staff were very friendly and listened to our specific requests and were willing to change things based off of what we wanted. Great attention to detail. Tried the nail salon on a whim with a friend of mine and it was a big mistake!! I initially wanted gel French tip manicure but the lady who was helping me insisted of doing dip because it would be easier for her. I also asked for tips but she also insisted my nails were fine the way they are. On to my friend who got a basic gel manicure which included her nail lady destroying her cuticles to continuously tugging on her arm and tell her how she's not holding up right/ not properly inserting her hand in the lamp. Very aggressive behavior from her for absolutely no reason. Checkout process was just as worse, waiting next to the man ringing me up to see what amount of tip I left you is completely unprofessional for not so great experience we had. We had a very unfortunate and insulting experience at this nail salon today. My mom has MS and although she is mobile, she requires a little bit more time getting comfortable in her chair to get her nails and toes done. Because of this we've been on the hunt for the right nail salon with caring employees to take care of us and this was NOT the place. During our entire visit we could tell the women were laughing at us and inconvenienced by my mom. They also had the nerve to turn to me and ask what's wrong with her. Obviously, they are very unaware that whatever is wrong with THEM and how they treat others is a far worse condition to live with. The only positive interaction we had was with Peter and we really appreciate his service today. As for the rest of the staff we look forward to never visiting your salon again and making sure this is known to others. read more

I love this nail salon!! It's a little secret gem. It's perfectly sized so you don't feel like you're jammed in with a ton of people. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Stella is so sweet and love how she did my best friends nexgen. Sophia did my pedicure and gave me a really relaxing massage. Perfect for couples and for small groups of friends. OK, so I hardly ever write reviews, much less negative reviews, and I had a bad experience sure, but I STILL wasn't going to write a review UNTIL my gel nails started CHIPPING after TWO days and PEELING after THREE days!!! So if this review helps at least one person not spend their hard earned money at this garbage fire of an establishment, it will be well worth it. It was a train wreck from beginning to end. First of all, it SMELLED BAD in there. And not like your typical nail salon bad, but more like moldy mildewy grossness. But I needed to get my nails done for my upcoming trip and I was already there so I figured what the heck and stayed. Granted, that should have been my first and last red flag, so that mistake is on me for not leaving when I had the chance. I told them I wanted a pedicure and a gel manicure. So they sat me down in the pedicure chair and turned on the water and left the room. The bowl was just filling and filling and filling and about half an inch from overflowing, so I got the attention of the guy giving a pedicure to the girl next to me and told him it was about to overflow. So he came over and turned off the water, and then started yelling from across the entire establishment at the manager/front desk (?) lady and the guy who was supposed to be doing my pedicure. So he came over and freaked out that it was about to overflow. And you know what he grabbed to remedy this problem? To scoop out feet water? A freaking ice bucket. Like the kind you would use to ice down a bottle of wine or champagne. So if you ever go there and ACTUALLY get beverage service - BEWARE! Oh yeah that reminds me. Regardless of the fact that there was a bar, and that a beverage was supposed to be included in my service, I was never, not even once offered anything to drink, not even water, from a single person there. I assume the bar is just for show. So anyway, after this guy finishes scooping out water with an ice bucket, (and then placing it back at the bar, mind you) he disappeared again. When he finally got back, he started giving me my pedicure. He chastised me for clipping my toenails before I came in, and I said yeah, that's because I like my nails short and no one ever gets my nails short enough. He just huffed and rolled his eyes. Throughout the pedicure he kept on jerking and slapping my feet if I wasn't holding them high enough or just perfectly for him. But the worst part was his constant need for validation and reassurance. Every other minute he looked at me expectantly and said something like "You like?" "Does this feel good?" "How's this?" "This feels good right?" "You like this color right?" "Do you like this color?" "How's this?" And sure, I get the desire to make sure the customer is satisfied, but dude I literally have my headphones on trying to listen to my audiobook. I can't hold your hand the whole time! How about ask once and then if it doesn't feel good or I don't like the color, I'll let you know. Even worse still is that since I was trying in vain to mind my own business and listen to my book, most of the time I didn't hear what he was asking, so I would ask what? And then he acted so put off and annoyed at having to repeat himself. Finally, he was done with my toes and moved to my gel manicure. They tried to upsell me on a full set of tips at least 6 or 7 times because of course they said my nails were too short too. And once again I was like Yeah. I know. I clipped them before I got here because I don't like seeing the whites of fingernails. It grosses me out. I just want gel. The lady even came over and said that's no good. All the workers, especially Paul, Tiffany, and TT along with everyone are so very welcoming and kind. They make me feel like a valuable customer. They never fail to have a smile and positive attitude, always offer me a beverage of choice and always have small talk with me. I appreciate all their hard work and efforts to make a positive and great experience for the customers. It pays off for sure, ever since my first time visiting I knew it was a wonderful salon. The maintenance of the salon is very good, it both looks and smells fresh, clean and properly sanitized . They have very comfortable chairs and the environment feels very relaxing and safe. They have music playing, televisions with many programs and the pedicure chairs even have massages available for customer use. As for services they offer a variety of options from pedicures, nails, waxing to eyelash and eyebrow services and so much more. I've never felt so happy and accepted as a customer, the service, environment, and quality in both the staff and work done is like no other and very rare. Kim (mama) was the one who did my ultimate pedicure and she didn't disappoint at all. Will be going back to see her. Once again, I went after work as I made an appt & changed it last minute they were able to accommodate me with the change. I got a pedicure from Mama & Tiffani did my nails. The price for basic ombré nex gen like my nails was 55 (pretty normal to other salons tbh) and with 30% off it was only 38! My nail tech did a good job and I'm picky!!!
