I can't say enough times how much I love this place. I came in today as a walk-in - my boyfriend surprised me with putting our toddler down for his nap and insisted on sending me out the door for a mani pedi. I came in and was immediately assisted, the lady up front helping me pick out just the right shade of pink for my toes, and the owner came over. He remembered me from my last visit and even asked me how my boyfriend was doing and where he was (he and I came together last time for pedicures). The service is delightful. The complimentary mimosa is the perfect touch, and I just loveeeeeeeeee the service. I got pink + white nails with my manicure and the Organic Pedicure with a matching pink. An attempt was made... it wasn't a good one. While they were really kind about removing the nails, the nails sucked. i showed the tech the example and she pulled out a really pinky purple color (pictured) which i questioned, but she assured me would look better at the end. It didn't. The painting was even worse, but I do have shaky hands so that's not even top of the list. Every nail pointed in a different direction. I really really wanted to love them, because I can't handle confrontation! I had a very busy day ahead and just wanted to stop by a new place quickly, but left disappointed and having wasted 2 hours of my day. They take you into a cozy little room for the waxing service. The woman who did my wax was absolutely fantastic. Great service, friendly staff, and quality products! I enjoyed my visit here with my sisters when we came here for the first time. It's conveniently located on the north side of shops at Legacy. It closes around 7pm during the week, but the staff was friendly enough to let 3 of us come in for mani/pedi around 6:45! We left around 8pm, but we loved our nails and never felt rushed!! I wanted to wait to write this review until the next day to see how my fingers felt. Highly would not recommend this place which is very frustrating for how expensive it is. I took a girlfriend from out of town to try the chrome nail color (1st time for both of us), and it was not good... we were there for over 3 hours because the two technicians did not know how to do it. After 3 hours the manager had to step in and do both of ours. She one again had to file them down because the girl had done the dip wrong. For $130 a person (no joke) and sitting there for 3+ hours I would expect a discount or an "I'm sorry this is happening." Instead we kept getting "oh aren't they pretty now", and steps she was teaching her techs on how to do the nails. "Oh you can get this on amazon for $15"... then why am I being charged so much when no one knows how to do it!! After it was finished it still wasn't done right, there are bubbles in the nails and missed areas. On top of that the girl kept nicking my fingers with her tool making them bleed. I kept telling her it was hurting and it still kept happening. All she would do is apply pressure (no gloves on ei As we were leaving a lady asked how it was as she was about to enter, and said "is it mediocre today??" Wish we would have met her coming in I will not come back. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you get your nails done with the manager. read more

I normally don't give reviews let alone bad reviews, but i used to like this place. I came in where it was not busy at all. It took them a while to even get me started. Once my pedicure finally got started the lady cut me, and only looked up at me to see if I'd notice. As someone who has worked customer service i don't like to complain but it didn't seem like she cared. She continued on like it didn't happen until i finally start to be vocal after she sprays something that obviously stings an open wound. She apologizes at the very end, but my toe is still bleeding an in pain. Not another concern or even a discount. $110 for dip nails and a bloody foot. First time here and it was a pleasant experience! It is relatively small but very clean and beautiful with lots of color options. We came on a Wednesday evening and there were only 3 technicians working so we spent almost 2 hours there (waiting and getting our nails done). I recently got a gel mani and the gel started to chip away in under a week, which is upsetting :( considering this is NOT a cheap salon lol. So, I'm giving this place 2 stars...more than 1 star because it was clean and they were never busy when I went so I got right in without a wait. The attached photo is from a gel manicure I got to fix an initial gel manicure I got 2 days prior where the nail polish was completely filled with bubbles, uneven textures, and became discolored/yellow-ish just after 2 days. The pics below is of the second manicure I got. The lady didn't listen to me when I nicely asked her if she could make the paint go all the way to the edges of the nail, it seemed as though they wanted to get me in and out as fast as possible because I came back and asked to have them re-done. You can see the top clear coat is so uneven, bubbly, and not well done at all - & this manicure was from 5 days ago!! Not to mention I was charged an additional $25 to come back in and have a very obviously bad manicure redone. I had no wait for the Saturday 9:10 slot. It's clean, tidy & my pedicure lady was very gentle. I can't handle when people "trim my cuticles" or cut too deep/too short. She did neither. I got the collagen treatment WITHOUT the sugar scrub because it irritates my skin. Again, no problem that I wanted to customize it. They added an iridescent glitter topcoat that really wowed up the lavender I chose. For $65 you can get a relaxing mani/pedi. DO get there early or make an appointment. I only got a gel manicure removal, so this review will just be about that! I walked in on a Thursday afternoon with no reservation. When I first looked in through the doors, it looked like there was only one guy working, so I was worried that I would have to wait a long time. However, when I walked in, a lady came out from the back and was able to help me right away. As more customers came, more workers just kept coming out from the back! The lady did a good job removing my gel. It cost $10, which is typical for a gel removal at any nail salon. I was worried that since this place is located at the legacy shops, it would be overpriced... but it's actually not! The interior was clean and the bathroom was clean as well, which I think is important at a salon. read more

I dont know we're I should begin. I was excited about getting my feet done to relax, but it was not relaxing at all. The staff was very friendly. I just had an awkward experience. I thought it was Normal to relax and shut your eyes for a minute while getting your feet done but that was not the case for me. I couldn't close my eyes for one second without the lady tapping me to get up. This went on the whole 2 hours. She did do a good job on my feet they felt super soft afterwards, but my polish chipped 2 hours after getting them done. After spending $50 i wouldnt expect things like this to happen. We assumed that with the French tips, it would likely come out to $55 at most. They ended up charging me $65, and my friend $70 because of "how long" she got hers. To make matters more irritating, both of us were completely dissatisfied with the appearance of our nails. We both asked for such simple designs and got nothing close to what we asked for. I made an appointment especially so I wouldn't have to wait and still had to wait 40 minutes. I asked if I could at least soak off my gels while I waited to save time but was ignored. By the time I was finally seen and waited on, the nail tech was so incredibly rude and rough. She cut me two times with the electric drill/ file near my cuticles. She was rushing from the moment she started til she was done, not taking care or precautions in any way shape or form. I finally had to ask her to stop and use a regular file! Where do I begin? Granted I knew my nails would be taxed due to the location but I was in dire need of a full set. Acrylic. Gel polish. Coffin shape. My usual. I literally just left this salon moments ago, that should tell you how disappointed I am! First I call ahead to get an idea of the cost for the service. I'm told $35 for acrylic, $45 with gel polish ANY shape but $5 more for length. Cool. I initially wanted glow in the dark nails but they literally only had two colors because it wasn't a "popular request". Cool. Understandable. This is the same service I get for $35 LESS at my usual salon. The coffin shape? Is round around the edges when I specifically asked for square. This in itself was an additional charge. That, mind you, I was told before hand I wouldn't be charged for. When it's time to pay the discussion is had amongst 3 people, in their native tongue and non verbally, who are trying to decide what to charge me! Not okay! It should be known! Don't switch up the cost because you've sized me up to see what you think I can afford! Although that may not have been their intention I felt ostracized and it seems they added so much for such a basic request. Granted I know my nails are longer than most but I deeply believe I was overcharged for such mediocre work. Celebrity nails? For who? The D-List? Was I charged for the "free" water that was offered to me as well? And this is irrelevant to the service but they play the same ad over and over and over on their television so I'm guessing they are sponsored or something but this makes for such a poor environment when it should be relaxing and soothing to pamper yourself. We aren't there to buy hair plugs or tai chi videos. I still left a tip. A very small one compared to my usual since they basically charged me $30 more than what I was initially advised. I will tell everyone I can not to go here. It feels like a scam. I was taken advantage of because when it was time to pay all eyes are on me and she played on a calculator on the tablet and whispered my price and when I addressed that this was way more than I was told by her on the phone she began to spew out a list of all my additional charges: Additional charge for water Additional charge for walking in Additional charge for taking a seat Additional charge for breathing while in here Additional charge for things I told you would not cost more. Yeah you will leave feeling like a celebrity. One that just got scammed! Only giving them one star because I can't select 0 as an option. I was holding off writing this review because although I had a horrible experience, the workers were really nice. I had an appointment the day before because I was in a rush and needed to be in and out quickly. When I got there they had me wait 1 hour. The man that was suppose to do my nails are his lunch for at least 45 minutes of that hour and they were getting in people without an appointment within minutes. Once I was sat in a chair, they moved me to 4 different chair because no one knew what was going on. At one point two workers were screaming at each other in a different language (which I couldn't understand but it sounded heated.
