We have been here just four times this year, but the manager, Tina remembers us by name and is so sweet and welcoming. Today I had to walk out. This not the first time I have had a bad experience here but at first it was great so I let it pass. First when i came in and tried to tell the gentleman that my nails were the perfect shape. I just need them shorter. I could see he wasn't paying attention. I let him continue. The shape is awful, too square not even. I will have to reso them myself. He proceed with cuticles. He finishes with the right then starts on the left. I dont want to out my naila back in the water with all that cuticle remove but i just have it above the water line. He tried to make me pu them back in the water. No we already finish with this hand why do i need to put them back in the water. Short massage, rocks. He asks me to wash my hands at the sink I do. I sit back down. He reaches for the rubbing alcohol. "No please dont use that it will dry out my nails I say." I need to get the lotion off. I just washed my hands it will be fine. He goes back, reaches for the rubbing alcohol again. No, I just said I dont want it. After that it got crazy. He was yelling and slamming stuff around. I calmly said. I would like you to stop. Theyl wat you are acting is inappropriate. Eventually another womab came over and then she picks up the rubbing alcohol. My nails are finally getting stronger and able to grow after almost 2 years due to severe anemia. Im just trying to protect them. I was told I didnt have to pay but I shouldnt have been treated that way ever. You cant just yell at people like that. read more

The pedi water was cold the entire time. Stubbed my heel so hard she took a chunk of skin out.. I asked multiple times for specific changes and she said she'd get to it.. she bumped my nails while drying as she was filing and then blamed me and told me not to touch my phone which I didn't have out. Came for a relaxing experience and my first time out since COVID and left with ugly nails and stressed. I can't express enough not to go here. Came to this location with my mom and a friend and we were thinking that due to the area it would be a nice upscale nail salon.WRONG, the woman here were rude and very cold. We all got a pedicure with shellac on our feet so they told us it would be $50 okay that was fine, expecting something fantastic my feet got soaked in semi warm water for 5 minutes,trimmed my toes, painted them, put lotion on and I was done! I was beyond disappointed in this place, I figured with the price we were paying they would have at least given us a nice massage or scrubbed our feet something resembling a pedicure, but no. If I could give this place of business a different rating, it would be in the negative. I won't bore you with long paragraphs, so I'll keep it short. The woman who did my pedi was good. A woman, who seemed to be the boss, kept staring at me while doing someone's mani. Weird. When this woman finished, she began straightening up the place, including my chair, by taking my massage remote and placing it back in the pocket it belonged in...but I'm still sitting in the chair at the time AND using the massage option. Ok, I did say short, so here is the icing on the cake. The woman was the owner, she asked if I could make sure money was on my card to pay before she swiped it AND she yelled at a patron's daughter, who was about 9 years old. I told that woman, Tina, the owner, that she was inappropriate for yelling at a child. She was mad but that girl was very happy for me standing up for her. I think her mom was pretty pleased too. That place sucks. It was my first time and my last. I should have listened to the Yelp reviews about this place when I read them months ago. Is rather pay more. read more

I didn't get any services done so I'm just eating their nasty attitudes. Got a pedicure yesterday but put my shoes on too soon so I missed up one big toe. I also decided I didn't like the design the other salon did so I just needed my two big toes re painted. I walked in about 5:45pm. They close at 7pm. The first rep kept telling me they didn't have time for a pedicure and I tried to explain that I didn't want a pedicure. She didn't get it. She sent another lady up and I said I needed two toes reprinted. She said "I don't have time right now" Obviously I arrived expecting to wait but she didn't even offer that. Finally I asked could I wait and she was just like fine. I wouldn't have wrote this review if within minutes of this exchange a nail tech didn't finish with her client and just chill in her chair. I'm sorry but if you have paying customers wanting service and you claim to be too busy shouldn't you at least pretend to look busy? Basically these people have horrible customer service skills and although this is the closest shop to my hotel I will not be returning (even for emergency fixes). read more

But the ladies were too busy chatting to say hello or to get us to our chairs. The place did not look like it belonged in the area. It was messy and the service was sloppy at best. They rushed through my mani-pedi and it looked like a child would have done a better job. When I politely asked if they could redo one of my nails they seemed so rude. I was so surprised because Shops at Legacy usually has nicer businesses. This was the type of mani pedi you can expect from a dicount stripmall nail place. Not coming back here ever again. This place ripped me off the other day. I went in to get my eyebrows done and a pedicure, and they overcharged me for my eyebrows, which they have never done before. I've been there multiple times to get my eyebrows waxed and it's always been $10 except for the last time I went. It was $15 because the lady said that I "waited to long to get them done and that they were too long and they needed reshaping." I knew this had to be a joke because there is no where on their website that says that it's $15 if your brows are "too long." It only says $10. She didn't even bother to tell me this before she waxed my eyebrows which was another thing that bothered me. At least have the respect to tell me you're going to charge me more. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere to get my brows waxed in the future. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. I absolutely love this salon and the owner, Debbie! I have been coming here since the summer, and I have yet to be disappointed (doubt I ever will!) I've had the honor to have Debbie do my nails for the first time right before Christmas and my life was changed! She was so patient and took her time to make sure my nails were PERFECT - she even stayed well past closing to finish. I got Nexgen Chrome over my VERY long, natural nails and she really took care of them! I went back in today and had to make sure she did my nails. I see why this location only has 3 starts. The lady who did my dip powder/ANC nails could not shape around the cuticle to save her life. I finally ran out of time and had to come back later on the same day to fix it. They didn't take off anything for the inconvenience but at least they fixed it. Will not be back. I got the collagen pedicure. I thought I read that it came with paraffin wax so when it was almost over I asked her about it. She then mentioned it to the manager or owner. She told me the lady noticed my feet were dry so she did the callus remover instead and if I wanted paraffin I would have to pay $5 more. She said it's either or so I thought I read the description wrong. Here is the description...Collagen Pedicure $45 Includes all the benefits of Classic Pedicure, with the addition of Collagen Socks during the entire service, leaving your feet so softer and younger looking, followed by paraffin, hot stone massage, warm towel and finished with polish. Now for $45 callus remover should come with it any way. It does at other salons I've been to for that price and I didn't get the paraffin wax I paid for. I've had better pedicures and the massage was very short..maybe 2 minutes a leg. It's usually longer for that price. It wasn't that relaxing...disappointed. read more

Didn't clip one of my friends nails, didn't work on my cuticles, then charged an extra $5.00 on top of a classic pedicure to file the rough skin (even my friend who didn't even get polish, just a buff). Maybe it was the nail tech I had doing my nails but I really don't think I'll be coming back here. She didn't just file down my nails, she filed down my skin on one of them to the point that I was bleeding. And clipped one of my pinky nails down to the skin. I asked for almond shape and to keep them as short as she could (the almond shape needs more length and I'm cool with that I just like them on the shorter side) They are waaaaay to long and definitely square. And to top it off I paid $50 for everything. At least they look good but they way I see it I paid $50 to bleed and have to get them done again in the next week or two because they are way too long. read more

Went here with a group of my friends after a long week at work to relax. The women were unorganized from the start and then became rude when one of the techs messed up another girls nails who asked for it to be fixed (because she was paying for a service to be done correctly). The nail tech began calling her names in her maiden language and called her stupid telling her it was just the way her nails were shaped. THEN proceed to overcharge for a poorly done service. Don't go here. There are much nicer places in Plano. And to the owners, make sure to do your trash talking when your customers leave instead of doing it where you think they can't understand you. Visted for first time this week, called ahead of time to see if they could fit me in, the lady on the phone advised me to come back in about 30 minutes, arrived and waited about 5 minutes before they could see me. Went for shellac mani with Kim, she was very sweet. At times she was a little rough and I asked her to be a little more gentle which she did . No wine, your feet sit in the water for 2 minutes at most, they do your nails the second you sit down, no relaxation no massage no nothing. By far the worst pedicure of my life. They just want you in and out. Do not know why a horrible place like this is featured at the shops of legacy. Please do not waist time and money here. I'm so upset. Oh and to add! This is probably my second or third time I've stopped in to get my nails done but every single time I leave feeling so disappointed with my nexgen nails. There's indentations on my nails, they're lumpy looking, there are spots that are missing whatever that gloss/sealant is, so my nails get chipped and snag on things. Sorry, but I gotta give this place a 2.5. I rounded down due to the mediocre service. I got a manicure there on Sunday. I walked in, picked my color and sat down. The girl who did my nails literally said nothing the entire time. No how are you, no small talk even, nothing. You could kinda tell she despised her job and didn't want to be there at all. I know you're not really supposed to be chatty during a mani, but I just wish she had seemed a little more friendly or interested. Afterwards she took me to a little hand dryer and didn't say thank you or anything. The hand dryer was only for 4 minutes, and my nails were definitely not dry at that point and got a little messed up.
