Hannah is so attentive to detail, caring, friendly, and chatty, while Be is a bit shy but very sweet and gave me the perfect pedicure. I especially loved the massage! Background: I just moved to Frisco and have been trying the nail salons down Preston. Mary did my nails and Kelly did my pedicure. Kelly timed the massage just to make sure I get every minutes worth. Never going back I walked in and was sat down after 10 or so min I was told , someone will be with you and I'm like why can't they start the soaking process while I wait ? Update: After coming here for a few years I just recently moved back and this place has very rude staff don't know what changed. I was waiting a good few mins even though they were seeing me in the front and a guy walking around doing nothing until two other people came then they decided to seat me. They acted like they never seen a broken nail before because I needed one done. Keep in mind no other customers where coming in the time I got it fixed. They were first laughing and talking to eachother laughing about doing a broken nail.. the fixed nail didn't have the shape I asked for like my other nails & looked horrible chunky and bumpy and while it was drying she kept touching it so I left with a not so smooth nail. To be fair I didn't actually have any services here. My daughter and I walked in and asked if they had time for 2 mani/pedis and they pointed us to the nail color wall. They sat my daughter in a semi- clean pedi station. I was seated at a mani station to wait until they cleaned the pedi chair next to my daughter. It smelled funky to her. Moments later 2 more women walked in for service. I noted that there were 4 employees and now 10 customers. 2 customers were actively being helped, the one next to me was complaining because her nail tech had disappeared. I asked my daughter "what do you think?" Which is when we smiled and stood up to leave. The person in charge said "sit, sit. We are coming to clean the chair off for you." I had a rough start for my first experience here. I called ahead and made an appointment for 4:30 on a Thursday. I sat in the broken massage chair until 4:55 when a man became available to start my pedi. He filled my tub with water and asked me if I wanted a drink (FINALLY! It was so hot in there, and I am 36 weeks pregnant. I guess I figured they'd offer a cool beverage sooner). Then he left and didn't return to start my pedi until 5:10. Massage & Nail Prep: This is where things start to turn around. The man who started my pedi was an amazing masseuse. Best pedi massage I've ever had, and it was in conjunction with my mani shoulder/arm/hand massage. Talk about relaxing. I was like jelly in the chair. Toe Polish: I went with gel French manicured toenails since it'll probably be a while before I make it back to the salon after baby is born. The guy who was going to do my mani ended up doing my toes. His precision was excellent -ery close attention to detail, and he checked to make sure I was satisfied before locking it in with the UV Rays. Nail Polish: I went with the nexgen powder gels for the first time. It was pretty quick & easy to apply (about 15 min) and turned out nicely! Overall: the service was very friendly and not overly talkative, which I prefer. I would say this was a good enough experience to return. (The massages were epic!) I'll just not bother with an appointment since it made no difference, I'll plan on a short wait, and I'll bring my own water. :) read more

This was my favorite nail salon! However, the employees can be rude and even if they don't have enough people they will make you sit down for 30 minutes- hour before you get help. Went in to only get my acrylics taken off. Got there and sat there for 15-20 minutes then my hands were out in a bowl of acetone for 55 minutes. I wish I was exaggerating! The lady was rough with my hands and put them in the bowl so forcefully it splashed up. They didn't tell me when I was finished all they did was ask for their money and asked me to leave. The lady who did my manicure first She asked me why I'm not getting my eyebrows done and looked at me like I have caterpillars as eyebrows and then she said "you need to do deluxe for pedicure, why aren't you?" And I said "my grandma picked it out" and she said "it's only $25 more" and kept going on and on And then she was filing my nails and threw my hand to the pillow. She then proceeded to insult my color of choice and laughed at me. So incredibly rude. Just because you aren't a fan of the color doesn't mean you should make that person feel bad about it and laugh in their face about it. The lady who did my pedicure was great. I think you can always tell how good a place is by how busy they are and on a Tuesday morning there were at least 10 clients getting pedicures when I walked in for my fill. The gentleman who did my pink/white fill was quiet and professional, letting me relax and read my kindle while he worked. My nails were perfect when he was done.
