Brought my daughter for her first salon mani/pedi to celebrate her birthday. The nail techs were friendly and we had good service.

I made a last minute call and they were able to squeeze me and my daughter for a mani/pedi. When we arrived the place was nearly packed, so I was happy we were able to get in. LCS is a nice and comfortable salon with a lot of pedi stations against the walls and mani stations down the middle. As busy as they were that day, my pedi took one hour w/o interruption. The staff are super friendly and ask about your comfort level or if you want something to drink. If ever back in Frisco and in need of a pedi, LCS is who I will call for an appointment. read more

Four weeks and one day later... and my nails from LCS Nails (shoutout to Ben - Trung) are STILL holding strong. I type for a living, work in the field, and these babies survived it all without a single issue. Out of town in Burbank right now ( hate that I have to cheat on LCS) but best believe I'll be running back to LCS the second I'm home because this kind of durability deserves its own standing ovation. read more

I just moved to the area and went for the first time today and it was fabulous. Vivienne did a fantastic job on my nails. They say pricing is changing may 4 so I'm not sure what that means. I do wish I saw the 20% off for new customers that was posted in a yelp photo before I went today though . Definitely planning to come back !! read more

Dip, gel, chrome finish, and nail artwork are all excellent. I've brought in Pinterest Inspo pix and had them recreated beautifully. Text scheduling or by phone but they also do walk ins. I have been a patron here since 2015 (formerly Divine Nails and Spa). As of 2018, this establishment has been under new ownership and is presently known as LCS Nails. Even 6+ years later, it continues to be our go-to for our high-quality, long-lasting Nexgen manicures and gel pedicures with an array of simple, bold, and glittery colors. The chairs are also newly updated and very comfortable (as of our last visit in June 2024). When you go to a Nail Salon, you should expect to pay high prices. You know you would be charging those prices too if it was your business. I don't know what is so difficult to understand about that and why people complain. Prices increase over time. It is that simple. The team at LCS works together efficiently to ensure a smooth experience for their customers. JoAnn, Bica, Kelly, and Nathan are absolute rockstars and clearly love what they do. We always enjoy chatting with them and look forward to our future visits. The problem I have is not with the nail techs or management, but rather, with entitled fellow patrons entering the salon as walk-ins and expecting to be catered to, then proceeding to give me and my Mother dirty looks and judgmental stares just because I had the audacity and foresight to actually have an appointment. It is almost like they are borderline competitive and offended that we are getting good service. Not my fault that you didn't plan ahead. read more

Nail techs have been quite good since I started going there this past summer. As of late, however, whomever does the booking appears to be trying to speed these techs along and as a result appointments seem to be running quite behind, leaving me waiting 15+ minutes, despite my appt. In fact, the last 2 times I showed up for my appointments, I noticed that speed appeared to be of the essence. Once I was given a different manicure tech so I didn't have to wait 15-30 minutes for the tech I scheduled with; and the second time my regular pedicure tech was running behind, too, and seemed in such a hurry to get to her next customer, that she talked me into NOT putting any polish on my toes this time. Not sure what's going on there, but it would seem that someone needs to do a better job of scheduling. read more

This used to be my go-to salon, but my last 3 manicures have been poor. I prefer regular polish, but at least some of the techs lack the skill to apply it. I recently requested a French manicure with regular polish, and the young tech claimed that it wasn't possible to do a French style with regular polish (lol OK) and that it would need to be dip. I agreed (can't be bothered) and my nails came out super thick and I regretted agreeing to it. Today I asked for a regular mani with burgundy polish. The tech started applying it and the polish was all over my cuticles. She suggested we switch to a different product (like gel in a bottle). The color on the display looked nice, and it looked fine before it dried. After it dried though the color looks henna brown and not red at all. I'm going to have to get it fixed somewhere else. Unfortunately I can't trust the techs or the products here anymore. read more

My first visit was pleasant. My nails were exactly what I wanted and then I came back a second time for another set and I was pleased. However. The third time was when it began to go downhill. T I usually get a full set of dip, and the technician did them too thin so they broke within 3 days. I had to go back and fix one only to get 3 more lifting 2 days later. I replaced my full set of dip in one week. I then went back and I was taken care of, I was again pleased with this service. Unfortunately this last time I went, the lady who took care of me wasn't available so a gentleman took care of me... Needless to say, I won't be coming back. One hand is unevenly filed shorter than the other hand. And I got nicked on one finger. The technician was very rough on my cuticles and he made my middle finger slightly slanted to the left. Look at the post pictures but if you're a woman who grows her nails, you know how hard it is to make them even and now my two hands need to be fixed.. oh wait but in three weeks when my nails grow back !!! read more

They only serve water or soda (unlike other nail salons). The service was stellar! It was my first time. I called on Fri to get an appointment for Saturday morning as soon as they opened. I got a gel mani and spa pedicure (the second one sorry I can't remember what it's called). My services were $40 each which I believe is standard. I did not feel rushed and my 2 ladies were so sweet! The entire staff from what I saw were all very pleasant and sweet! This place is very clean. The polishes are well organized and do not look old. It's a true hidden gem! read more

I've come here numerous of times and always get an inexperienced tech and have to come back a second time for the boss or lead techs to fix my nails. They will always fix it for free and are super good and nice. But it's just annoying that not everyone is trained here at the correct level so it's always a gamble. I'm a doctor im busy, I can't come twice everytime to get my nails done!!! It's already so many hours out of the day. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about this nail salon! They are so fabulous here and their work is outstanding! It is immaculately clean and everything is new! Moved here a month ago and I have been weekly since my arrival! They do book up fast on the weekends so make sure you request an appointment! Jenny does my nails and she is AMAZING! Andy does my pedicure and his massage almost puts me to sleep! He's that good! The gentlemen at the front desk are super friendly and will accommodate just about anything you may need! Please do not come here. Even for a walk in. Not worth it. There are other salons who value the service they do. I have attached pictures of a COMPLETED gel pedicure in which the polish did not completely cover my nail and looks as if there was not work done on my cuticle. I stopped in while my car was getting serviced nearby and did not have the time to let them redo the polish due a scheduling conflict. The shop did not charge me for the gel since it was obviously an incomplete polish. I returned the NEXT day (do not live nearby-so took time out of my Saturday) to get the polish fixed and was told that I would have to pay for the gel polish today since they did not charge me for it the day before. That was a mistake on their behalf and no compensation for the inconvenience of incomplete and lackluster service rendered. Please take your money elsewhere. read more

Quality is always great, last weeks, and they know the styles that are trending (I.e I got the glazed donuts nails...different from the Hailey Bieber nails, and they knew what I was talking about). Getting pedicures, I always need a solid foot massage and they do not disappoint. I was welcomed in for a walk in appointment even though those are not the norm with Covid. I wanted nude nails with a neon colored tip and Ben (nail tech) did a great job getting them done just like I wanted. At first I felt like it may be too challenging but Ben was open to trying it and he knew exactly what he doing. He explained to me how much it would cost me (I have been to a couple nail bars and no one really explained to me why I was charged so much when their menu had a different price). He also explained to me the entire process of what he would do to chivee my desired nails. He also gave me an estimate of how long it would take which I appreciated since I was in a bit of a rush. Just a helpful tip!! Always have a picture of the desired nails to help out nail techs get a better visual. Makes life easier for them and you will Lao end up getting exactly what you want. They asked i sanitize my hands which its fine with me but didn't ask others to? They even offered something to drink to others but didn't offer me any?
