Unfortunately, bad experience. See pictures.... Asked for builder gel, got some sort of poly gel goop out of a tube that the technician put on as one large dollop and then smoothed out. It was left completely chunky and thick. And when she attempted to polished it down she cut my cuticle and fingers several times with the nail file drill. My toe nails... I'm not even sure what's going on there with the paint job. Just no. I paid $150 for this. Unacceptable. Finger nails were left with whatever this gel stuff is all under my nail and one of the nails is rough and bubbly. There are tons of nail salons within a 5 mile radius. This one was just not it. Tracy and Lindsay were both so great at their job and so kind. As a first time customer I felt welcome and their quality of work was amazing. The only thing I wish it was stated in the nail brochure was the cost of removal of previous nail polish or acrylic which was $15 other than that everything else was amazing and would definitely be back. I can't thank Son, Vi, and Lucy enough. I came into Palace nails after another salon botched my manicure. My nails had been growing out for some time and I was so proud of them. This other salon chopped off all my nails and made me pay for extensions and sanded my nails so far down I can see purple and red beneath my nail. I called Palace Nails in a panic as I was possibly getting engaged the next day which was why I had gotten my nails done at a different salon. This was my first manicure and it was over-dipped, my fingers had the dipping powder on them, and they were crooked. I spoke to Vi on the phone and she calmed me down and helped me come in. Son and Vi constantly were checking up on me because I was so dejected. I worked really hard to grow out my nails for this occasion with my boyfriend.(I have a bad thyroid) This other salon told me my nails were ugly, made comments about my toes, eyelashes, and my eyebrows. Lucy took care of me and double checked every nail to be straight. She didn't overdip my nails and they had all stayed after close to make sure my nails were beautiful. I haven't ever been able to have beautiful nails and it felt amazing walking out of there. I never felt more feminine then or the next day when my boyfriend proposed. I was lazy and hadn't scheduled a pedicure ahead of a trip to Cancun for my birthday. I w as flying out Monday morning and was shocked to find out my normal place doesn't have Sunday hours. I stumbled upon this place and called to make sure the posted hours on Google were correct! Sun answered and was great! He asked me what I needed and told me I can come now because they were already open. The salon is large, very clean, and nice. I was shown right away to a chair and explained to the nail tech that my big toe nail often cracks on the side so I keep them short. She was great, very meticulous. Wonderful massage as well. 3 hours later and we didn't even receive the services we asked for. I wanted to like palace nails but unfortunately I would never pay for a service here again. I called for a same day appointment after driving by their location a few times. The lady I spoke with told me she had a 12:30 available for 2 pedicures, I manicure, and I dip manicure. On our way to the salon there was an accident that caused us to run 10 min late so I called to confirm that the salon would still be able to accommodate our reservation. They assured us it was fine and that as long as we made it by 1 we could be seated right away. We arrived to the salon at 12:40 and were seated within 5 min. We were seated around a corner unseen and not really able to see anyone else, after 20 min with no service I began to get irritated. The owners came over and started our water and asked if we wanted a water or soda as we continued to wait. Finally the owners began working on my dip manicure and pedicure but my wife still had no one attending to her services. As people left I assumed a tech would take over our services but they continued on to others who were coming in after us. The woman doing my nails was not able to be attentive as the receptionist kept coming up and asking questions causing her to start and stop several times. When starting my dip she attempted to file down the old dip and use the old tips instead of starting fresh. When I requested this it seemed like she was annoyed and just wanted to rush through it and didn't even ask what shape I would like or if I wanted a design. She bypassed the fact that I asked for a manicure and only provided the dip service and left me with acetone all over my hands. I had to request a hot towel at the end as there was not a sink to wash my hands and cuticle oil. Along with that one of my nails was visibly crooked and they did nothing to correct it. They forgot about my wife's manicure all together and then asked at the end if she still wanted one. The man doing my pedicure did a great job with my callus removal but it stopped there. I was told someone else would come finish my pedicure. At this point another guy is working on my wife's pedicure and isn't listening to what she was asking for in cutting her nails down more. She was then told he had an appointment and someone would take over her pedicure as well. At this point it's been 2 hours with no completed service. Then the guy doing my pedicure comes to my wife and says I'll finish your massage, she politely declined stating we were in a hurry to leave as we were approaching 3 hours in the salon. He informed her that it came with the package she selected and began even after she said no. Then he fell asleep. Let me repeat HE FELL ASLEEP while doing her foot massage. Instead of someone taking over the other workers and owner laughed about it and kept tapping his shoulder. Finally I think the owners daughter came to polish my nails so we could leave. Upon paying we were charged an additional $28 for the massage we specifically declined and $20 for gel polish on top of the $58 pedicures that were obviously not completed to satisfaction. At this point I was pissed but running late for an event so I just paid the $200 and left but I was so disappointed in our service and treatment. I will not return especially after I had an appointment and was treated as an afterthought! read more

First timer at this salon. What an odd place. The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming for the most part. The vibe was not good. Was never offered anything to drink and the guy who was doing my nails decided to go out and smoke while my nails soaked off. GROSS!!! He came back reeking of nicotine. Nail job was subpar. Shaping was poor and he did not get the dip powder all over my nails, so there were spots where I could see my real nail through the dip. Extremely rude manager or owner lady, fees are very high, comparing to other salons. This is how much is it for the cheapest level pedicure with acrylic nail extensions in only one color-$100. That's the regular nail extensions plus another $20 toe nails extensions up charge. Maybe some others out there think $100 is not that big of the deal, but if I went to my regular place to get my hand done in extensions, for $100 bucks I get full hands of rhinestones, freshly drawn designs, trims and clean ups, so I just can't justify that I need to pay the same amount of money for half of the job done. I finally just told them I want just the acrylic extensions with the gel polish, that's still $65. Just absolutely outrages on the charges. So after that, I have asked for a color match or some suggestions to the color match, all I get is a booklet full of non the same color I asked for. I can't stop by thinking that's because I did not want to pay the $100 at first. The only reason why there are 3 starts is because the staff is experienced and does a good job. Nothing against the staffs. But still, I don't think I will ever visit again. read more

The owners are amazing people who care so much about the customers experience.
