It was my 1st visit to this new salon for which I was pleasantly greeted by the manager but the joke was my natural nails we too sexy and long for me. I asked stated I wanted Dip service on my nails that were strong and naturally long and had been since Thanksgiving'25. Katy serviced my pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was nice. I wondered why the service was performed out of order from what I've normally received from my normal shop, but this was a new place, so I just relaxed for the 45 min classic pedicure. I also noticed the tools are not pre-packaged for sanitation purposes which worries me. Katy then took me to the nail station and ask again does she remove the Dip from my naturally long nails and appeared confused on how to perform that service. I noticed she wondered how to warm the acetone whether she should use hot stones or microwave to warm the acetone another tech (He) was visibly agitated told her to use a warm towel. All of this was spoken in their language...As I'm nervously watching their actions. Katy proceeded to dip my hands in the bowl with the warm towel for less than 5 minutes, she then took the drill to remove the Dip Acrylic from my nails...she appeared confused and then took the big clippers and clipped my pinky nail to the nip. I screamed NO!!! these are my REAL NAILS!!! She fumbled saying I ask you was that ok. I SAID NO, I CANT UNDERSTAND YOU!!! Another tech (I believe Rose was her name) took over to attempt "fix" this issue by continuing to soak off the Dip Acrylic and attempting to trim my remaing nails stating "we can add tips" I looked at her and stated "I didn't need tips" until Katy and YOU ruined my natural nails. I left the nail station. The "head" nail tech Lynn tried to "calm" or pacify the situation by showing me Her work and giving me 20% off on my pedicure and offering me a Free nail design on my next visit. I will never walk through those doors again. The lack of accountability, the lack of compassion for their inability to do the job along with Katy and Rose laughing about the situation with a lack luster apology for this was traumatizing and unacceptable. These shops pop-up with inexperienced individuals should be a warning And the actual manager never showed his face again. read more

First time I came here it was good and I got a simple dip. Second time I got a pedi and the tech was not good. Had to ask multiple times to cut my nails short. She did an awful French pedicure, she left the sides of my nails and very tips without polish. My dip looks like they didn't get the filing shavings off before putting the top coat. I won't be back. Also, no massage feature on their chairs, they don't use liners for pedicures (I've never been anywhere that doesn't) and if you're tall the chairs don't slide back and it was extremely uncomfortable. read more

After searching for weeks for a decent nail salon, I came across Blossom Nails. After reading LOTS of great reviews, great photos, I made an appointment. Pros: The place did not have a stench of usual nail salons i.e. chemical smell. Very organized and clean. Cons: It took an 1hr and 40 mins to finish the service for a single Gel pedicure session. Beforehand, i waited 20 mins for technician to see me. (Salon was empty) Service: Unsure which gel they use but they had to put 4-5 layers for the color I wanted. Even then, when you look at the picture, it's obvious the colors are still different and uneven . Despite multiple layers my right toes are WAY lighter than the left and extremely patchy. As for the customer service: Near end of my service, a group of people walked in for a pedicure. The owner/ one of the employees fervently greeted them and settled them in well. ( Way different compared to when I walked in.) group of ladies were offered and given drinks. Then the owner looked at me with hesitation and asked "would you like something to drink?" after hour and a half later?........... Kind of too late for that customer service, no? (Does your customer service differ by case by case? Fyi, the salon was not busy at all. salon was empty for an hour until group of ladies walked in) Overall, I hate the service I received from Blossom and i cannot believe I have to write a review for simple gel pedi. read more

6 Month Update! This is the 3rd time we've been here, and it's gotten better each time. This time we got the Blossom Pedicure, and it's was totally worth the upgrade! I can live with the final outcome of my service but can easily say I am not coming back to this place. Uneven tips: I got gold tips and you can see those tips were horribly uneven (see one hand pic). The technician was working on my other hand when I took this picture. I waited for him to notice the uneven shapes before proceeding to the final touches. He DID NOT so I had to stop him and point out the flaws. Correcting his mistakes, it actually shaved most of my fake tips which now made my nails look shorter than the initial length I wanted. The fact that I had to thoroughly check if my nails were symmetrical since the technician did not notice is actually upsetting. Is this just carelessness? The side of the tips is way too bulky and my nails are too wonky (see pic) Length of the service: 1 hr 40 mins Customer service: I was baffled how as soon as a group of folks walked in without an appointment, the owner gave them her full attentiveness and offered drinks right away. Wasn't really my case when I walked in :) I do not appreciate picking and choosing who they want to serve the best customer service especially when I am right in front of you. Pros about the place: No harsh nail polish smell, clean and looks organized. The technician clarified extra add-on fees right there and then before going forward with the design I wanted. read more
