I came with a friend for a pedicure and this place is fantastic. It's so nice inside and they're super friendly and most importantly they do a really good job. I got gel polish and it looked amazing and it has lasted several weeks so far and I will definitely return. They gave us complimentary mimosas and the prices are very comparable to everywhere else I've been. The atmosphere is another reason I will be back. This place gets busy, even with an appointment, set aside extra time on Fridays, Sat or Sun. I'm a regular here, live near by, Laura does my pedicures and she is wonderful. My manicures are excellent also, they always are willing to help me choose a dip color also. Friendly, free drinks and snacks, and super attentive. It would've have been more professional to have let me known through a text that you were banning me from getting service there. Your company has my number. I gave it every time I checked in. I used to go here for many years even before they changed their name. Unfortunate the last couple of times I've been in to have my nails taken off either Gel or Nexgen... They have filed them so thin that it takes my nails 6 -9 months to get strong again. This last time I told the technician to please stop filing, but she kept going and almost lost a whole nail. This 5 star rating is well-deserved and goes out my girl Tracy, who is an extremely creative, talented, highly-skilled, and exceptional nail technician. She has a keen eye for detail and can achieve any nail design. She is also very sweet and understanding. The entire Willow staff and owners are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how cute and aesthetic the space was and most importantly, I appreciated how everyone had a positive and helpful attitude. The space is small and everyone is crammed in there so close together that the nail techs could barely move around each other. I was literally bumping elbows with the girls on either side of me. I called to make an appointment because I couldn't get multiple services online. It was an easy process as the front desk person was friendly. It's been open for six months so everything looks fresh, clean, and new. When I arrived, there were three people standing at the front desk. I was seated within a few minutes and was offered alcoholic beverages and snacks (trail mix and goldfish). I wanted to get a manicure and pedicure done. The young lady doing my toes was new (first day) so she didn't do that great. I paid extra for callous removal and she was too gentle on my dead skin. She seemed timid but hopefully she'll get better with experience. I enjoyed the lady doing my manicure as she was we'll-spoken and nice. The staff came around asking if I wanted refills on my drink and snack so that was considerate. I thought the price was very reasonable compared to other nail salons: $22 for manicure and $32 for pedicure where most other places will charge you $10 more for each service. They were still running their promotion of 10% off. Go now while it's still available! read more

This nail salon has an excellent atmosphere; however, they tack on extra services without you understanding you have done this. For example, I got builder gel with cat eye on my nails and wanted the toes to match. I asked if it was extra to get that color on my toes (not cat eye on toes, just the color) and was told no but was charged for the most expensive pedicure when I checked out. I had asked for the mid price range pedicure. Another time I was given a manicure after I had nail services and wasn't asked if I wanted this. I said something at checkout but was told the manager was gone for the day and they would review the next day and let me know if I was due a refund. I never heard back. Make sure you understand what you are being charged for. With that being said, the quality of their work is great. read more

Mia is always amazing. She does the most incredible designs. She can literally do anything you ask her to do. And she does it perfectly! I was going to Japan and I wanted to have cherry blossom nails and I just have her a rough idea and a few pictures of ideas and wow she blew it out of the water. I will continue to go back to her. Not a wonderful experience not a horrible one. Had someone new- understand they're learning. But it took him an hour to just do the feet washing/scrubbing part. After an hour and half he still hadn't even painted my nails!! The whole scrubbing/filling experience was very painful and made my skin crawl. I visited for the first time today, and I really loved my experience. The pedicure and the manicure were great. However, I had asked for dip, just a French manicure with chrome, and the girl doing my nails asked me if I wanted Gel X, I had never heard of it, and I said I don't know! Whats the difference? And she told me a few things about it and I said okay sure! Thinking that if it was more expensive surely she'd have told me. Well, I get to check out and it was $100 alone just for my nails! I did not want to cause I fuss so I paid for it and left. i just hope next time if someone is asking to change the service they explain the cost difference. I also was told the luxury pedicure was on special at $55 instead of $64 and I don't think I received that price, my total was $164 when I checked out. Really lovely place, and they did a great job, I was just a little disappointed. read more

I used to be a big fan of this place until I have gotten my nails done here five times and two days later out of all those five times I've had to came back because one of my nails was broken off. I was very upset considering I would think the nail tech would do a better job. I finally had enough today. I decided to pursue a refund, but instead, Tony, the manager had a horrific attitude and try to mentally manipulate me into thinking that it was my issue in the first place. Never in my life have I dealt with such cruel, poor, immature, management skills ever. I even called this morning at 9:30 AM. Spoke to the lady at the front desk. Who showed me I was able to get a refund however they needed to cut off all my nails because of the mistake that they made two days ago when I spent $80 on my GX set so in order to get my refund back, they had to trim all my nails down and Tony had the most cruel rude animosity behavior towards me and I was furious. Said some words I should probably should not have said. Therefore, Tony told me never to come back here again because of the mistake that his nail technician Tina made five times in a row. Keep in mind I am disabled and cannot drive a car. Therefore I had to spend all my money on Lyft and Ubers and I was not reimbursed for that per usual instead I was graded by animosity, cruel and toxic behavior that I have never ever witnessed in a management environment before. To whoever continues to go here I wish you the best of luck because one day this situation may happen to you and Tony. The manager will most likely manipulate you into thinking you are the problem. My plan is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to his lack of intelligence and behavior. Run as far as way as you can from this place!! read more

The nail salon is cute and clean. A modern aesthetic. Everyone who works there seems friendly and nice! The nail tech I had was Mai. She was kind and sweet. I showed her a picture and she did the best she could. I'd give four stars for the actual manicure/dip part. However, the design was a mess. The hearts are much bigger and pretty uneven and overall messy. Could she have taken her time and made them cleaner- yes. I do think there is a time limit, b/c she did start rushing towards the end and went to another client. I don't know if I'd be back given the quality of the design. And if you're paying for design then it should be quality. I think for a simple dip manicure it may be good, but for anything more best to do your research. read more
