Came here with my sister to get my usual manicure and pedicure. Since she moved around this area, we have been trying new places to find our 'go to'. Well I'm glad to say that our search is over! This place is amazing! We didn't have to wait long because we scheduled an appointment which was great. We got seated quickly and got nail techs assigned to us. My sister got her gel manicure and was very happy with her service. I got the milk and honey pedicure and a manicure. I've been to many nail salons around the world and every single one of them miss some spots when it comes to cleaning the cuticles or it may look choppy which made me lower my standards. After trying this place, I have upped my standards when it comes to a manicure! She did a beautiful job cleaning up my nails and my cuticle beds! I've never seen my cuticles look so smooth and perfect. She truly made me feel like I got a chance at being a hand model! My pedicure was very relaxing and the massage was much needed. On the menu, it gives you how many minutes your massage will be which is great to know. The milk and honey comes with a 13 minute massage and it was definitely amazing. He did put a timer on to make sure each leg had enough love which I'm grateful for. The hot stone massage wasn't very hot which settled my worries of thinking I was going to get burnt. He was very particular with my French tips which I truly appreciate because they turned out absolutely beautiful. Overall, I was very happy with my experience here and plan to come back. The most HORRIBLE quality of service I've EVER experienced. The nail tech could not do a French dip manicure and my pedicure is the sloppiest work I've ever received. The manager was beyond rude, fought with me over a refund and then refused to issue the refund. read more

THE BEST NAIL SALON IN THE AREA! We recently moved to Celina, so we've been trying out places around here, but Haven Nail Spa takes the cake. Because the service here is so phenomenal, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT BEFOREHAND!! This place can get immensely busy and can't take immediate walk-ins. The people and service here are great! We got the milk and honey pedicure, and it was exactly the relaxation time that we needed. Our nail techs were meticulous and continuously checked on us. I love how conversational and welcoming everyone is as well. They did a great job on our pedicures, and we walked out as very happy customers! I'm actually quite disappointed with this place. I just moved here from Oklahoma and needed to find a new salon. This place had good reviews so I thought I'd give it a shot. I was very pleased with my pedicure that the man did it was very nice and relaxing. Which is reasoning for the second star. My manicure on the other hand, I am just very disappointed. I asked for acrylic with gel polish and she did dip. She shaped my nails very bad and had a lot of extra dip in the bottom and edges of my nails. Not to mention she cut my nail cuticle to the point of blood. I showed her a picture of what I was wanting and told her it was okay if she couldn't do it, which I now wish she would've just said she couldn't do it. Now today after only having my nails for 3 days, one has already completely snapped in half. Definitely not worth $122. SMH‍‍ I do NOT recommend UPDATE. Not even 1 hour after I first posted this review a second nail has broke by butting a towel On my hair. RIDICULOUS read more

I called out of frustration from my experience at another shop. I use the technique of acrylic and gel on my nails which can be more labor intensive. I called and was met with a friendly and understanding attitude. Wendy was awesome and did a beautiful job. I'm so relieved to find a new nail "home!" Lol read more

I've been trying new nail salons because let's be honest ladies, it's personal! I've been going to few other places near neighborhood but wasn't happy with the results. I usually get pedicure and NexGen Dip. Had a great experience here! My technician was great, he was fast and very efficient. I was so happy with my ombré dip nails set. I'm super picky with my pedicure cuticles being trimmed properly and even the application for for the dip. They got it. You can definitely tell that customer satisfaction is their goal. They have a sign saying student discount on the window. So after my nails were finished, I said "I am a student and I know you have sign up in the window." And they responded "it's only for highschoolers." And they started laughing. I don't know what is funny about that. The manager was very unprofessional and as a crew, you can tell they don't take young adults seriously. If the discount is for highschoolers only, then please fix your sign. I won't be returning. I've been coming to Haven for years and can't say enough about the services and people that work here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and make sure you're happy with your services. Their pedicures are wonderful (I always get the milk & honey) and are very reasonably placed as well. The selection of colors they offer for Nexgen is amazing as well! UPDATE -- Van is at the nail spa on Mondays. Also I meant to mention as a long time customer of the spa as well. The owner, Tom, is extremely genuine and keeps a clean spa always. Wendy and Tom are who you want to see for nails, but call ahead as they often are booked with their regulars, so an appointment is definitely needed. For your feet absolutely see Vincent. Detail oriented and very accommodating with your pedicure. I have never left the salon without fabulous nails and beautiful toes! read more

I am so happy I found this nail salon! I had my second nail appointment today with Wendy and she is amazing! I showed Wendy a picture of what I wanted and she made my nails look even prettier than the picture I showed her! Also, the first set of nexgen she did stayed for me stayed on with no lifting or chipping for 3 weeks which never happens for me! I will definitely be referring everyone I know to this salon :) read more

Wow! This place lived up to its reviews. I just moved here and was in desperate need of a new nail place. Tried 3 and was disappointed before finding this place! Tommy did my nails and was absolutely amazing. Showed him my inspo pic from pintrest and seriously my nails look better than I could have asked for! Vincent did my pedicure and took his time, and made my toes look better than ever. This place is such a gem. If you need a new spot you found it. Oh my GOSH I am so impressed. This is the FIRST gel manicure I have ever gotten where my nail tech put the polish all the way down to my cuticle. Normally they all do a gap so the manicure only lasts 10 days at best. I SO wish I had gotten the name of the lady who did my nails because I 100% will never go to anyone else. She was super nice and even fixed a broken nail perfectly. The price was the best one I could find in prosper. I highly recommend this place if you want a manicure that will last longer than the standard. read more

Best nail salon is the Prosper area!! I've tried everywhere in Prosper and Haven never fails to do an amazing job!! Tom is amazing, but all of the nail techs are so great. I can go weeks without getting my nails redone and they never break (unless I do something to break them). I usuallThey also do an amazing job on eyelash extensions!! The prices are great compared to the bigger nail salons in this area, for the same, if not better service!! 10/10 recommend Haven! read more

Pretty awful: 1. Had to book an appointment at 5pm and then still had to wait additional 15 minutes- but that's fine. They are really not organized 2. I had a 70 year old man doing my pedicure and he did terribly. He had to look for the options of the nail colors for 15 minutes, he did not do a good job in my pedicure at all. He did not even remove the dirt under the nails, he did not cut any cuticle at all. 3. Worst part - he kept looking under my skirt!!!! Gosh never again read more

I brought my granddaughters here for a fun girls' outing and got gel nails for both of them. The gel popped off their nails within a week. My dip lasted longer... in two weeks I lost 4 nails. Not sure what the problem was since we all had a different technician. I was visiting from out of state so I can't do much. The staff is all very nice. read more

I hate to leave 5 stars, because this place is too busy already, but if you're in Prosper, this is the jam. Tried all the other new ones - doesn't compare. Vincent - best pedicure. John - best massage. Wendy - did my 13 year olds acrylic nails for the first time. Incredible- better than the pic she showed her. Couldn't stop smiling. Love this place!!! read more

So I booked my first appointment with Maggie and walked in to the appointment slightly nervous. I've had a bunch of Brazilian waxes over the last couple years but for some reason still was feeling nervous! The first impression of the place was a smallish hole in the wall place but it opened up to a much larger set of rooms with many waxers. The front desk girl greeted me and I was seen quickly by Maggie. Maggie is an absolute gem! Very very nice and welcoming lady who truly seems to enjoy her work. She chatted with me and got to know more about my life which made me feel a lot better about getting waxed again. It had been awhile. I let her know and she was patient with me through the whole process. Now be forewarned! Maggie's technique was different than the other esthetician I went to before. But her technique is was makes the hair stay away for even longer! So just trust that she knows what she's doing. She treats her clients like family and works really hard at this skill. That lady left me in so much pain and it was a terrible experience. So I switched locations and went here instead. So grateful that I got Camila for my waxing. She was thorough and quick and it was nowhere even close to the amount of pain that I experienced last month. If you're concerned about the pain, I highly recommend you see her. I understand consistency will help with pain levels but I imagine I would not have been in as much pain if I would have seen Camila the first time. Her entire process was completely different.

As in, it's always dark when I go in and there's usually just one woman working on the week days with one customer in the entire shop and if you don't have an appointment, you're just out of luck. I can't deal with that kind of exclusivity because my pedicure needs are sporadic and always happen on a whim. I drove around until I saw this shop near the house. "Honey Dipp." Cute name. I did a quick Yelp review and looked only at the rating and decided to give it a shop. Walked in and immediately was aware that I'm was the only Asian here. Long story short, this ended up being a great experience. I had "Q" who did a fantastic job. When I say she did a great job, I mean, she was inspecting each one of my toe nails like a jeweler inspecting a diamond. She actually scrubbed the rough spots on my feet and took time to make sure the polish was on perfectly. Even though there were a few people in the shop, I did not once feel rushed or uncomfortable. Plus, one of the employees had her kid there who was seriously one of the cutest freakin kids I've ever seen running around offering me Ritz crackers. If you're in the area, come give these ladies some support. I was very impressed and will be back!
