This is my first time coming to the salon. Yesterday I called to make an appointment for a 2 o'clock the next day. I got there on time and they put me in a pedicure chair and made me wait 35 minutes. That was the only bad part, luckily I didn't have anywhere to go afterwards. Tony gave me my pedicure which was wonderful! Great massage he even massaged my feet; most nail salon salons forget to massage your feet!!!!! my dip nails were done great! Luni did my nails. Even though I'm assuming they took walk-ins before my appointment I will return. I just hope that when I make an appointment, they don't make me wait this long again. read more

I called on a weekday morning and got a same day appointment. I had a regular manicure with Ivy (the owner) and pedicure with one of the guys. They warned me that because I wasn't getting dips that the polish may not stay on. I chose a sparkle polish before they told me and it turned out to be the longest a manicure lasted on me--10 days! The pedicure lasted my standard 4ish weeks. While I was there there were three other women getting ready for some kind of event or gala, but otherwise it was pretty quiet and relaxing. read more

Unfortunately after months of visiting this salon we will not be returning. Overview: my mom and I got a service done two months ago and came back to get the same service. We paid the exact same price and left out the door to talk in my car, they sent someone who didn't speak English to grab us and come back inside to pay for a second time. On the computer they were even able to see that we'd been charged the exact same amount for the service the last time we'd come. Will not be returning because of the lack of quality service and the tackiness. A few weeks ago my mom and I got a new service (gel) and we paid, tipped and left. Today we went back to get the exact same thing, and we were charged the same amount as the first time we got the service a few weeks ago. I confirmed the price, we tipped, and left. After we went outside my mom and I were talking outside by my car and a woman who didn't speak English awkwardly approached us and told us to come back inside. This was both odd and unsettling. The owner told us we'd been undercharged. We explained that we got the exact same service as last time for the exact same price. The owner even looked it up on file, and there it was. Same price 6-8 weeks ago. They then said that they'd forgotten to add the second part of the service, doubling the price. My mom paid for what they said the balance owed. They didn't apologize and just told us we'd gotten lucky last time to be undercharged. The girl around her 20s with dark hair was very kind, but no one could really answer why we were having to pay more this time than we did last time for the same service other than saying "you just got lucky". Regardless we paid, but having someone come out to where my mom and I were standing by my car was extremely unprofessional and tacky. Not only did the owner not just own up to the staff for making a mistake, they had someone bring us back inside to pay double what we'd paid the first time for the same service. They ended up explaining it to some degree but the way it was handled was tacky and upsetting. What are the odds that two times in a row we got charged for half of what the services costed? Seemed sketchy and just wasn't handled well. I know it doesn't affect them at all that we won't be returning and will not be recommending them, but wanted to share their low level of services. They have been kind before but absolutely handled this wrong. To send someone who didn't speak English to come out to my car and bring use back inside to pay twice was baffling. Since their employees are apparently so frequently missing service charges, in the future reference it would be best to just let the person they undercharged know that they were undercharged the next time they came in, and inform them of the correct pricing of the service they were hoping to receive. read more

Very bad experience today and will not be returning. A few weeks ago my mom and I came for a new service and paid $50. Today we came for the same service and were charged the same thing, $50. After we left and had been standing outside talking by my car for several minutes, a woman who didn't speak English came up to us and ushered us inside. The owner said they'd undercharged us. We explained that it shouldn't be the case, and we'd paid exactly what we'd paid for the same service a few weeks ago. She looked up our phone number and there it was, exactly the same price a few weeks ago. Owner explained that we "got lucky" and made my mom pay twice. If we really were undercharged twice in a row, that's an insane coincidence. Regardless we know that leaving a review and no longer visiting them will not affect the owner or staff but still wanted to share our experience. It was very baffling that they sent someone outside of the building to go and fetch us from my car. We will not be returning and will not be recommending simply due to how poorly things were handled. read more

First time here. I was impressed with the interior and seemed like the layout was great. I don't know the name of the woman who did my pedicure, she is older, and I'm not sure her eyesight is very good. I circled "orange" when given the choice of aloe or orange. She had the aloe on her tray and started using it when I noticed it wasn't oranges. I mentioned it and the young man doing my daughter's pedicure next to me asked the woman for the sheet I filled out. He pointed to "orange" I had circled. She left to the back and came out with the oranges. I had asked for regular polish, not gel. She brought a color that was too pink, and was gel. I noticed the color was not right when she started painting my toenails. I asked if it was the number I asked for, and again, the young man next to me instructed her and said that the polish she was using was gel. She went to the polish shelves and brought back the correct color. All in all, her leg massage was good, but the polish isn't clean, it spills over on some of my toes on the skin. This was hands down the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. I got their Classic pedicure so nothing fancy. She was done in 15 minutes. Yes you read that correctly. FIFTEEN minute pedicure. First the water was burning hot so when I put my foot in there and told her it was extremely hot, she just said oh ok. She filed 2 toenails. That's it. They are all so uneven. Slapped some nail polish on and said ok let it dry and she disappeared and never came back. Didn't get pedicure flip flops, didn't get asked if I wanted a drink, the 2 guys that were at the front desk had no personality and legit looked annoyed that a client walked in (even though I called and made an appointment). This review is based on my dip powder manicure by Jimmy, not my great pedicure by Kristy. Pictures say it all. I have dry cuticles and I pick but not even cuticle oil applied. He did not say a single word to me except responded "yes" when I asked if he could get color closer to my cuticles but never did. Extremely messy job. Left color on cuticles, fingers, and didn't cover entire nail. Not sure how this is acceptable. Extremely unhappy. read more

I really wanted to love this place. The entire time I was getting my gel pedicure, it felt very rushed. The technician did not do a good job cleaning my cuticles. When I got home, I needed to fix the job that I paid $72 for. My nails are all different shapes and sizes. The technician also hurt me several times with the electric filer. I got a mani pedi here for the first time over the weekend and was happily surprised at how well my nails turned out. I got a dip ombré manicure and am so happy with it! The only reason I am giving this a 4 star review is because prices for pedicures need to be updated on the menu that is given to customers in the store. The pedicure that I thought I selected was $25 per the menu I was given. But when I went to pay I was actually charged $50 for the pedicure . And in my opinion, that is a major difference and had I know, I probably would have selected a different pedicure. read more

They offered us a beverage when we came in, and they were so gracious. The service was phenomenal and the customer service fantastic. They were very accommodating! I have found my new nail salon. I love this place. Upon arriving we were greeted and we were quickly taken to a chair for our pedicures. Let me just say I love the massage chairs. I have never said that before. Most of the time the chair's massages are too rough for me. These chairs were awesome. I actually enjoyed the massage. My husband and I got a pedicures. (30 min to remove and put on NexGen) They are always happy to see me and remember things I've shared with them... The only bad experience (keep in mind every two weeks for over a year!) was ONCE - a pedicure and she (don't know who it was) cut skin on my big toe and it hurt for quite some time. I was very disappointed after visiting this salon. My daughter and I met to get pedicures and a set of gels for her. My daughter showed the owner a picture of a design she wanted and the owner agreed that it could be done for an additional charge. We decided on the same pedicure. My daughter paid the same price I did and she never got a massage or hot stones -she basically got her toe nails painted. It was pathetic! The same tech started her manicure and said "No!" to the design. NO explanation! Then charged her full price for no design work. The owner never even apologized! I've been getting my nails done for over 30 yrs and have never been treated like this. I would highly recommend choosing a different salon!!! read more

I've been getting my lashes done here for almost a year. The last few times I started noticing that they were painful and falling out in giant clumps. I went to a new lash studio today for a removal and a new set. My lashes had so much damage from Urban Lash that this other technician was unable to apply new lashes. Furthermore, some of the lashes were actually glued to my eyelid. Beware. These people are not trained to do lashes properly without damage. I am now having to use special products to try and heal the damage done to my lashes before I can have extensions again. My natural lashes are short, broken off and barely there because of Urban Lash's negligence in training their lash technicians. read more

I've given this place two chances and it's been a 'fail' both times. First trip I got a mani (NextGen dip powder) and pedi. The mani was good and extremely fast. The woman taking care of me had no personality but did her job flawlessly. The pedi was almost useless. Literally did two strokes on the pumice stone and was done with callouses. Messed up the polish on my big toe and then just did another lumpy coat instead of fixing her mistake. I was in and out with both services in 45 minutes. Land speed record! So, I went back today for that super fast dip powder. I got some guy that didn't understand that these were my fingers and not some home improvement project. He tried to pry a loose nail off from the tip and not the nail bed with an artificial nail. My nails are thin, that why I need the reinforcement of the powder. Well, something slipped and he sliced my real nail in half, ripping it into the nail bed. I said ow and then saw all the blood. He put super glue all over my real nail to put it back together and stop the bleeding. He apologized about 500 times and then did whatever I said afterwards. So, I'm going to need to watch my finger for infection and hopefully don't suffer any ill effects. And I still got to pay $45 for the service. I will not be going back again. Can't even imagine what else could go wrong. read more

Tried Urban Lash and Nail one Monday afternoon with my daughter and were very disappointed. Arrived shortly before our appointment time and were told it would be 5 or 10 minutes which was totally ok. Turned out to be 40 minutes later. Time management, or rather time scheduling, seemed to be done at a whim. While we were waiting, people were coming in without appointments and they would routinely tell them 15 minutes to wait (they were all still waiting when we were finally served). Both the regular manicure and the dip manicure we got had issues. The technician cut 2 of my daughter's fingers so they bled a lot and the scabs lasted several days. Because they were running so far behind we were rushed through everything. We each had several nails not fully painted and we each had chipping occur the next day. I removed my polish after 4 days as it did not last well, and whatever base coat was used has left my nails stained red/pink. Several days later they are still stained. The polish was my own and a color I use regularly and this was something I've not experienced at a salon. read more
