They market themselves as an upscale salon, but the experience didn't quite match the hype. Spas typically will offer you a refreshment or a water and I didn't get offered any of that. Don't get me wrong, my tech was nice and did an ok job, but I ended up paying over $150+ for dip powder on just my hands. No manicure, no designs, just a sparkly white dip powder. The salon environment was okay, looked typical and I was genuinely excited to try it, but I walked out feeling a little duped. Prices weren't clearly explained, and the sticker shock was real. Let's just say my wallet definitely wasn't smiling. They also say they take reservations, but I overheard my tech answering calls with "See you at [insert random time]!" and hanging up, so I'm not entirely convinced there's an actual system behind the scenes. But Bayleigh made the time fly by being so personable. So I really appreciated that!
