I cannot express how happy I am to have found this place!…read more Isabella is not only an amazing soul but she is also incredibly talented! Parking is plentiful making for an easy arrival. Apple Maps may tell you this is a building over from the actual location so pay attention to the suite number and you'll find it perfect! Entering the space was so peaceful. A lovely aroma was in the air from candles, the space was dimmly lit to procure a relaxing environment. Isabella warmly greet me like a longtime friend I hadn't seen in years! She was informed of who I was and why I was there! She was prepared! As we made our way to the back space, she explained the lash lift procedure and even gave her expert recommendation on a personalized look for me! I had no idea there was a range of ways to tackle a lash lift and I've had this done plenty of times before and no one ever asked! Isabella walked me through what to expect but to be honest, her instructions provided upon booking gave me that insight so even ahead of your appointment you are aware of what to expect as well as provided aftercare instructions! I love this as sometimes people verbally provide and I just forget immediately lol! At a beauty care spot, I always look for clean! Isabella's space was immaculate. I appreciate that the space was ready for me upon arrival! My lash lift and tint are the BEST I've ever had done. I am now 4 days post appointment and followed the aftercare instructions; they still look amazing! Booking is incredibly easy and I love how you can receive the paperwork ahead of the appointment so you don't have to complete there. She also clearly outlines her policies so you are well aware ahead of booking and even after booking! I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend Le Petit Spa Boutique!

This spot is near the back of the complex (doors away from my dermatologist- winning!). The office is all the way back on your right once you're inside. Le Petit Spa Boutique is so cute and you feel the great vibes once you enter. This was my first lash experience ever and I'm so glad I did it! She was super patient even though I have the words most sensitive eyes. We had great conversation throughout so thankfully there were no awkward silences which is always nice! I already booked my appt to return in 10 weeks. Can't wait

Unfortunately I will not be a returning client- She was…read morenice upon my arrival, seemed friendly Handed me a consent form and after care lash instruction sheet to review. She pointed me to the direction of the lash table for the application process. Application of the "natural" lashes process was different than expected... 1. She was a bit rough with turning my head side to side.2. She answered the phone several times to take personal phone calls. 3. There was young child coming in and out of the room during the service. 4. There was no explanation of the steps of the process, timeline for completion or even ask me if I maybe had similar services prior. Checkout: (The Worst Part) Most importantly-- Upon checkout she advises me of a total different than on my appointment confirmation; and proceeds to tell me 1. There was an "issue with the website", her husband messed up- (She admitted it was their mistake, But that I would still need to pay a higher price) 2. She also suggested that I "input a coupon" when I was booking my appt online... where on earth would I magically obtain a code to reduce your prices ?) (I showed her the price on the screen, she proceeds to argue that this is not correct) * I advised her I would call the police to sort this out.. At this point she decides to very rudely say "just give me whatever it says on the screen" (from my appointment confirmation). I explained to her as a new customer this was very disappointing and that her website is out of my control. In the future it may be helpful to ensure prices listed for services are accurate and agreed upon prior to servicing a client. I learned from now on the triple check the agreed upon rate before receiving services from anyone. I will definitely not be returning here and urge you to save your time and money and go elsewhere.
