    I have never been so extremely devastated by my hair in my life. If you would like someone to ruin your day, please go here. After an OBNOXIOUS $130 for only a color, NOT EVEN A CUT, I am walking away with brassy hair and calico spots. I spent 4 hours here and my hair is NOWHERE near what I asked for, she didn't even finish drying or styling my hair. It was wet and frizzy when I left. I will never come here again. I don't think I've every tried so hard to not burst out crying in public. All I want is my brown hair back, but it will be a long time until I can have the mess she made fixed because I'm afraid for the damage she caused to my hair. I do not recommend them or Erin.

    DO NOT GO HERE It was my first time and last time coming here. Management refused to help me after my hair was extremely damaged (were going to have me wait a week) and refused to give me a refund. Though my hair was absolutely horrible, I am more upset about how I was treated by management after the fact. March 4th 2:30 Perm Consultation with Stylist I showed her pictures online of how curly I wanted my hair. She stated she was going to bring the roller sizes out for me to look at. I said don't waste your time because I am not a stylist and I do not know what size roller will give the results I wanted and that I want her to decide as this is her area of expertise. March 14th 4:30- Perm There was a woman that was checking in on the process (I later realized she was the owner). After the perm the top of my hair was straight but underneath had a curl. I explained I was not pleased. The owner offered to re-perm my hair which I though was nice that they were willing to make it right. I paid $160 and a tip of $40. When I got home I sent my Aunt (lives in NJ) pictures. She has been a hair stylist for over 40 years. She advised me DO NOT let them perm it again and that I needed to go back there to have them look at it. She stated from the picture it appears over processed, and rolled incorrectly. My scalp felt strange and I felt a sensation at the root of my hair I never felt before. March 15th: At 4:15 I went to the salon. I asked the receptionist to speak with the manager. She stated she was with customer. I saw the owner that was there the night before. We made eye contact then she stepped into the stylist area. The receptionist stated I would have to wait. I waited for 25 minutes. Then I requested to speak to the owner. The receptionist said she not here. I said I saw her when I walked in. She said well she's a new owner. I said I do not know what that has to do with anything. I told the receptionist I can not believe I am being treated this way and lied too (saying the owner wasn't there but she was and made me believe they were lying about the manager as well.) At the same time a stylist entered the reception area and appeared to be checking out a customer. I asked the receptionist to please have the manager call and as a customer the way they are treating me makes me feel as though my business is not valued and they do not care. While I was saying this the stylist was standing next to the receptionist with her finger pressed over her lips and looking directly at me. I later learned that this stylist was the manager. An hour and half later the manager Tori calls me. Me: I am not pleased with how I was treated and it does not make me feel valued as a customer Tori: I am sorry you felt that way. I was with a customer at the time. The owner said that they would re-perm it for you. Me: It does not need to be re-permed. It is extremely damaged We scheduled a appointment for Saturday March 18th for a cut and deep conditioning treatment. During the week, I noticed the front left of my hairline looked as if it was not as full, but thought it was just me. March 17th: By Friday, I had a patch of hair missing. This is where I felt the different sensation with my roots. I started to become very worried because I felt the same sensation (where the hair loss was) in areas all around my scalp. My hair was so dry dead, gross it is so horrible and worried that I was going to have bald spots all over my head. I called the salon, and spoke with Tori Me (in tears) Tori, I am very worried and concerned about my hair I want to come there right now to see if there is something we can do now Tori: Well your appointment is not until tomorrow. Me: My hair's falling out and I have a bald spot in the front of my hairline I feel like this is an emergency and really want someone to look at my hair. Tori: Well the stylist is not here Me: Nevermind about Saturday, It is obvious that this place doesn't care. place doesn't care. No one would even look at my hair Please cancel my about appointment and refund me my money back Tori: Perms do not make your hair fall out and how do we know that your hair was not like that before. We are not refunding your money. Me: You wouldn't even look at my hair how do you know. You were with a customer and would not see me Tori: I did see your hair when I was checking out a customer So she was the stylist with the finger over her mouth and did not take the time to introduce herself and try to help me. I could not believe it. Me: I want a refund. Tori: You picked the rollers and it is not our fault the perm did not take. Me: No I did NOT pick out the roller size , Number one I am not the professional here and I told stylist to pick it out, Number two, it is not the fact the perm did not take, it is the fact that it was done incorrectly, damaged my hair and management (you) are not willing to help me or even look at my hair to advise me how to proper

    Horrific before photo from a full highlight here costing nearly $200 - had to pay nearly $400 to have it fixed by a professional. Beware!

    This was my third time here less than one week before my vacation. I was not thrilled with my results the previous two times however the location is close to my home and the staff has always been nice. That being said I will drive anywhere else to have my hair done by a professional in the future. What were supposed to be light rose gold highlights turned out orange and there was at least half an inch of root showing from not getting the bleach to my scalp. Absolutely horrific. Thankfully I found a salon and a color specialist to fix my hair. It took her over 3 hours but I am finally looking presentable for my vacation. I emailed management and never received a response. I will be disputing this charge on my American Express card.

    Before/After. The cut isnt blended right or straight for that matter. Plus I asked for a TRIM and she cut off over 2".
