Bayleigh was great with explaining all of the steps she would be doing as well as explaining what the lumination itself is. The appointment itself was about a hour long. But Bayleigh made the time fly by being so personable. So I really appreciated that! The service itself does not come with a wax but you can add it on, which I did, and if it's your first time waxing there you will receive 20% off. So that was nice as well. Through out the whole appointment I was made comfortable, but was also allowed to make suggestions with brow shape and tint color. Overall, a great appointment and a great turn out with the lumination, tint, and wax. Thank you Bayleigh!

My pedicure was basic hardly any lotion used and the mud mask I asked for, I don't even know if it even happened... My manicure was also nonexistent except they did clean my cuticles and removed the acrylic. My nails underneath were the same length as the acrylic and I wanted to add gel to my nails only. They are NOT thin, I prepped to go natural and this was not it! I did have one that was short cause it broke and one that she messed up with the electrical file when removing the acrylic. The lady that did my nails seemed like she did not want to be there. I ended up asking for a matte finish... this is what my nails ended up looking like. Misshapen, bumpy and the matte finish not applied evenly to where it covered the whole nail. I didn't say anything I paid and left because my daughter had a great experience BUT I will NOT come back! And would NOT recommend.

Ive been trying to strengthen my nails and did regular polish instead of gel, hoping itll last at leasttt a week. I got home and my ring finger nail chipped and cracked and had to cut it short.
