This place has been open for many years and I've gone there for many years. I'm finally writing a…read morereview because of my last visit. It's always been hit or miss. Less than half the time I go it's great. Like, 30% of the time. The other 70% it's strange or ridiculous. They have frequent customer cards which I have never been able to redeem. Whatever is explained to me, with pointing to the card, I do not understand. The employees will carry on conversations out loud rather than respecting the 'relax' part of the business name. You can clearly hear everything from the mall. When I once did get a table massage the 'therapist' left the door open. I could hear the sounds from the mall and there was no music. It was horrible. My last visit I asked for a 20 minute chair massage and 30 minute foot reflexology. Halfway through the chair massage they changed therapists. The next one's only technique was to crush muscle with his elbow. I asked if he would do the other side of my back- which hadn't been worked on, and ended up getting charged an extra ten minutes for that. Foot reflexology normally consisted of foot massage and then pointed pressure on each reflexology point. What I got was my feet slapped and then scraped, which hurt on the arch of my foot, with a stone. The worst part was that the therapist did not follow draping techniques as taught by the Texas Health Department's Massage guidelines. I was wearing a shirt. At the end of the session my therapist bent one of my knees and pressed it across my other leg (in yoga this is a stretching twist). He allowed my butt to be exposed and didn't bother to move the blanket/towel to cover my backside. At all. At the end of the session he pulled the towel by the corner as he walked away, exposing me since my skirt was up to my crotch- thanks to the stretching. I felt like they'd made me into a joke. They DO NOT practice massage therapy techniques approved or taught by most licensed massage therapy teachers.

Best massage ever to get knots out .For me o knew it was not going to be a relaxing massage but…read moremore of a deep tissue massage . It's not a fancy spa and you don't get a private room just curtains separating each massage area .You might hear whispering or other clients that did not silence their phone etc. But that does not bother me especially because it's affordable and as I mentioned the best deep tissue massage ever yes it hurt during the process and sore a few days after but problem areas were gone . It's a true deep tissue reflexology massage place . It's my second time and will continue to go if needed it's worth the 45 minute drive If you wants anything fancy it's not for you but recommend it if you have tight knots or any tension that needs to be addressed . And I don't mind the language barrier they do try to communicate I've not had an issue with that. I've been to other places where they spoke perfect English had private rooms but I left with more knots than what I went in with . Great place , great deep tissue massages great people .

This is a fraud beware notice. I've generally enjoyed the massages here and always used my credit…read morecard to pay for the massage and then tipped in cash. Did that the other night and thought all was okay. But at 5:30 am the next morning I got an alert that my credit card had just been used at Target. I called and some AirPods were being picked up that morning at a Target in Plano, so it wasn't an international fraud ring. I'd not used that credit card in weeks and it was a"strange" coincidence that I'd just used it at Top Feet the night before. I cancelled the order and my card immediately. Can't prove my card info was stolen at Top Feet, but it sure is ominous and probable. Be careful with your card, valuables and other info here. And make sure your alerts are on!

I've been coming here several times a year for years because they consistently do a great job…read moreworking out tight muscles. Generally, I'm a fan, but unfortunately, they've recently changed their checkout process, and the suggested tips now start at 30%, 35%, and 40%. On both of my last two visits, my massage therapist stood over the payment screen while I selected a tip, which made it feel uncomfortable to choose a custom amount. It left me feeling pressured more than the relaxed state I would have hoped to leave with after a 90 min massage. Otherwise, it's a relaxing environment. There's a shared foot massage area separated by privacy curtains and private rooms for full-body massages. They're consistently good at deep tissue work, and while each therapist's technique varies a bit, I haven't had a bad massage yet. One other call-out though: on my most recent visit, a cooling menthol-type product was applied at the end of a deep tissue massage without warning first. I'd appreciate being asked before medicated or strongly cooling products are used because it stung and made me cold the rest of the service. All in, not my favorite experience out of many massages there. Note (to self and) for future customers: bring cash if you plan to tip. They seem to prefer it anyway, and it avoids the awkward checkout process.
