My first time here and it was great. Very clean, relaxing space, and great massage technique. I scheduled a 60 minute and was asked to do 90 minutes during massage. She was doing exactly what I wanted so I agreed. It was well worth every minute. The only downer was when I paid and tipped 20% she asked me three times to tip more. Each time I responded no thank you. The price was comparable to other spas at $100 for 90 minutes. It was more than I had scheduled to begin with so the begging for extra tip was rude and excessive. I will still go back because she really did a good job. read more

Went in while getting an oil change. Nice person eventually came to the front. Asked if I wanted soft, medium or hard. I opted for medium. Seemed like a rookie giving massage with only YouTube training. None of the massage was smooth or relaxing. I don't think she knew what she was doing. All over the place. Definitely did not feel any different afterwards. There are better places in the area that know what they are doing. read more

Triathletes always need a good massage therapist and here is a good one with right pressure and knowledge of what to do.

Wish I could leave 1 star. This place is the absolute WORST. I thought I'd treat myself to a massage for my birthday. It was not even mediocre. Pushy rude lady did my massage and it HURT. I can't even tell you how awful it was. I tried to get up twice to leave and she kept saying "No, I do softer...?!!" She was clearly not trained and focused specifically on the areas I said not to touch. Spent more than half of my time on the areas that were not to be touched. I don't think she understood English at ALL to be fair and she did do the full time so I tipped her 15$. She then said "No, you tip more!" I've never experienced this and was totally taken aback. I declined and she argued with me! I won't go on, I'd just never go back. I'd hate for anyone to waste their hard earned money there. I'm so sore STILL. Better luck to anyone who dares to cross that threshold! read more

My husband and I went today, massages were great but they kept insisting a longer time. My husband had to ask twice if they were done because they just got up and left. At the end when paying they were pushy and said we needed to tip more. Doesn't matter how good a massage is, customer service does not include pushy times and money. We will not be going back. read more

I' d give zero stars if I could. Let me just start by saying I should have read the reviews FIRST!! To start, I showed up 9 min before my appt. As I pull in, my phone rings... the D&L Massage asking where I am... WTF dude. When I enter the facility, guess what.. NOBODY at counter. (At this time I notice sign taped to the counter advising that if you pay with a credit/debit card there is a 3% fee - nothing about this referenced on their website btw). My initial thought was " maybe this isn't a good idea and I should just leave". Once greeted, I was brought back to room and asked: any area need attention?" Yes - my neck. Masseuse comes in and right off the bat, scolds me because I was laying on my back. If you wanted to start on my stomach - say that. Once massage started, was nothing spectacular, she spent very little time on my neck and it was clear she was not professionally trained. More along the lines of a "foot massage facility". She left the room more times than I could count (um- maybe have everything you need in the room BEFORE you start?). When done, she stated to meet her up front. When I came out, she sure was up front waiting. Where were they when I got there? ‍. I handed her my cc and she asked me if I wanted a receipt ( little voice in head said YES) - I have a feeling I will need this BECAUSE - she closely watched me write the tip and then said "can you tip more - 90 min long time" I asked her to repeat herself and she stated again "can you tip more - 90 min long time". After i removed the look off my face - I said "I tipped you what I thought you deserved and the extra tip went to your 3% cc fee" and then I turned and walked out. The nerve. I paid you for your service AND added a 18% tip. Your lucky you got even that. In hind sight I should have crossed out the tip and changed it to ZERO. I will be checking my account to make sure she did not adjust to what she felt she deserved. I see that is a common practice for this place based on prior reviews and not sure how on earth they are still in business. And to top it off, my neck is still in pain. Very professional massage ‍ Theripists here. I normally get a 90-minute Full Body massage. Every time they have focused on my muscles by applying the right amount of pressure deep, medium or light. My body feels relaxed, refreshed & rejuvenated. Especially great was the Foot Massage. This place is clean & has very comfortable & cozy massage rooms. I recommend going here for your next massage. I have always been a very satisfied customer here. read more

I'd like to start by saying I really wanted to like this place. I read the reviews and had high hopes. 1) 20 minutes before our appointment, we got a text asking us to move our appointment 30 minutes later but we were already on our way. They said no problem. 2) we arrived 15 minutes early, they scolded us for it and then didn't say anything else to us 3) at our appointment time they called me back alone, I said we booked a couples massage (for our anniversary) and she told me I could do separate massages or wait 30 minutes for the couple room to MAYBE be available. What?! I told her I booked a couple and she basically said too bad. 4) our separate massages were... ok. My husband was uncomfortable because she had him take off his underwear before she would start and then when he rolled onto his back she completely removed his towel which seemed inappropriate. 5) my massage was interrupted THREE TIMES. The woman came in once on accident (keep in mind how uncomfortable that is to have your body exposed and the door flung open). The second time she came in and had a two minute conversation with the guy massaging me. The third time she came in asking me if I'd do a 90 minute massage. After I said no, she continued to ask over and over. Finally she left. No doubt in my mind this tactic is why we were unable to do our couples massage as planned. 6) she then went to my husbands room trying to tell him that he needed to tell me to extend the massages. His massage was also interrupted by other conversations. 7) I finished 15-20 minutes before my husband and had to step outside for a call. They badgered him before he even got off the table for a tip. When my husband finished he went to pay and she told him he wasn't tipping enough and if he didn't tip more no one there would ever massage him again. She doesn't have to worry about that because their service was so bad we will never go back. I wouldn't go back for free. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. read more

Worst massage parlor ever. Talking to each other the whole massage, trying to talk you into doing longer massages while you're getting your massage trying to relax. The worst part is chasing you out to your car to bitch about a tip when they give the worst massages on earth. Will never return to this place they are by far the most terrible non relaxing experience I have ever had in my life. read more

wife just got back from there and is crying about how horrible her experience just was. It's really loud, chaotic, and crowded. The massage itself was uncomfortable and painful. Go elsewhere. read more

Preety good overall, i would say they could be a bit nicer less robotic more personal but pressure was good
