Made an appt for two for today at 12. Got to the place about 5 mins early and were told they did not have manpower to do a massage for two, and then she just walked away and back in to a room. . This was my first time ever going to get a massage. Staff was super sweet from the phone call until I left! I was nervous BC I didn't really know what to expect. Rose was the one to do my massage. She asked if I wanted medium or hard. Going to be honest o said hard BC she was so little and I didn't know if her hard would actually be a medium. Plus I'm plus size so I wasn't too sure. Well shit let me tell you Rose was something serious! She got all in to my knots, she was strong, and funny. Luckily this place is about 18 minutes away from me bc I plan on going back. It did help with my migraine a little (about 2 hours) which was relief so I could get things done, however, the rest of my body is probably in shock bc it didn't realize how knotted I was all over. Amy was the best, very knowledgeable of body and where muscles are hurting and why. Are you serious ? My sister purchased a Groupon massage for this place which was $60 ( discounted for a 1 hr massage ) and it was for a "Swedish Massage". I was excited to go as I have not had a massage in years ( still haven't ). I entered the day after Christmas but the lady who runs the place was not in the holiday spirit. She told me my massage was for a foot massage only and for 20 minutes. I showed here my groupon which showed it was paid for ($60 ) and that it was clearly for a 60 minute full body massage. She refused and I left. I was embarrassed and she made me feel like she certainly didn't want my business. I just moved here too and could have been a good customer. Learning a little English would go a long way for the business and its employees as well . I will consider removing this post if the owner makes things right.
