I got the package that included the rose petal foot soak, massage, facial, infrared sauna and I probably missedsomething. Chocolates too! It allowed me to relax in peace for two hours and just be. Overall a great experience. Four stars because I didn't get my feet, hands, or buttocks massaged by my masseuse, but my sister's masseuse did all of her body. They had champagne and chocolates to enjoy during the foot soak. The champagne was in plastic Dixie cups. I see other posters that had actual champagne glasses. It's the small things that count. The sauna was really nice afterwards. Overall a very pleasant experience. I just let wishing that I had gotten a little more. read more

I bought a gift card here for my friend and went with her. When we arrived, they only had a reservation for my friend. They didn't apologize, try to book me another time or anything. I think that was really poor service for a place I had spent $200 on. I didn't expect them to get me in but some sort of apology would have been nice. She enjoyed her spa day and I took a Lyft home! read more

I had the package where it's a massage and facial. I really wanted this place to be as good as the reviews say it is but I didn't feel wow like "wow" for any piece of it. They do have all the fixins where you soak your feet and after they have a sauna but the two main events were a 2 star for me.. The facial is more like a mask, they don't do extractions or any type of like face cleaning apart from opening and your pours and closing them back up.. also, wasn't too sure of what they were putting on my face like the mask and all that. Don't get me wrong the process seems correct just didn't feel wowed after the massage or the "facial" in air quotes. As for the massage, I'm a bit of an OCD person and it felt in even as in the amount of time on one side versus the other. Just didn't feel mythical kind of all over the place. read more

I don't get pampered ever so I'm uncertain of the pricing but I thought $204 for a 15 minute rose petal food bath, an hour body massage, an hour facial, and 30 minute sauna with champagne and chocolates was well worth it. The massage reassured how tense my muscles were and the facial put me right to sleep. The sauna was nice and cozy. The nice touch of the berries in the champagne and a variety of chocolates were appreciated. I would most definitely go back with my significant other. read more

My friend and I had an amazing couples massage today! I had Julia and my friend had Annie. We both got deep tissues. Our therapists were friendly and very attentive to our issues. Booked an appointment last second and they still made time to fit me in, quiet, calm, soothing. They didn't give me options though they just went straight to work, so I had to ask what service i was getting, so make sure you clarify with them before going ahead with their service. read more

Went for a couples massage and it was the best massage I've ever had! My partner enjoyed his too. Let me tell you why this experience was different. It was quiet. You couldn't hear anyone else talking or door dinging every time it opened. No telephone ringing and staff did not have conversations on the side. Nor did our massage get interrupted by having any of our masseuses leave to answer the phone or to tend to other clients at the front desk. All our requests were granted faithfully throughout our time. We didn't have to remind them of pressure or certain areas to pay attention to. I will be returning for sure. Myself, with girlfriends, and with my partner again! read more

A friend and I went for massage and facial service. A newer family owned place, The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Great regular and prenatal massages. Facial was different then some places I've been too but super relaxing and checked in to make sure it met needs. Clean, organized and up to date facility. Weirdest massage I've ever had....Do not get me wrong everybody was so nice but that lady that did my massage could not have been certified. She was punching and slapping me very hard, digging in my ears, squeezing my scalp and her nails were sharp that I have a couple scratches on my leg. She was moving so fast I couldn't even enjoy, it was very sloppy and she was moving so fast that she was breathing so hard to catch her breathe so that's all I heard the whole time. Even after I told her to soften up I don't think she really understood I didn't want to be mean but it was horrible I came sore from working out left out more tensed and sore! I also do not bruise easily and have bruises on my back from how rough she was. It was not worth the 75 dollars! Very unprofessional. Other ladies might be worth the try because my friend enjoyed hers but I Do not recommend! read more

I booked an appointment and paid. The appointment was for 12pm, I thought I booked for 2pm and that was my mistake. At 1045 I received a confirmation text which I called to reschedule. The woman who answered said we only have an opening at 245 and you Cannot be late. I tried to make it but saw I would arrive 5mins late. I called back and asked if I could reschedule for next weekend the woman said with an attitude you will have to pay an extra $30 rescheduling fee. I told the woman I was told I couldn't be late which is why I was asking about the rescheduling. At that point the woman got extremely defensive and said I WAS TRYING TO BE NICE BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY EXTRA HALF PRICE FOR CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING. I'm not sure why she was so rude and why she felt that explaining their policy was her being NICE but there is no way I will ever feel comfortable with my body being handled by an establishment that is so aggressive with explaining their policy. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS HORRIBLE! read more

Very affordable in my opinion. It's hard finding couple massages for under 200! It was very clean and super cute! Customer service was great and was not forced to tip which made me want to tip more so I did. The foot soak was nice and cute with the chocolate and wine. Massages where great!! And then the sauna was a plus after! read more

What a great Couples Massage experience! We got a special package with 30min infrared sauna to start followed by a 60min Swedish massage. Henna and Mike did a wonderful job of making us feel comfortable, asking about the pressure at the begging and checking in during the massage to make sure it was how we liked it. The room was clean and ambient, towels, water and relaxing music. Green tea on our way out the door! We will be back again. read more

I had to try this place out since it was very close to me. The establishment recently opened and I was the only customer that afternoon. Both ladies I encountered were respectful and professional. I got the 1 hr. massage with the 30-min sauna package and used the yelp check-in coupon. My lady masseuse was good at asking for what I wanted and I can tell she was trying her best. If you are the type that likes gentle swedish massages, she did a good job. The lotion/oil on my skin felt non sticky and hydrating. The two person portable sauna was very clean and new. What I would have liked was to start with the sauna first and then the massage afterwards or been given the option to choose which I wanted first. This would have helped my muscles relax before the massage. Another recommendation was that they should have had the sauna warmed up by the time the massage completed. You only get 30 min in the sauna but it took 15 min just for the temp to get high enough for me to start sweating. I wish I got a quick tutorial on how to adjust the sauna controls. I thought the price was appropriate with the yelp coupon. I don't think I would go again as this is not the type of massage style I prefer, but still wanted to give this business a shot. read more

The spa is very clean, professional, and not once have they disappointed me on their service. I am a return customer for a third time and I tried the Swedish massage, stress free package, and synergy package. This last experience was superb! I had Nicole and she was very prompt, wasted no time once she walked in, and made my experience such a pleasant one that I fell asleep. On my other experiences with Daisy's spa, I fell asleep each time I come here with each different masseuse because all of them are well trained. However, Nicole gave the best massage I ever had! She even asked if the pressure was to my comfort level and you can tell she is highly trained as she did varied techniques and not once once there a pause. I'm very impressed. What a sweet little gem of a spa tucked into a strip mall off the Tollway!! My sister and I were doing a girl's weekend and stumbled upon this great place. We booked a "Spring Refresher" package which started with a lovely, floral foot bath accompanied by champagne and Godiva chocolates. First ever couple's massage for me and my husband. Husband surprised me for our very first date anniversary (been together 12 years) with this. It was so romantic and relaxing. The little touches matter and they did an excellent job! The massage lasted the entire time it was supposed to and they were very thorough. Our massages were so vastly different but what they had in common was that NEITHER of our therapists could go from softer to deeper pressure to back to soft, which in a 90 minute massage gives some time for that. There were NO sighs of relief from our room the ENTIRE time, just yawns from our therapists. They mainly used their arms to massage. So there wasn't very much work being done on our muscles alone, which would need hands. Mine somehow maintained KITTEN MITTEN PRESSURE on me like for 90% of the massage WITH FOREARMS. There were some spots she got that felt great but it more felt like luck than intentional. I was wondering if maybe I'm imagining that the pressure was light so many times, I couldn't enjoy the massage. I couldn't tell if it was out of fatigue, because I'm a lady (maybe thinking I don't need as much pressure) or if she was distracted because there would be like a slow gentle jostling that would kind of trail off, almost pause, then the pace would pick up but still not very much pressure. It doesn't take too much to make me jump out of my seat when getting my feet massaged but it felt like a baby was poking me this time. I had asked for more pressure in the beginning, which improved it a little but the pressure fell off back to almost nothing quickly. I got the sense that my therapist was tired so I spent most of the massage waiting for it to be over while I was gently jostled, pinched (gently) and thumbed with just slight fingernail sometimes. My husband, on the other hand, got ALL THE pressure for both of us within the first ten minutes- it was all elbows / arms for him with zero buildup to deeper pressure. At points, she would put full pressure on BONE. After that, barely any pressure for him ESPECIALLY on common pain points. She maybe spent 30 seconds on each of his arms. His therapist used the hot stones like they were straight out of the oven, they had no time to cool. From the oven to the skin. His legs were hyperextended when face up and his therapist put DIRECT pressure on his knees. He'd been dealing with a knot / pain at the right Lat/ QL point for a couple weeks and he left in MORE PAIN than when we walked in. The massage left us MORE annoyed, sore(in my husbands case) and less relaxed. The most boring, annoying, nothing massage I've ever gotten. For him is was just all pain that wasn't therapeutic. They were both considerably older and it was a 3pm appt so it could have played a role in what seemed like a massage that both therapists were tired in. Despite all that, NONE of it is what's making me leave a review. I was going to just pay for the service and MOVE ON. No tip, which sounds bad but honestly for a 90 minute with CBD oil, they were getting plenty from us considering we paid service when we barely got a massage. (Now I'm wondering if the CBD oil is even legit.) What's making me leave a review? THE TIP. I paid for the service and gone to the restroom but then the girl at the front asks if I want to leave a tip as I'm leaving, and points out our therapists are RIGHT BEHIND ME- REALLY putting that pressure out there to tip. The therapists behind me spoke in another language & the tone told me enough that they weren't happy they weren't being tipped. I've never had a place do this ever, really? Coerce your customers to tip? 1. The therapists must not be getting adequate breaks so afternoon appointments get a tired therapist. That or maybe you need to come in earlier or just be really lucky with whoever you get. 2. When you don't want to pay a tip /additional gratuity (to show GRATITUDE), they will then HARASS you as you're leaving to leave a tip for the massage your therapist barely executed. (I have no problem tipping. Dude, me & hubs been trained in massage. We have had some light or too painful massages that still did SOMETHING. This is probably the WORST massage we've ever had AND then the tipping thing was just the cherry on top) I gave them both $5 each, which was met with a shocked look on both of their faces as if they both just did super great jobs and I should be giving them my firstborn child. {I get it if they're literally fatigued, but it shouldn't be surprising when I don't tip.} That alone was almost worth the experience but now we're going to look for a massage place that will ACTUALLY give some decent pressure and some actual effluerage and pettrisage instead of whatever tf this wasted experience was. TL;DR don't come here if you want a low tier massage and to be gaslit that you should pay more of your hard earned money, the service fee is not enough. Which is understandable, if the massage was actually decent. Might have a chance if you get there early so that your therapist is as fresh as possible but otherwise, don't waste your money.

I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon.
