Best massage ever to get knots out .For me o knew it was not going to be a relaxing massage but more of a deep tissue massage . It's not a fancy spa and you don't get a private room just curtains separating each massage area .You might hear whispering or other clients that did not silence their phone etc. But that does not bother me especially because it's affordable and as I mentioned the best deep tissue massage ever yes it hurt during the process and sore a few days after but problem areas were gone . It's a true deep tissue reflexology massage place . It's my second time and will continue to go if needed it's worth the 45 minute drive If you wants anything fancy it's not for you but recommend it if you have tight knots or any tension that needs to be addressed . And I don't mind the language barrier they do try to communicate I've not had an issue with that. This is a fraud beware notice. I've generally enjoyed the massages here and always used my credit card to pay for the massage and then tipped in cash. Did that the other night and thought all was okay. But at 5:30 am the next morning I got an alert that my credit card had just been used at Target. I called and some AirPods were being picked up that morning at a Target in Plano, so it wasn't an international fraud ring. I'd not used that credit card in weeks and it was a"strange" coincidence that I'd just used it at Top Feet the night before. I cancelled the order and my card immediately. Unfortunately, I can't give a good rating. I went for a massage and it was very painful. I asked the woman to please go slower, and she just kept saying yes, yes, yes, without lowering the intensity. I asked her several times to go slower, and the response was the same. She answered the phone four times during my massage because she was both the one giving the massage and the receptionist. I get my hair cut near here and it was suggested to me that I should give this place a try. I've never been to a Top Feet before, I'm assuming it's a chain since I've seen several around the areas. It's basically a big room separated by thin curtains. If you are very shy or bashful, you may not like the setup here (you can see the silhouette of the people next to you, but the lights are low, so it's not a big deal). There are a bunch of those leather "lazy boy" style tables (?) in each section. It's not really a table, but more of a leather bench with an ottoman. Regardless, it was pretty comfortable and did the job. The lady who worked on me was great. I told her of an area that has really been bothering me and she worked her way to it and worked out some of the knots. I'm a little sore the next day, but that is to be expected. Eeh had average expectations and even then was still let down. First time in a foot reflexology place I not only felt "upsold" to, but then never got what I paid for! I went in asking for the $40 foot reflexology package, they tried to upsell to "we will do legs and feet for $50". When the man was giving me the massage started on the head which was fine.. but when he went to my arms, at one point his body was too close to my hand to were I had to open my eyes to only realized it was too close to his private part.. Well, I would have given this place more stars if the lady hadn't picked up the phone during my appointment and then place the phone on me during my appointment. I was looking for a nearby foot massage and while there are many in the area I chose this location based on the Yelp offer. Upon entering I was greeted by a woman who showed me a menu with pricing. I explained that I had found the location via Yelp and that I was interested in the special offer for $30 for one hour foot reflexology and showed it to her in the Yelp app. I was disappointed to hear that she would not honor the offer. She stated that priced had changed and referred me back to the menu. I was in desperate need of a massage so I chose to continue with the hour foot reflexology session at a price of $45. The massage itself started off with a foot bath with warm water and massaging of my head, neck and arms. The gentleman performing the massage did a great job and I received the full hour of service. He was kind and periodically throughout the massage if the pressure was okay for me. Overall I was satisfied with the massage and would return again. This is an Asian Massage place in a strip mall. I have been to several and all very similar but what was very different is this may have been the best massage I have ever had. I had 1 hour with 50 mins mainly back, shoulders and some legs/arms and about 10 mins foot. I have sciatic pain and even though the language barrier was there (just enough English on their part to get by) he could tell my problem areas and it was as if he wasn't going to stop till he worked it out. Very strong pressures which I needed. I am in the luxury travel business and have been to amazing stars in some top hotels/resorts in the world and this massage was unbelievable. TIP #1: Ask for "Jerry"! TIP #2: There's a dog grooming place next door. If you go, go AFTER that place closes. Otherwise you might hear puppies barking through the walls. That's my only gripe and it's easily avoidable if you go after hours. The other reason you should go in the evening is because it added to the ambiance of the place. More about that later. TIP #3: Bring headphones TIP #4: Do the 60 minute reflexology for $30. The focus is on the feet but they hit everything else too. I say start with that and experience by with other services on return visits. TIP #5: Don't forget to ask for a punch card. THE STAFF: Very friendly. Very good at what they do. THE EXPERIENCE: You're guided into a huge room with curtains that section off each massage bed. So you have some level of privacy. The room is dimly lit (again if you go in the evening/ at night). The place is very clean and well decorated. The vibe is very relaxing. Your shoes and contents are secured in a container near the massage bed. They never leave your sight. You lie on your back while your feet soak in a bucket of warm/ hot water. They start with a massage on your forehead, face and neck. Very slow, sensual and deep. After that, they massage your arms one at a time. They focus on every aspect with a deep massage that calms you down. They move their way to your feet. Your feet aren't taken out the bucket and dried. For the next 45 minutes, they are massaging every part of your feet, ankles and lower legs. From there, you turn on your stomach, where they focus on your shoulders and back. The massage is a deep massage that really focuses on each body part. It hurts a little but it's a "good hurt". Taking an elbow to the spine is not my idea of relaxation. I went in because I had a gift certificate and a huge headache. First impression was that it was your typical foot massage type facility. The guy that ended up giving me a massage was lounging in the front on the couches before getting summoned that it was his turn to take a client. I liked that they had drapes for some privacy, but it's not completely quiet or secluded. I told them I needed my neck, shoulders and head worked on the most since I had a migraine. He started on my head and his hands REAKED of cigarette smoke. He was rough, not firm, rough as in throwing my arms around and for sure bruised my spine. (It's been 3 days since and my back still hurts from it) Stopped to check his phone and have conversation with co workers a couple times... The absolute worst massage I've ever had, and I get a lot of massages. She was using her elbow which is normally great but she didn't use it in any muscles. She was on the center of my spine. I kept saying oww you're on my spine but she didn't stop so I'd move a little. I pointed to a spot in my back that had a huge knot and was the reason I went in. She never touched it. Every time she moved the towel and then rubbed the top of my back, she pulled my hair so I kept moving my hair. There really was no muscle work. A bunch of pushing down on me through a rough towel on my bare skin. I wanted to get up part way through and leave but kept hoping it would get better. Nope. I left just as sore and felt like I needed to go get a massage. Worthless. Worst $90 minutes ever and waste of $60. When I paid, she checked me out. I signed the cc receipt and she pointed to it and said tip! I said no, that was the worst massage I've ever had in my life and I left. This place was ok, even though the deal is good ($30 for an hour foot reflexology, plus tip) it wasn't good enough to where I felt relaxed and so glad I went. The scalp massage was good. Much of the massage was Very weak, practically no pressure, lack of flow, not enough lotion, not the most comfortable massage table to put the face in when getting massage on the back...maybe it depends on the massage therapist, but my friend also said her massage wasn't very satisfactory either. I won't be back. The massage therapists needs to use more pressure and watch some YouTube massage technique videos maybe. The massages take place in an open room, which is generally peaceful depending on other patrons. Overall this place could be great but just wasn't, unfortunately. It was ok. I came here because my fav place was busy. Maybe it'd be better with a different person. I prefer Od wellness, which has a routine flow and generally each time is satisfactory. It's very clean with privacy boundaries. They give a really good hot oil massage or acupressure massage. I love their foot massages. This is one of my favorite places to go and I'm a bit of a massage snob. The only thing that bothers me is that sometimes they will answer the phone during the massage to book an appointment. The last 2 times I have been here have been great! They have improved since my first visit in 2016. The ladies do an excellent job of being firm but not too rough or digging in to your muscles. They do a nice stretch with your legs that helps a lot to loosen up tension. The temperature and music inside is very relaxing. One of the worst experiences I ever had. I had specifically mentioned not to use Elbows while massaging as I prefer the feeling of thumbs and fingers. She did acknowledge in the beginning but went back to using Elbows again, I politely mentioned 3 to 4 times again and at last I had to stop her and tell her not to use it, for which she cursed me in her native language. After 10 min same story again and I gave up. In the end I dint tip her ( usually I tip 15-25). She realized I dint tip her, so she came out to my car and asked me for it and when I said no, she gave me a very nasty face and stormed back in to the center. Very bad service; I had called and asked them if they change the towels and sheets after every Erwin is done and she said yes. While I was there the lady was more interested being on the phone than massaging. A person opposite me was done and I saw that they just folded the sheets and left the towels as they were after he was done. My husband also had a wet towel under his feet when we started. I asked for the 60 minute ($30) foot massage, but the masseuse spent a good amount of time on my scalp, arms, legs, and back too, which turned out to be a good thing as she was able to work some knots out that I hadn't even realized were there. Something to bear in mind before going is that this is not a private room place - there is one big open area with about 10 massage beds. It is mostly quiet though. You can occasionally hear other customers nearby being worked on, but other than that it is a quiet, calm area. Be prepared to feel like you've just had a work-out when you're done. This used to be one of top go-tos.... Judy was the best. But she left not too long ago. But I still wanted to give them a chance since they were still open , and you just never know who you will get. My RA has been acting up so kinda desperate lol Front girl is always on her phone. No surprise when i walked in. No greeting no hello. I was used to it bc it's always like that here. She just asked me what I'm getting. I said the one hour. When I got to my chair, and put my feet up. That towel was wet! Yuck!!! I doubled checked. It was wet. :( which means they didn't Change the towel from the last person. I was immediately paranoid. I told my therapist and she did change it before we start. The massage I hate to admit was horrible. I don't know her name. If I had to compare her pressure to something , I would say it just feels like someone is rubbing lotion on me. I asked her repeatedly if can give me more pressure. But nothing changed. After the fifth time I asked her, I had a decision to make. Should I just count the minutes down until this awful massage is over? Or ask her one more time but more serious this time. I decided I would ask one more time. This time I sat up and asked her and even gave her a demonstration on her arm lol Another worker noticed and came over to ask if everything was ok. I told her I needed more pressure. And she did in deed tell mandarin what I asked. But sad to say. Nothing changed. Another bad thing being Chinese and understanding What they say. Is that I know what they are talking about. I know it was the last hour of the day and they were ready to go home. But the workers didn't try to keep their conversations to a minimum. If you have stress knots and tension in your back and in your body and you're ready for somebody to get in there and dig all of that out oh, this is your place. I had the 60-minute back massage and then focused primarily on the back but also your arms and your legs so your whole body get massage. They focus on all those tight knots that you have, you have to breathe through it. When it's all over you will feel like jello. I love the updated look that they've made inside with semi-private curtains and storage units that separate each bed. You are still clothed you do not have to worry about any exposure, although if they're working on your back they will tuck your shirt up so they can do some more manipulation. I am so very glad I came across this place. It was their grand opening, and the offer was $30 for an hour foot massage. I said "Forget shopping at Sprouts" & went in on the spot. See, I've been through this before at Grapevine Mills, so I wasn't surprised here that this advertised "Foot Massage" place ended up being full-body. Just to be masters at under-promising/over-delivering, I suppose. Works for me. When you walk in, everyone's polite at the front desk & you're immediately greeted. With minimal small talk, they take you behind the front barrier into a very quiet, no-frills-but-elegant darkened communal area with flatscreens & Karate Kid-type music playing. I prefer massages in a solo setting, but you'll see that everybody just throws a quick glance around as they're being led to their chairs, and mind their own business once they're reclined. The fact that the room is darkened with no audible conversation made all the difference for me. Once you're seated, they have you put your belongings in a little basket, ask that you remove your shoes which will hopefully be intuitive, lay you back on a soft recliner as you put your feet in warm water, and get started on your head, neck, shoulders, arms, then calves & feet. Then you're flipped over for shoulders & back. My therapist was sweet. Whenever he saw a half an inch of my back exposed between the bottom of my shirt & top of my jeans, he'd pull it down. He did an excellent job, and I tipped $10. Who's this place perfect for? People who: - don't want to strip, - don't like forking out a lot of money for a full-body massage, - don't like having to make appointments. Walk-ins welcome. AVOID THIS PLACE. My husband and I both wanted a 30 minute body and 60 minute feet massage. A woman worked on my husband's feet - very light pressure even though he asked for more pressure. At the end of 60 minutes we asked front lady if our massage people could switch. The guy who worked on my feet was better. Although not as good as any other foot spa person I have ever had (monthly we get foot massage whichever city we are in). He is NOT TRAINED in reflexology... only knows to rub the feet. Watch out -- this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. PREGNANT women especially avoid. DANGEROUS techniques. INJURED people avoid! The woman who massaged me for 30 minutes was terrible and DANGEROUS. She rubbed on the spine very hard instead of the muscles next to the spine. She pushed on the neck with unacceptable pressure. I had to stop her from doing these two things. She took my leg and forced the leg straight pushing on the knee -- my right knee still hurts 1 week later. Love this place! For $30, you get an excellent hour foot/body combo massage but if you're up for it, opt for the 90 minute! There are no private rooms and you remain fully clothed, so keep that in mind. Also, they are trained at US massage schools(as required by law) but use a more Chinese technique of pressure and body manipulation so it's different than other places like Massage Envy. A woman told me it's exactly like the massages she gets in China. She and I discussed how much we love the experience and how both of us are regulars. Just don't go in expecting a spa experience or even to specify much of what you want. Go in expecting an inexpensive massage and you'll enjoy it! Strip mall rub down is what this place is. My feet were tired and in need of some love, so I thought 60 minutes of reflexology was just what I needed. The price is cheap at $30 but I surely got more than I bargained for. I was expecting good foot love, but experienced a full body rub down. It's one large room with about 10 massage beds and you keep all your clothes on, so it wasn't too creepy but it wasn't what I was expecting. I showed up in my work clothes because I truly thought I was signing up for just a foot rub and thought it would be no biggie. It was sort of awkward being all dressed up - LOL. I am not sure I ever really relaxed because I didn't know what was about to happen next. The place was clean, price point was good, employees were nice but if I do return, I need to figure out their services. I mean, if I asked for the body massage what would I have gotten? I think I got that with my foot reflexology... tricky.. I love that this establishment is open so late during the week-11pm and on the weekends. The female masseuse is very strong! The other ones are good too, you just have to be sure to tell them if you like really deep pressure like I do. The business is always clean. I have been going here for years and have never had an issue. There are no private rooms, but I feel they are not needed for a foot massage, it's not that kind of foot massage place for those guys in search of a happy ending. That's just gross anyway!
