Great experience! I've had Lily twice and she is both very kind and understands how to find tension in the body. Both times me and my husband got the couples massage, so I can't speak to any foot rubs, but they do a seriously great job everywhere else. Reflexology places have become so popular for "inexpensive massages." This isn't too far off on pricing. I'd love to see an old fashioned massage place get some recognition! Pleasant and friendly staff, clean facility, though a little noisy when the door chimes go off. Relaxing where you need it and very strong where you ask for it. Not afraid to work on your glutes where all the muscles come together like so many others. Price is good and has become my go to place. Staff changes often but new therapists are usually good, have only had a couple that were lacking but still got a nice massage. Came here because they offered 120 min massage. Hard to find as most places offer max 80 mins. Judging from the photo the place looked well light and cleaned. They also had a website with online reservation. I booked online 30 mins out and received a confirmation email. All seems perfect, then when I arrived, an older woman greets me. I said I made an online appointment 30 mins ago for a 120 min massage. She didn't understand me and asked what kind of massage I want. She kept pointing to the menu and ask me to pick. The massage was great! I tipped 18%, but the woman checking me out who I think might be the owner kept pushing for 25%. I said no and she kept pressuring me saying it was a 2 hour massage that I should tip more. I ended up tipping 20%. First and last time here! Pass on by to other businesses who will appreciate you as a paying customer and thank you for the generous tip. read more

Saw this place online and decided to check it out and so glad I did. Mei was my masseuse and she was amazing. Super easy to talk to and fully worked my body completely. I did a 90 minute massage and it was worth every penny completely. She did a good mixture of Swedish and deep tissue for it and the hot stones were amazing. Horrible experience - the lady kneaded on me without any technique. It was not a real massage and certainly not a Swedish massage. Also, she was very rude the whole time. She patted my stomach (!!) without asking before I got undressed. And I gave her $80 for a $65 bill and she tried to keep the whole thing for tips. $5 off first visit is not honored despite being on yelp and on their website. They said they would over the phone but then said it won't when I arrived. This is a intensional scam to bring in customers then lie. I called in to get appointment on Saturday afternoon and asked for and we spoke on the phone. When I arrived, the lady greeted me and she didn't ask my name and took me to the room. I asked if her name was Lin, and she said yes. The massage itself was good, although I asked for more pressure few times. She had hard time understanding English, but she was sweet. I like deep pressure and she worked through my knots. At the end of service, the lady said her name is Judy... I thought I asked for a specific person, but guess not. She didn't even check my name when I arrived. I don't like leaving bad reviews. I'd been looking for a replacement when I got her text and was happy to learn she was working again. Clean and comfortable location. Nice quality sheets I like deep tissue work and Lin has strong hands. She also has set up to walk on back which I like. Great value for your dollar. The atmosphere was soothing from the moment I walked in. I filled out the usual paperwork and then was led to a beautiful, relaxing room. I choose the 90 minute massage & 90 minute facial. Both were wonderful and just the right pressure. Not to chatty - just enough to check on me and if the pressure was ok. I left feeling completely refreshed and tension gone. If I could leave zero stars I would. The Front desk gentleman has no good customer service qualities. he was very rude on the phone and in person when getting checked out. The location itself is not sanitary more comforting at all... the front desk area looks like a closet and the beds to get massaged on are metal... they have one very thin white sheet to go over you. The face pillow had a paper towel on it I had to lay my face on. The pillow they put under my feet they then put under my head... I told the masseuse I only wanted upper body and she continued to massage my lower body and got mad I was wearing pants... there was someone banging on the walls in the back room during the massage as well.
