This place is clean, and friendly. I have had a lot of good massages, but Lucy here gives one of the best. The other ladies are OK, I think Allie is also good, and Lucy is great. It is a combo of swedish and thai where they walk on your back. Great experience and good prices! read more

As stated by MANY others, the OWNER is beyond rude and offensive. I wouldn't stop if she was stranded on the side of the road, but would smile if there was a puddle of muddy water to splash on her. What a verbally abusive and egotistical jerk who loves nothing more than a tyrannical long winded monologue talking down to paying clients. How they stay in business is beyond me other than that she has some amazing staff and most people are fortunate enough to avoid her negative energy. Back story: I walked in, as I've done several times in the past, to get a massage from Bella. Bella was in the waiting room clearly available. She stops me and says "did you schedule an appointment with Bella?" I said no, not realizing that was an issue. But said, I would like a massage with her and clearly she's available. She said "no. You didn't book online so you must take next available." I responded that I'm here for a massage with her and clearly she's available, but she again refused and said I had to take next available. She seemed to want to pick a fight, but I had no idea why as I was happy and excited when I walked in the door, but now I'm confused and feel like I'm being cornered and under attack for some reason unknown to me. I then doubled down and asked if she was refusing to let me have a session with Bella and she said yes. I said "okay. Then I'll leave as I'm not interested in trying someone new." If you've ever had a massage then you know the quality varies drastically. My wife has had a few massages there and said they were all "okay". However the massage with Bella was the best I've ever had. She's truly exceptional, so no I wasn't interested in next available. Had I known I needed to schedule with her, then I totally would have, but the way the owner treated me was completely unacceptable. read more

If I could give zero star, I will **Rating: 1/5** Terrible experience. Would not recommend."** I had an awful experience at Aloha Thai Massage. The staff were incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. They had no regard for customer service and even hung up on me when I called with a simple question. The lady, she even insulting me and tell me you don't understand you don't speak English and she hang up on me She even tell me ..f you The massage itself was far from relaxing--poor technique, rushed, and not at all worth the price. If you're looking for a quality massage with respectful staff, I suggest looking elsewhere. I will definitely not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone read more

Give this place a try and thanks me later. Ask for Cindy, she is absolutely wonderful. It just 2 visits I feel like a million bucks. She listen to your body and focus on the pain area. The massage bed is big and comfortable. The lobby is clean and friendly staff. Cindy, I will be back for my monthly visit just because of you. read more

We have been there monthly for a while and I can truly say we have never been disappointed. Everyone has been amazing. Hands down the best massage my husband and I gotten. Worth every penny. read more

No idea why I hold out hope with this place. Absolutely terrible. Thai doesn't even belong in the name of the business. Worst massage ever. Very inexperienced masseuse. There is a reason why they ask for a tip up front. You wouldn't give anything after the lack of service you receive. Don't waste your time or money. Look for another place. read more

My experience was horrible. No one was able to articulate the services offered in English. I showed them the page of the services offered but they said they didn't do foot massage though it's listed as a service and would need to contact their manager. read more

Previously loved this place - so sad to have to change my review from a 5-star to a 1-star. Just found out my favorite massage therapist here quit and I can understand why - the management is absolutely horrendous. I just called to make an appointment and asked for my regular massage therapist. The manager tells me she quit, asks if I want a different massage therapist. I say "hmm let me think" trying to remember what other therapists I have had. Manager starts screaming "HELLO ? HELLO?!? Repeatedly and then just hangs up on me. I call her back and say "did you just hang up on me?" And she responds "yes you didn't answer me so I hung up on you." I say "That is extremely rude, especially in customer service/ hospitality." She responds VERBATIM "Guess what? I don't give a shit" and hangs up on me again. Wow. I'm sad not just for the state of hospitality / customer service these days but also people's general humanity. If you believe in supporting businesses that are kind and courteous to their employees and customers, this is not the place for you. read more

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. My husband gave me $100 gift certificate for my first Mother's Day in May 2020. Because of Covid, I was not comfortable using it at the time, with a young baby at home. When I went to redeem it in July 2021 we mentioned that it had expired and explained the situation. They would not honor it and actually hung up on my husband. Shame on them! $100 is $100. Money was paid and they refused services. Horrible way to do business and we will never spend another dime with them. read more

A great experience! I got a hard-pressure Thai massage which was probably the best massage I've ever received -- the amount that she did within the time slot was really impressive, and it ended with a really lovely head massage. The prices are fairly steep, but as a splurge, it was worth it! read more

Great massage, had Tammy great deep tissue massage. Keep checking I was ok without disturbing my relaxation. Greatly recommend. Coming back again read more

Aloha Thai Massage - Great and clean business - Reflexology Near Me - Richardson, Texas

I love coming to Aloha. Their therapist are great and I always feel 10x better after my massages. Grace did an excellent job paying attention to areas I had pain in, so I walked out feeling much better and stretched! Highly recommend if you are looking for a different type of massage ! read more

This facility is organized and clean, the staff was friendly and very professional. The staff was friendly and definitely refer this place!

I've come twice already. I found them just browsing for nearby masseuse. I scheduled a 60-minute massage with LaLa who was amazing. She asked me to let her know how much pressure is most comfortable, was so thorough and effective. The environment is very professional and relaxing. Cant wait to come back read more

Very rude, hung up on me. All i said was i just need to hop in the shower then I can come. The lady told me this 5 minutes ago "I dont need to know your personal stuff". I said excuse me if you want me to unclothe myself in your business thats personal to me and the massuse Im just being respect to my privacy.. and if when i get there you ask me to unclothe myself thats personal. Then hung up on me. Unprofessional isnt the word this woman that represents this business is disrespectful. She should have simple said sir thank you for being fresh and clean for us so it's comfortable for everyone. Not being rudy tudy no stars. Mind you years ago me and my wife have been here and had a great time. Some of thesw reviews are honest something changed for the bad/worst read more

Place was easy access. Very clean. Very professional. One of the best massages around. Ask for Awa.

The place was clean and organized, very quiet and relaxing. I had an amazing massage by Allie, she was great about asking if the pressure was good and communicating what she need me to do. The massage was perfect! She is very sweet. We had good conversation. I will go back when I can afford another! Hah COVID has really messed up a lot of lives and businesses - but we can't forget our own self care, so that we can be strong and help others get through it. read more

Out of the many massages I've had, this was hands down the BEST massage I've had. My fiancé and I got a couples massage and he's been here before and it is WORTH it. read more

JERKS! I called because we were visiting from out of town and my wife's back locked up from the long drive. I advised the lady I could have my wife there in 20 minutes if they had an opening. Was advised they could fit her in. We got there and the door was locked. Called they said they were occupied. Waste of time and my wife is still in pain. Walk-ins are not welcomed. read more

This place has a lot of good reviews, but here's my experience. My massage lasted less than 50 minutes when I paid 100 dollars for 60 minutes. The therapist did not speak English well and the massage was very painful. The massage therapist kneeled and walked on my tailbone and other bones multiple times. I felt light-headed and like I was going to be sick for much of the massage. I mentioned the pain and she adjusted her massage for a little, but the pain returned a little while later. When I woke up the next morning, I had bruises on my back. I tried to call for a refund or explanation, but the owner refused and said that I chose to do this at my own risk and signed a waiver. If you do decide to go even after seeing this, the review wouldn't be fair without the pros. It was a good environment, a bigger bed, and they are willing to accommodate last-minute appointments. But in my case, it just added more stress and pain to my life. read more

Amazing Thai massage! Very well priced, friendly staff && safety precautions in place! Definitely recommend.

Can't say enough about this place. Clean, staff is so friendly. Been coming here for a year now and it's wonderful! Some of the best massages I've ever had. Book Sarah. She's amazing at what she does. Right amount of pressure and so spot on with her massage. Check out the Thai combo massage for something a bit different from your traditional massage. You'll never go back to the norm. read more

Best massage ever with the friendliest staff ever. New look inside and the two times I've been in last couple weeks have been amazing

I have been a customer for a little over three years. They are friendly people who do good work. However, they just lost me as a customer, so I'm dropping them to a two instead of a four. My wife got me a gift card for a 30-minute session (they did not want to sell it to her). I went in, looked at their price chart, presented my certificate, then requested to upgrade to a $70 hourlong session for which I would pay the difference. They agreed. Afterward, I go to pay and they charge me $50. Um, no. She explains, your 30-minute gift card was $50. You don't pay the difference between that and an hour session. Instead, we charge you for a second 30 minute session, hence another $50. What a rip off! They should have explained that on the front end when I first talked to them about paying the difference! Very disappointed. Not going back. read more

I would not recommend this establishment. I have been a patron of the establishment before, and if you look through the reviews some themes are becoming clear. I do not believe I was massaged by a licensed therapist, and after stopping the session and asking for a refund things got all out surreal. I have never received a one handed massage and the amount of oil used was obscene. Draping technique was another tell tale sign that this place is to be avoided. Some are probably getting lucky as I have before but management's complete unprofessional way of handling a refund request after having to pay upfront lets me know that something is not right. read more

I have had a lot of massages from "regular" to deep tissue, etc the massage I received from Lucy is by far the best I've ever had! I got a little bit of "regular" massage blended in with her amazing Thai massage. Lucy was using her elbows and knees and amazing stretches!! It was such an amazing experience!! I felt that she hit all the spots I wanted and some I didn't know I needed!! I would highly recommend this spot and ask for Lucy, and let her know what type of massages you prefer she's excellent!!!! read more

I love this place. My massage with Allie was amazing. I had so much tension in my neck and shoulders and she was able to relieve it.

I've had many many massages over the years. This hot stone massage with Tonya is by far the best. I was in a lot of pain going in and seriously I can walk skip without any pain. Very friendly clean safe professional. read more

Outstanding. I've been here a few times over the past few months and can't wait to revisit. Very professional and proficient. Allie was the best massage I've ever received, and I've gotten Thai massages in Dallas, Houston, California and Las Vegas. Too bad she moved back to California. However, all masseuses at Aloha (I've had four) are tremendous. LaLa is nearly as good as Allie. Highly recommend Aloha. read more

I've been to 7 different massage places in the past and this one is the best. I chose the 60 minute Thai massage. This place is very clean, organized, friendly, good location parallel to the highway and gives proper massages. Communication is great and requests are addressed with the appropriate amount of pressure as requested. I would sincerely recommend this location if you are in need of a proper massage. I will be returning to this establishment for sure in the future. read more

Great Thai-Combo massage here from Allie. Everyone was super professional (Hau at the front desk) and Allie asked me about pressure etc. Really great stretching is involved with the Thai type massages and it really makes a difference on how you feel at the end. I went last week to get a prenatal massage, and let's just say, this has been the BEST massage (prenatal or not) that I've gotten in a while! The area was pretty and clean. I feel like the last places I've gone to, it just feels like they're rushing the whole time trying to get the massage over with. But this was definitely not the case. The only thing I regret was that I forgot to ask for the therapists name. But, just so I can get her again next time! Left feeling 10000% better :) read more

This place is amazing! All of the staff are very attentive and respectful and I always feel 100% comfortable in their hands. I've been 4-5 times and received a different masseuse each visit so I know that they are all amazing. They always have openings even if you call for the same day so it is extremely convenient. Most importantly, I feel INCREDIBLE after I leave here and it is my absolute favorite and only massage place I go to! read more
