As stated by MANY others, the OWNER is beyond rude and offensive. I wouldn't stop if she was stranded on the side of the road, but would smile if there was a puddle of muddy water to splash on her. What a verbally abusive and egotistical jerk who loves nothing more than a tyrannical long winded monologue talking down to paying clients. How they stay in business is beyond me other than that she has some amazing staff and most people are fortunate enough to avoid her negative energy. Back story: I walked in, as I've done several times in the past, to get a massage from Bella. Bella was in the waiting room clearly available. She stops me and says "did you schedule an appointment with Bella?" I said no, not realizing that was an issue. But said, I would like a massage with her and clearly she's available. She said "no. You didn't book online so you must take next available." I responded that I'm here for a massage with her and clearly she's available, but she again refused and said I had to take next available. She seemed to want to pick a fight, but I had no idea why as I was happy and excited when I walked in the door, but now I'm confused and feel like I'm being cornered and under attack for some reason unknown to me. I then doubled down and asked if she was refusing to let me have a session with Bella and she said yes. I said "okay. Then I'll leave as I'm not interested in trying someone new." If you've ever had a massage then you know the quality varies drastically. My wife has had a few massages there and said they were all "okay". However the massage with Bella was the best I've ever had. She's truly exceptional, so no I wasn't interested in next available. Had I known I needed to schedule with her, then I totally would have, but the way the owner treated me was completely unacceptable. read more

Just found out my favorite massage therapist here quit and I can understand why - the management is absolutely horrendous. I just called to make an appointment and asked for my regular massage therapist. The manager tells me she quit, asks if I want a different massage therapist. I say "hmm let me think" trying to remember what other therapists I have had. Manager starts screaming "HELLO ? HELLO?!? Repeatedly and then just hangs up on me. I call her back and say "did you just hang up on me?" And she responds "yes you didn't answer me so I hung up on you." I say "That is extremely rude, especially in customer service/ hospitality." She responds VERBATIM "Guess what? I don't give a shit" and hangs up on me again. Wow. I'm sad not just for the state of hospitality / customer service these days but also people's general humanity. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. My husband gave me $100 gift certificate for my first Mother's Day in May 2020. Because of Covid, I was not comfortable using it at the time, with a young baby at home. When I went to redeem it in July 2021 we mentioned that it had expired and explained the situation. They would not honor it and actually hung up on my husband. Shame on them! $100 is $100. Money was paid and they refused services. This place has a lot of good reviews, but here's my experience. My massage lasted less than 50 minutes when I paid 100 dollars for 60 minutes. The therapist did not speak English well and the massage was very painful. The massage therapist kneeled and walked on my tailbone and other bones multiple times. I felt light-headed and like I was going to be sick for much of the massage. I mentioned the pain and she adjusted her massage for a little, but the pain returned a little while later. When I woke up the next morning, I had bruises on my back. I tried to call for a refund or explanation, but the owner refused and said that I chose to do this at my own risk and signed a waiver. If you do decide to go even after seeing this, the review wouldn't be fair without the pros. It was a good environment, a bigger bed, and they are willing to accommodate last-minute appointments. But in my case, it just added more stress and pain to my life. read more

I would not recommend this establishment. I have been a patron of the establishment before, and if you look through the reviews some themes are becoming clear. I do not believe I was massaged by a licensed therapist, and after stopping the session and asking for a refund things got all out surreal. I have never received a one handed massage and the amount of oil used was obscene. Draping technique was another tell tale sign that this place is to be avoided. Some are probably getting lucky as I have before but management's complete unprofessional way of handling a refund request after having to pay upfront lets me know that something is not right. read more

I have been a customer for a little over three years. They are friendly people who do good work. However, they just lost me as a customer, so I'm dropping them to a two instead of a four. My wife got me a gift card for a 30-minute session (they did not want to sell it to her). I went in, looked at their price chart, presented my certificate, then requested to upgrade to a $70 hourlong session for which I would pay the difference. They agreed. Afterward, I go to pay and they charge me $50. Um, no. She explains, your 30-minute gift card was $50. You don't pay the difference between that and an hour session. Instead, we charge you for a second 30 minute session, hence another $50. What a rip off! They should have explained that on the front end when I first talked to them about paying the difference! I have had a lot of massages from "regular" to deep tissue, etc the massage I received from Lucy is by far the best I've ever had! I got a little bit of "regular" massage blended in with her amazing Thai massage. Lucy was using her elbows and knees and amazing stretches!! It was such an amazing experience!! I went last week to get a prenatal massage, and let's just say, this has been the BEST massage (prenatal or not) that I've gotten in a while! The area was pretty and clean.
