An entire year went by with no mention of injury, or that my treatment might be affected by the results thereof. I had, in fact, already had barefoot therapy in a previous session with positive results, which I very openly shared. The bottom line here is that, despite my loyalty and thousands of dollars invested, I was not even given the courtesy of making a decision regarding my own healthcare. That type of presumption has no place in any health related profession. Additionally, having polled other service professionals, massage, hair, nails, etc...the response was the same; this was not appropriate behavior. Period. I'm happy you have learned from your actions, so hopefully no remaining and future clients will feel this level of dissatisfaction.

The front desk associate is so pleasant. Ana, my massage therapist, was so warm and calm upon meeting her which definitely translated to her massage skills. I got the prenatal massage as I'm 37 weeks with an active toddler at home so I really needed some deep relaxation. She was so gentle and just had the magic touch - a skill that is not learned but is innate. It put me to sleep which is rare for me as I do not take naps. She is so sweet, genuine, and made sure I was well taken care of. I truly appreciated the care and attention Ana gave.
