Since June I have been looking for a Massage place I can call home. I booked the night before for a full body massage. My appointment was at 10am and I arrived 15min before. Upon arrival the door was open and no one was at the front desk. I waited for a good 10min completed the intake form that was sitting on the counter and waited. Finally someone came to the front and questioned if I had an appointment. (I'm assuming because I booked the night before they didn't have a record of it? Idk). However, I showed the lady my booking confirmation on my phone and she proceeded to guide me to the room. The massage started off amazing, perfect pressure truly relaxing amazing massage. I was laying there thinking okay despite the arrival this will be my home. Then within the last 15-20 min of my massage some lady, assuming another therapist, barges in my room and starts talking in their native tongue to my therapist while she was massaging me. It wasn't a quiet quick question type of talk, it was loud abrasive and she talked to her the entire last 20 min of my massage. I truly could not believe what was going on. Then when my massage was over my therapist walked me to the front and told me because I'm paying with tap it was an additional $5. Okay whatever I didn't mind. The massage was $70 and the tap made it $75. Then she says "how much you adding for tip"? I looked at her and said "are you serious? When you and that other lady had a full on conversation the last 20 min of my massage? That was rude, inconsiderate, and definitely not professional. I'm paying $75." I really wanted to love this spot. It's not far from my house and the massage was great. But the customer service was horrible.
