My last couple of experiences made me decide to update my review…read more First, while doing the back walking, my masseuse took a call while standing on my hips! Secondly several times she went in and out of the room because the front door opened and the bell went off, and then there was loud talking outside the room, and there wasn't any make up time for these interruptions. It really gets you out of the relaxation zone which is why I go there. I just like to lie down, have my back worked over and leave relaxed. It was difficult in that atmosphere. You have to pay up front and I used to include tip even before the massage since I used a card. Now I pay with cash and can pay the tip based on service, not expectation.

I think it is about $60 for an hour, but you can get 30 minutes or 90 minutes as well. I can't remember names since everything has been closed and it's been several months since I've been, but I've had 2 different ladies work on me here and it's been great. Good service. Tip accordingly.

I'll begin by saying this was an interesting experience…read more The front area/lobby was extremely crowded and there was an odd massage table with someone being worked on RIGHT as you walked in the door. A smidge off putting if you're seeking a reprieve from the outside world. My party of two was led to an open area where the tables were extremely comfortable but we were out in the open. The mood lighting in the space was also created by old Kleenex boxes covering up lamps.....The pressure point massage was somewhat effective but the masseur didn't use enough oil/lotion on the parts of my skin exposed and it felt like my hair and skin were being rugged off in layers. Overall, they did hit the spots but it wasn't the most fulfilling experience.

They said they no longer offer that. I said fine, asked for an hour massage with one of their add-ons, that again, is displayed on their wall for an up charge. Just flat out horrendous. Never go here…read more I received a reflexology session. I got a 30 minute reflexology which cost $30. The website pricing was completely different. i.e. much less on the site. The old bait and switch. The chairs were made out of a bamboo/wood material. The foot bath used a cheap plastic bag. I swear the reflexologist was in a hurry to pound out my feet and move to the next customer. The towels used to dry my feet felt really grimy. At no point, did I feel comfortable. NO GOOD!!

My massage therapist was Coco and gosh-oh-mighty does she have a pair of strong hands on her. I asked her for extra firm and she did not disappoint the whole way through. I have tons of knots and tightness and she found those knots and worked on them. She was less routine and stopped and put a little more attention on those tight spots. She checked on me time to time to make sure I was ok.... The aftermath... probably shouldn't have asked her to go so hard bc I was broken the next few days but that was self-inflicted, completely at my request. I share that to say, she listen and she did! I will be coming back, Coco is my new gal & I recommend this place!

I left it alone and just wanted to receive my massage. You have to pay and tip before even receiving the service. The lady hands me my receipt so I can leave a tip and gets upset when I write 5 dollars because I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MASSAGE YET. She calls another lady over who tells me I have to tip 20% and when I push back on it because I'm already over paying by 10 they just keep telling me 20% and online isn't correct. I have never felt so disrespected and uncomfortable at a massage place.
