And during the actual massage, there was no such thing as deep tissue or knowing exactly which one of the massages was being received. We went on Valentine's Day before they closed was being tickled the whole time instead of actually getting a massage. I left more tense than I went in. As well as we were only going for a massage and the masseuse assumed that because she asked for the tip upfront and because we were coming together, the tip was gonna be split between the two of us. She made the assumption that we wanted something more than just a massage. Which is 100% false as we are not interested in what she was providing. I would love to get a full refund for that experience because it actually made me feel more uncomfortable than anything, especially from a massage parlor that clarifies that they have the rules inside of the rooms that informed all the patrons that the massage therapist there only do massages. If I can truly give this place a negative review it actually be -5 stars, but I'm gonna be able to only provide it as a 1 star. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!!!

I got the pricing over the phone and decided I wanted to do 60 min. Once I get in the room, she convinced me to do 90 min. It was $90. So the owner comes in and starts my massage. It was felt therapeutic since I asked for hard. 5 minutes in she asked me where I worked. I told her where I worked and she told me to bring friends & I'll get a discount. She continued to ask me about my benefits at work & I felt very uncomfortable answering. It also defeats the purpose of getting a massage. About 15 min in the phone starts ringing and she stepped out without saying excuse me. She comes back and tells me she has a group coming in soon and that she needs to get the rooms ready. Well, after that, she leaves and different masseuse comes in. This person is a sweet lady and does her job very well. I had her for about 30 minutes without interruptions and the massage was great. After 30 min the group shows up and owner comes in and switches back with the masseuse. I told her I liked her and would prefer her instead. The owner said that I'd had to come back next time to schedule a massage with her. Are you kidding me?!? I quietly lay there uncomfortably as she's massaging me. The whole time I could hear her labored breathing since she was running all over the place trying to get the other group situated. I told her that she didn't even massage my legs so she said fine and added an extra 10 minutes to the massage. After the time was up I show up to the register to pay. The owner gave me a full water bottle and gave me about 20 business cards and says to give it to all my coworkers. I give this place 2 stars because the lady gave me a water bottle and when I was getting a massage, it was good. My massage therapist was Coco and gosh-oh-mighty does she have a pair of strong hands on her. I asked her for extra firm and she did not disappoint the whole way through. I have tons of knots and tightness and she found those knots and worked on them. She was less routine and stopped and put a little more attention on those tight spots.
