I had to go to 3 other places(2 places were booked and 3rd one was a total fraud and highly suspicious, I had to walk out)before I ended up here and I'm so glad I did. This establishment is located in the same area as Ranch 99 Market and Daiso along with all these small eateries. It's very nice inside with earthy/holistic feel to it. Everything about this place indicates professionalism. I walked in at 8pm and Allan was able to squeeze me in at 830pm, so I waited in the waiting area. I really wanted to do the 90 minutes one, but I didn't think he had time, so I decided on 60 minutes reflexology/body work. Allan was excellent and the pressure was perfect. When he asked me if the pressure was ok, I told him to make it hurt. This has been the best reflexology/massage session I've had in a long time and I will definitely return for another visit very soon. read more

Relatively inexpensive, as many of these massage places are but don't let the price fool you. I've had a couple of Different ladies, but Julia is hands down the best I've had here. She's actually the best Asian masseuse I've had at the various places I've tried. Granted most of them are groupons or out of convenience, but she gives a legitimate massage and I have been afraid to do her deep tissue, since the regular massage borders on deep tissue. Not very knowledgeable worker that hurt my back, after being to several places it's really easy to tell if the worker is good or not. They think no other race can understand Chinese and say something really unpleasant between worker and boss. They try everything to pass the time without enough service. Base on it's name, you can get a pretty much enjoyable foot massage but nothing up. place looks new and elegant compare to others. So it really is a pity that they don't have good service. charging unreasonable two dollar on cards, so better pay by cash. read more

The person running this establishment was completely rude, he practically hung up on me and was completely inflexible when I tried to use a KGB deal voucher. For some reason as soon as I told him I had a voucher their schedule was magically booked up with no availability. Funny how that worked. I have no idea how good or bad the actual massages are, but the customer service to just book an appointment was horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place just off of that, made me wonder how I'd be treated if they had an opening in their schedule allowing me to even use my voucher. Went with the wife for a couples foot reflexology session. She got it through a Group On deal. I've been to one other foot spa before, this one is definitely better decorated. Upon entry they have a nice sitting area and gentle music playing. We had setup an appointment so we got there on time and gave them our coupon. We waited about 5 minutes while they got our room ready. We were finally taken back and the room had two chairs setup, again playing gentle music and dimly lit. The gentleman worked on my wife's feet, the lady on mine. They took off our shoes and put them into a warm water massage bath, then setup the oxygen. Basically a little plastic thing they arrange around your neck that blows O2 gently at your face. I could give or take that. After about 10 minutes, they came back in, dried our feet and started the massage. Overall a relaxing massage. My wife wished they would have used a little more muscle, but found it relaxing. Compared to the one other place I've been, this was nice, but if I was paying full price I would go else where. All in all, a decent shop. Clean and well decorated. They seemed to know what they were doing. But for full price there are other shops that will give you a better reflexology session. I don't think I will go back. read more

A groupon special caught my eye to this place: $17 for a 40 min foot massage with oxygen bar. Since I wanted to go on a Friday night, I called the establishment to see if they had any availability; in which they did. I booked my appointment, and a few hours later I arrived. NOTE: This establishment is in a strip mall/shopping center, so parking can be an issue. I had to park behind the building. As I entered the building, I was greeted by a nice guy. I told him that I had an appointment and I also had a groupon that I would be using. He took the necessary info from my phone. I had a seat in their lobby because there was about a 5-10 minute wait, in which I didn't mind. Next, I was called into a private room. The room setup is very nice, relaxed atmosphere with soft music playing. I take off my shoes and socks and soak my feet in the warm water for a few minutes. While this is going on, the lady who was doing the massage put this device around my neck for the oxygen bar. She turns it on and the device blows oxygen very lightly onto your face. Honestly, I could have done without it; it didn't do anything for me. The lady did an amazing job on the foot massage!! Can't beat that when you have only paid $17 off of a groupon special!!! I told the guy at the desk that I enjoyed the massage and that I would definitely be back!!! Definitely give this place a try!!! read more

As an avid runner, I have been using foot massage after a long run. This place is a hot or miss. I have had great foot massage from a gentleman names Michael, and then I just had my worst foot massage today. The lady is very nice, and polite, yet tech technique is the worst, and has no clue about pressure points. I do not think it is her fault, as I felt she was not trained properly, just thrown in this business. I left half way, yet paid for full+10 dollar tip. I feel it was a complete scam. I did tell the lady manager, and she seems to get defensive, as everyone loves the employee's massage, with one exception, me. I do not plan on revisiting this place, and share my experience with others. I guess I will go back to Garland again. read more

I have been to this place for about six months and all my experience has been pretty positive. So, I ended up purchasing one of the packages they offer since it provides some discount. Something I like about is, EASY to make appointment. I don't need to Wait a week to make an appointment with the masseuse I want as the place I went to prior to this. It's a huge plus for me. Good ambiance. You got your individual room with relaxing music and dimming light. Reasonable price. It's actually cheaper than most of the places I have been to. Last but not least. I almost always get good massage. I sit in front of a computer every day to make a living and often time, I go to massage when I have unbearable headache, shoulder and back pain. It's rare that I ever leave a hateful review, but this place is the absolute WORST!! I went in, expecting the 29.99 rate for 70 min, but that only included 15 minutes of upper back and neck. I upgraded to the 39.99 for 70 min - 35min on back and neck, and the rest for feet. The atmosphere was very nice, so I thought I had hit the jackpot with a nice, little reflexology place. I have been to many reflexology places before, and let me tell you.. this was the absolute WORST massage I have ever experienced! He spent time on my feet, only to massage the same places over and over. I stuck it out and thought that the back massage had to be better than this.. Nope! It was even worse! He left the room several times during my time.. I know this is common for getting rid of water from the foot bath and such, but he was also taking care of the front desk as well. When he came back after leaving for the 5th time, I kept telling him to please massage harder.. It literally felt like a child was massaging my back, and after a long day, I just wanted a tiny bit of relief. After the third time of trying to tell him that his pressure was too light, I finally told him to stop completely. I finished my reflexology massage early and asked to speak to his manager. Conveniently, she was not there. I ended up completely flushing $40 down the drain for absolutely nothing! It would have felt better spending $40 on the massage chair in the middle of the mall, buying food from Ming's Tasty China next door, or lighting it on fire.. honestly, anything would have been better than what I experienced! My husband and I have been coming to Pure Foot Spa almost weekly for several months now. We have been very satisfied with the foot massage; after about 10 minutes of soaking our feet we have received 60 minutes of hands on massage. As we come regularly we purchase the special deal of 10 foot massages for $300 - a good deal. I highly recommend making an appointment beforehand. I do a lot of learning/social dancing. And because of this my feet (especially my right foot ) became sore and swollen. Of course this causes some hurt and pain------just worn out feet. I needed my feet worked on. In checking around I decided to go to PURE FOOT SPA. The place is nice and, the lady who worked on my feet relieved my soreness. I was happy. The only problem I had was the charging for service. Their advertising showed $30 for the A2 60 minutes small combo. I was charged $32 and an $8 tip (24%). I was given a dirty look because I was going to pay a smaller tip. First of all, don't get me wrong, none of this broke my bank. This place saw me coming and took me for a financial ride. I WILL NOT go to this place again. This is called deceiving advertising and gouging of prices. I don't mind giving a tip for good work/job. But, what the hey, your supposed to do a good job anyway for the price advertised. read more

I have been twice with my girl friends. The owner yes has a diffrent tone on the phone because he is from China. However at the office he is so personable and friendly. He just tries to please. THe facilities are clean and the staff are sweet. He is so good that he closes the place down for the 6 of us and lets us do a little party and chat afterwards. The Messages are perfect. This place makes double appointment for groupons. They tell you ok come in give me your voucher number then they sneek it on a day before you arrive claiming you already redeemed it!!! They will make you pay for it again. I just spent 15 minutes arguing with the guy there is a mix up. He said i have to buy already used. Nice atmosphere and very clean. My husband got foot massage and I got foot massage along with 30 min body massage. The pressure was to hard and the gentleman didn't understand English very well... So basically you have to yell ouch for him to know but he would lighten up for a second then massage deep again... I will go back but ask for someone who doesn't massage deep. Prices are reasonable.
