One of the worst experiences I've ever had with getting a massage. My friend found underwear in the area where he was waiting. Masseuse asked for the money upfront when we were already in the rooms and informed us that it was to pay upfront and the tip. And during the actual massage, there was no such thing as deep tissue or knowing exactly which one of the massages was being received. We went on Valentine's Day before they closed was being tickled the whole time instead of actually getting a massage. I left more tense than I went in. As well as we were only going for a massage and the masseuse assumed that because she asked for the tip upfront and because we were coming together, the tip was gonna be split between the two of us. She made the assumption that we wanted something more than just a massage. Which is 100% false as we are not interested in what she was providing. I would love to get a full refund for that experience because it actually made me feel more uncomfortable than anything, especially from a massage parlor that clarifies that they have the rules inside of the rooms that informed all the patrons that the massage therapist there only do massages. If I can truly give this place a negative review it actually be -5 stars, but I'm gonna be able to only provide it as a 1 star. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!!! read more

I passed by this massage shop and had a massage. It was really great. Good technique and good service

I had the strangest experience at Tokyo Massage last week. I recently moved to the area and have driven by this place many times. My shoulders were giving me pain at work, so I thought a quick 30-minute massage would help the issue. I decided to stop by this place on my way home, especially since it right down the road from home. I should note that I did not have an appointment and I knew I was going out a limb of the business being able to see me without an appointment. But, it was worth a shot! I walked in and shortly after a woman came out of a room and walked down the hallway. I said "hello" and asked if they talked walk-in appointments. She said "no, I would need to make an appointment." Although disappointed, I completely understood. I then asked if the information on the wall includes all of their services. There was a small menu board on the wall that listed massage services and prices. She nodded as I asked this question, so I then asked "is it okay if a take a picture?" The woman responded "no", which to me meant "no, I do not mind". So, as I grabbed my phone and raised it up to the menu board, the woman got visibly upset, exclaimed "no", and stepped in front of my camera and began putting the hood of her sweater over her head. I was taken aback because I did not see my actions as an issue and was worried that I did something wrong. So, I apologized and then asked if she had a flyer or paper that listed the prices. She was confused as first, so I asked if she had something that listed the prices of the services. She immediately said "no". So, then I asked how do I make an appoint. She reached over to the desk and grabbed a business card and said, in a rude tone, "you have to make an appointment.". I said thank you and immediately left. I am not sure what I did to offend this employee, and I feel bad if I did, but she was less than helpful for a business who's parking lot is typically very open. Additionally, there is NO information publicly available for this business; there is no website, no information on this Yelp profile, and clearly no flyers/brochures. I cannot help but feel weirded out by this interaction, which makes me wary of utilizing this business. The massage was horrible! I've had better. Definitely will not be returning! Normally I don't go to places that make you pay upfront but i really needed a quick massage so I came here. I walked through the door and she checked my temp and asked me to pay. Ok fine..... THEN, was asked for a tip before she gave me a massage.I kindly let her knowI will after IF the massage is good.. she agreed.While getting the massage I've asked her multiple times to keep the door closed (for obvious reasons) but she insisted on keeping it open. She did wear gloves which I was definitely ok with but she used soooo much oil it was literally dripping off of me. It felt like she was just rubbing my body. I asked for a deep tissue and did not get that. What I got today, my husband could have given me for free! After the massage the oil was not wiped off so I took the time to wipe myself off myself which I should not have to do and never had to aftter getting a massage. Something told me to check for my debit card because I didn't remember her giving it back and of course I didn't have it. I walked to the front and asked if she had it. She said yes but asked for a tip first. I explained to her I didn't like the massage and she got upset. I asked for my card again and she said why won't I give her a tip. I said I would like my card please. She handed me the card and asked for the tip again when I told her no because I didn't like it she got REALLY upset and blocked me from leaving. She said I paid the owners and not her. I explained to her... while I was laying down she asked me if I liked it and I said its ok it could be better and a tip doesn't mean I HAVE to pay you. At this point she's asking my why I'm even there for an hour (which is a dumb question). She saying how good she is. I had to explain to her that everyone is not going to like your massages. I asked for a DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE and did not get that. She finally moves from the door opens it and tells me to never come back. I said ummmmmm trust lady I WONT. read more

I've been here twice, it's a clean, quiet place. Time was well spent on different areas of my body, wonderful massage. They take temperature upon arrival, masks/gloves worn. Will be back read more

Great place to get a real deep tissue,They do great job getting the knots out and helping relaxation.

This place is excellent. I have been there several times now and I always get great service and an excellent Massage. I definitely recommend trying this place for a Massage. Appointments aren't needed but Probably easier to get in with an appointment. read more
