The wait is okay then the massage lady came in the room her name is ANNIE. Don't get me wrong shes good she has a good hands. Coz i told her i have problem on my shoulder so she really stays there. i will say atleast 45mins. So she didnt give me a full body massage.. After everything she is waiting by the exit doors like waiting for TIPS. So i grab my water and give her $10 as a tip then i was surprise for her saying that ONLY $10? Then after that i give her anither $10 and she still not satisfied and just change her attitude like okay.. go now!!! I think i paid already for the massage and a tip is extra that you will have.. so i think its not right to kinda pressure your client to give alot of tip.. i will never recommend this spot.. now i see why no one really comes here or give a good review.. Please do not go here! This was the worst experience I have ever had getting a massage. The lady…read more, who spoke no English, wanted to run my credit card before even giving me the massage. The massage was very painful, awkward and uncomfortable with most of it being under a hot towel which was stifling. She just kept pressing into me and using the weight of her arms and elbows. When I asked her if she would use oil, she said "oil?" Then she took the towels completely off and left me with no cover at all. After a few minutes she put one towel loosely back on me but it kept sliding off. When the massage was over, she used an app on her phone to translate her message to English. She informed me that she couldn't get my card to work on her device and that I needed to wait for her boss. I just wanted to leave and I happened to also have cash so I paid her in cash and left. Later, when I checked my bank statement, she had charged me and lied about it and so I ended up paying twice....once on the card and once in cash. When I went back to complain, she lied to her boss who showed up. She told him that I never paid her the cash. These people only care about the money and will use any means to get it including lying and stealing from their clients. I filed a complaint to my bank to get this resolved. Horrible massage and a horrible business.

I haven't had a massage in years, but I could tell I really needed one this week. I was looking for…read morea place nearby that took walk-ins, did full-body massages, and (hopefully) wouldn't require this introvert to talk too much. A friend recommended Joy Foot. I walked in and asked the receptionist if they could take me as a walk-in. She said yes and asked me which massage of the ones listed (with prices) on a big sign on the front of the reception desk. I chose the $85 90-minute combo, which was a 30-minute foot massage and 60-minute full-body massage. The receptionist immediately led me to a dim room with several stations in it. I sat on the low, broad reclining table that she indicated and took off my shoes and rolled up my pant legs. Within a minute, an older gentleman came in with the water for the foot massage. I laid back, he covered my arms with a thin towel and my eyes with a washcloth. Gentle piano music was playing. I had never had a foot massage before, and now I'll be getting them regularly. It was absolutely fantastic and so relaxing. When it was complete, he removed the washcloth from my eyes, said that it was time for the full massage, and left the room. I'm hard-of-hearing, so I didn't actually hear what he said and wasn't sure what to do. I looked at one of the other masseuses and asked if I should follow him, and she nodded yes. I gathered my things and walked out into the hallway outside the room. The receptionist and my masseuse found me immediately and showed me to the private room where I'd have my full-body massage. Again, the lighting was dim, and nice piano music was playing. He left the room so I could undress and get face-down under the sheet on the massage table. After a minute, he returned, and I got a fantastic massage for 60-minutes. When it was over, he removed the washcloth from my eyes and let me know. He then left the room so o could get dressed. When I returned to the lobby, he was waiting for me with a cup of water. Everyone was very nice and spoke very little, which was PERFECT for me. Small talk is exhausting to me, and all I wanted to do was relax. I got what I wanted! I had known I wanted a massage. I hadn't realized how much I needed it. I walked out of Joy Foot with all my aches, pains, and tensions relieved. I'm a fan, and will definitely be returning regularly.

I got one of the specials, a 70 minute full body massage for $45, which is an unbeatable price. Amanda was thorough and firm, but checked in periodically to make sure the pressure was good. The massage started the way I'm used to, a little bit of lotion and relaxing pressure. Once she got to my feet, I realized how strong she was, as she really got into areas that needed it. She continued with the very deep massage, finishing with a long stretch of oil massage, which worked into the muscles of my back. I left completely relaxed and the pain in my back is already subsiding. Because of the deep tissue work, I'm anticipating feeling even better in a couple days. A couple caveats that shouldn't stop you from going: I called in for an appointment, and the woman on the phone spoke limited English we had some trouble establishing the time. In the confusion, I went in for an appointment at 10 am, but the massage therapist wasn't available until 10:30 or so. I wasn't in a rush, so it wasn't a big deal, and next time I'll try a little harder to pin down the time. Another issue caused by language differences is that Cindy, the other masseuse, has more trouble understanding client requests, which a friend reported after going here and having a massage that wasn't what she hoped for. I recommend asking for Amanda to make sure that you get the experience that you want. They take appointments and walk-ins, and offer a range of services from full-body massage to foot massages, hot stone, Swedish massage, and some other things I don't remember. I plan to go back soon!
