Still as great as when I updated my review last year, so for great info, read that. This is simply…read morean addendum (wink) ... The co-ed lounge still offers space to sit and wait. They have complimentary snacks and flavored water. There are also still cozy blankets throughout the room you can use. I will say the chairs are not super comfortable so which I would bet is to ensure you don't lounge around all day. The complimentary drink situation hasn't changed, but they have added clarification at the front desk and in the lounge. ONE complimentary drink is offered (wine, champagne, mimosa, tea) and you can choose to have it prior to your service or after. I would recommend if you are arriving less than 30min before your service OR it's busy, get your drink AFTER! There are only so many staff members and if it's busy your drink won't be delivered with enough time to actually enjoy it prior to your service. They have removed the door from the shower and replaced it with a curtain so it's easier to spot. HOWEVER, they do not offer towels larger than a washcloth, so if you plan to shower BRING your OWN towel! They do however have complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. For the first time I ever I included a facial to my visit. The Repair and Revive facial was incredibly relaxing and my skin looked wonderful! I do wish more instruction had been offered when I checked in as this was my first facial. For ex: - Do I wear a robe, or go in my clothes? A: Either. You take off your top and they have you wear a wrap before climbing under a warm blanket and lay on a table (like a massage). - Should I shower before because I won't want to wash my face after? A: yes. Sunscreen and other creams were added to my face so I did not want to shower after. -Should I have my hair done or leave it messy after a massage? A: They massage your neck and around your hairline with oils then wrap a soft headband around your hair to keep it off your face. I had a new woman giving my massage and a new woman do my facial and both were incredible. I have yet to request the same person when I return because truly no matter who I get, they are incredible!

No shade to the friendly front desk or Gina (who gave another fantastic massage), but I left…read morefeeling a bit disappointed. After Woodhouse's most recent renovation, the Quiet Room feels like a Starbucks seating area, where I should whip out my laptop and hop on a Zoom call. Several small, dining-height tabletops and lots of tiny, hard chairs. What happened to the comfy chaise lounges with the big, fluffy pillows? There's a small water station (cool, no ice) and a few small to-go snacks, but that's it. I was led to the locker room and shown my locker, but never offered a water or mimosa, not even instructed to sit in the Quiet Room while I waited. Maybe this was because they knew I was a return customer, but still...

STAY AWAY!!!! That's my advice…read more I came in for a simple gel manicure on my almond shaped nails. Showed Jenna my nude pink almond shaped inspo picture (attached). Instead she gave me the most bare basic nude mani after clipping my nail tips off. It was rushed and bad quality and the clippers came out so fast, and she ignored my request and picture completely. The manicure sucked but I didn't want to get into it, so I smiled nodded said thank you and went to Pay. As I was checking out the receptionist told me about the $12 upcharge for the trim, which btw would've been a complete NONISSUE if I was getting nails remotely close to the nails I asked for. I have no problem paying well (and tipping generously always!) I am not mad about the $ upcharge. I'm mad about the fact that you ruined my long nails by shaving them down, when I didn't ask I even told the nail tech please keep them almond shape but do shorten the length. I was just stunned she was clipping for that and we didn't agree to that, and now you want me to pay extra for the removal. I paid it, but I was like JSYK I'm pretty disappointed with the whole thing and I explained what happened, and I got the most canned response from the receptionist. It wasn't worth the argument, but it was really clear they are just going to let a customer walk out unhappy and not offer to correct their mistakes. Their services are really inconsistent too, I've been in 4 times and the manicures are all over the place. Sometimes they're rushed, other times you might get cuticle oil and a hand massage, but you never know. The training and skill level amongst the staff is hit and miss. With a million salon options, sorry but I'm going to go to the place that is well run, consistent and inviting. Not only this, but the atmosphere is unrelaxing. Dust covers the surfaces by the washing station, hair on the floor, waste baskets full. Give me a swiffer and I'll take care of it in 5 minutes while your staff sit around, scrolling. (Talking esp about the receptionist, young lady with the blond hair who perches in front of the iPad) They had on a baaad techno Pandora station, turned up to a headache inducing volume, at 11 in the morning. A tacky cover of Sweet Dreams by Euryheymics bops. *unce unce* The girl diagonal to me just looked at me and shook her head. Bad vibes, messy salon, checked out staff, and terrible Vegas pool party music. But at least the walls are bright pink!

First time visiting Blush DTX. Keep in mind I have not gotten a manicure in 10 years. Came during…read moretheir soft opening and my god the aesthetics were amazing. They had so many photo ops like a cool telephone booth, flower wall & even just the outside of the store was very inviting. I got a manicure with dipped French tip & a small design on my ring finger. It turned out so good! It was exactly what I wanted in regards to length, color & shape. The dipped process was really cool to see too. Price was reasonable. Great customer service. The receptionist Vivian was so professional & greeted my friend and I with such southern hospitality. The (2) restrooms were very clean. Lots of parking spaces within the plaza. Also a plus, there's a feng Cha next door so you can also get your boba fix :) They did follow all CDC guidelines and you must wear a mask, they will take your temp, and sign a form. Overall, I would come back again because my nails look so good!
