I have had some extra stress and physical stress for the past nine months (which isn't going away anytime soon). My first experience as stated in my initial review was really about pain management - and a success. During my second treatment the only thing I asked of Crystal was that I be able to workout again. I get massages by Jin at Crystal Massages on a weekly basis. At this point its an absolute necessary part of my week. I do Jiu Jitsu and lift weights, so I put a lot of strain on my body. At the end of the week, I need her massage techniques and stretches to make me feel right. She's amazing to work with and is very attentive to my preferred pressure and trigger points. She finds spots that I didn't even know were sore/knotted up and relieves them for me before they become a longer term issue. She's very kind and sweet and is easy to talk to. I absolutely love Crystal as both a friend and massage therapist. I have a degenerated disc that is herniated in my lower back. I'm in my 20s so most people don't understand the severity and amount of pain that I am experiencing considering this is fairly uncommon for someone my age. I've tried everything to avoid surgery up to this point. I met Crystal when I was a member at Lifetime Fitness and have followed her from there. On my worse days she makes herself available for me. She even let me come to her home! Not only is she one of the best massage therapist that I have ever been to but she is my "everything" therapist! Trust me, book an appointment with her and you will understand. She's real and she listens! I feel so comfortable with her. I recently moved to another state and I miss her so much. After suffering a sports related cervical disc herniation that caused a significant loss of mobility of my left hand. I consulted with numerous doctors and began various conservative treatments with the hopes of avoiding surgery. I found Crystal after completing 3 months of other types of treatment and after only 3 sessions with her, I have seen significant improvement. She uses multiple techniques in every session and my recovery has sped up exponentially. If only I had found her 6 months ago, I might have avoided the injury all together.
