I have had many massages but this is my first experience with Thai style massage. I asked for my therapist, Maya, to focus on neck/shoulder tension. I've had several shoulder surgeries and lately found myself feeling extra soreness and tightness in my upper body. Maya really listened and targeted some knots/problem areas she found. She also was cognizant of my limited range of motion with my shoulder and was able to work around it and adjust the stretches. I got a 90 minute session but will be returning for a 120 minute!
