Five stars for hard working women! They did a really great job at Happy Feet in Crossroads. It's not medical massage or The Ritz, so don't come here expecting that and then low star them later! We got the 1/2 feet 1/2 back massage, 1 hour total for $55 each. Evidently it was $60 each bc that was the deal Yelp offered. But I guess they went down on the price - and that is refreshing. They weren't highly skilled in the art of reflexology or massage. But they worked really hard and actually ended the 1 hour massage at 1 hour and 15 minutes. So many places end it at 50 minutes to "give you time to get dressed." That is really annoying. They seemed really careful with being clean. Everyone wore masks and they brought in in heavy tubs of hot water for our feet to rest in while they started the massage on our heads. Once they got to the feet, they didn't come back to the other areas until they had washed our feet, taken out the tubs of water and washed their hands. And I didn't leave smelling like a Big Mac or cigarette smoke, like I have at medical massage, so that was nice. They also used hot stones for no extra charge. The only negatives, and really for the price, no one can complain, but the massage tables were cheap and choked us both bc the cushioning was off for the face. The lotion was thin and unremarkable. There was quite a bit of hair pulling and muscle popping going on. And if we were supposed to get true reflexology, that wasn't it. I studied and practiced it myself, so I do know how it's supposed to go. Also the English was limited to "Ok?" But overall, definitely worth coming back to and way better than more expensive places we've used.

Moving from Cali to Texas it's been Hard finding a massage therapist that massage good . Being a massage therapist myself and a healer it's great when u find someone that u don't have to tell them what's wrong and they know exactly what to do . I love Lucy and I will keep coming her and will request her every time . She is good and she knows what she is doing . I understand the massages are cheaper but please tip , cause they work hard and they deserve it . Lot people don't realize that when u go to a chain the therapist don't get the full amount some only $10 to $25 per massage which makes TIPPING so important . My lil gem in a haystack .. request Lucy u won't regret it . Also Tip her she deserves it .

    Affordable prices!

This massage place is wonderful. They are so friendly and the massage was great!!! I was so relaxed. I love that their hours are so convenient and they're easy to get too. I thought I'd asked for a 30 minute massage and about 40 minutes in, I realized I had pointed to the wrong one on the menu. I was happy to have the longer one. I will be back as often as time allows.

60 minutes of pure bliss! After the first ten minutes I was completely relaxed... the atmosphere was nice... low lighting and they had soothing melodies playing for background noise. The environment was clean and the lady that massaged me was really friendly. I got the foot reflexology and the full body massage. The first thing she did was soaked my feet in a wooden bucket of warm water with some kind of scented oil. Overall , it was a pretty good deep tissue massage and the pressure level was perfect for me... I feel less tensed, more relaxed and my back feels amazing! I will definitely be coming back here!

Nice little fountain and complimentary cold water.

Less than half the time I go it's great. Like, 30% of the time. The other 70% it's strange or ridiculous. They have frequent customer cards which I have never been able to redeem. Whatever is explained to me, with pointing to the card, I do not understand. The employees will carry on conversations out loud rather than respecting the 'relax' part of the business name. You can clearly hear everything from the mall. When I once did get a table massage the 'therapist' left the door open. I could hear the sounds from the mall and there was no music. It was horrible. My last visit I asked for a 20 minute chair massage and 30 minute foot reflexology. Halfway through the chair massage they changed therapists. The next one's only technique was to crush muscle with his elbow. I asked if he would do the other side of my back- which hadn't been worked on, and ended up getting charged an extra ten minutes for that. Foot reflexology normally consisted of foot massage and then pointed pressure on each reflexology point. What I got was my feet slapped and then scraped, which hurt on the arch of my foot, with a stone. The worst part was that the therapist did not follow draping techniques as taught by the Texas Health Department's Massage guidelines. I was wearing a shirt. At the end of the session my therapist bent one of my knees and pressed it across my other leg (in yoga this is a stretching twist). He allowed my butt to be exposed and didn't bother to move the blanket/towel to cover my backside. At all. At the end of the session he pulled the towel by the corner as he walked away, exposing me since my skirt was up to my crotch- thanks to the stretching. I felt like they'd made me into a joke. They DO NOT practice massage therapy techniques approved or taught by most licensed massage therapy teachers.

Tiffany is an amazingly talented and attentive massage therapist and I always leave feeling incredibly relaxed with all my aches and pains resolved, including issues with my sciatic nerve and neck from working at a computer all week. In addition to a 75-minute massage, Tiffany incorporates hot stones, hot towels, sugar glow on your hands, feet, and back, facial massage, and scalp massage for a head-to-toe two hours of absolute bliss you don't have to leave the massage table for. I love having a high-end luxury spa experience so conveniently close to home in such a warm, welcoming place. Jessica at the front desk is always so friendly and thoughtful, remembering my booking preferences, recommending new services I might be interested in, and enthusiastically answering all my questions. I requested a 60-minute massage, which should have been $60 plus tip. However, I was asked four times--before and during the massage--if I wanted to upgrade to 90 minutes. I repeatedly said no. The worst part? When I went to pay, they charged me $90. I didn't request or receive the hot stone/hot pad massage, yet I was still charged for it. Even during the session, I was asked if I wanted it and said no. As for the massage itself, it was a mediocre (C-minus) massage at best. The constant upselling and unexpected charges made the whole experience frustrating. It felt like they were more focused on squeezing extra money out of me than providing a good service. She kept on burping too. Make sure you clarify pricing upfront and confirm what you're getting before starting. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

My "masseuse" pulled my undergarments down SO low to expose 3/4 of my bottom, but what made it worse was she did not use the sheet to cover up my bottom half. The sheet ended up on the top half of my body and my bottom portion was exposed. She focused a lot of her attention on my butt and got WAY too close to my inner thighs and private areas. I was so tense and uncomfortable. I was debating getting up and leaving but my inability to speak up for myself kicked in and I just kept hoping she would move on to the next portion. The amount she massage my butt and around that area was NOT okay. When she massaged other areas, she basically just ran her hands over my legs - there was no kneading or real massage technique of any sort. It was as if her friend called her and said she was short staffed and needed her to help fill in, without any prior massage experience EVER. There was an occasional squeeze of my legs but never any real massage. The actual massage was about 45 minutes even though it was supposed to be 60 minutes but I was completely fine with that because all I wanted to do was leave as fast as I could. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I feel so violated and so much more tense than when I came in. Please just find another option if you're looking for a massage.

It's definitely not a "spa like" environment. It's in a much older building and the walls/ceilings definitely show the wear. The facial started okay; however, quickly became very unrelaxing because my esthetician was talking to someone else through the door. Then, she left the room to go chat with this person and the "walls" of the treatment room are so thin, I could hear everything. Next, she does the microderm, which was slightly uncomfortable, but that's just part of it. Some of the liquids she put on my face afterwards burned a bit, but I stayed quiet assuming this was maybe just the normal stuff. I requested some extractions and she started them immediately - no steam, no prep for these. This was extremely painful and it felt like she was literally using a needle and then squeezing with her fingers. After all was said and done, she said she had really gotten after the extractions and that I should just put a little alcohol on my face later. I left and had dozens of bloody little dots all over my face! My face was on fire for the whole day and I spent my entire afternoon slathering my face with aloe vera and coconut oil to stop the burning. I emailed Groupon and received a partial refund, which I still believe should have been a full one. Either way, this place was on the low end of being professional, was in a dark and borderline creepy shopping strip and damaged my face. I spent no less than four days babying my face with different creams and oils just to reduce the redness. It was even longer before scabs formed on all of her extractions. Such a frustrating experience! I'm all for supporting local businesses, but this is one that disappointed. Stick to the larger places in a bigger town.

I had to contact Groupon to file a complaint before she responded. The facility is not a "spa" atmosphere. It is a large room with curtains partitioning the different treatment areas. The foot reflexology area sits in the middle of the room with no privacy curtains. The therapist is unfriendly and abrupt. The treatment itself was careless and clearly performed as something she "had" to do rather than a service she wanted to provide. It was a run of the mill foot massage, not a true reflexology detox session. No special pressure points or organ areas are focused on. 1/2 hour of the session is spent with your feet wrapped in warm towels, so you are really only getting a 30 minute treatment. Scheduling the second appointment was easier, however, during the session she was chatty and it was not relaxing. When I called for the third session I requested a date and time. She said she would call me back to confirm. She never called back to confirm, and on the day of the proposed appointment texted me to tell me I had missed it. I called her as soon as I received her text but it went to voice mail. The therapy and environment are not worth my energy to argue to reschedule the third appointment. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where they actually perform reflexology.
