There are no forms to complete before massage and with plenty of staff no one asked if I prefer male or female masseuse. When entering the room no one tells you face up or down and on the massage table very thin white sheet left on the table to cover your body. Masseuse never ask where is sore but he did ask halfway through how was the pressure. You definitely get what you pay for as I never had a body massage completely skip my shoulders and use elbows the entire time. On the way out they give you a bottled water which is nice. Been coming here a long time and for a while found a particular masseuse who i liked and did a great job every time. Sadly she left and since then it's been hit and miss. The misses would be fine if them was mediocre but they can be really bad at times. The last time i felt like i was in a torture chamber. The dude who gave me a massage had no business being near another person as a masseuse. I left in pain and wont be back. So why 3 stars? My really bad experience aside you can probably still find a good masseuse here. They have a lot of staff that work different days. It's worth a shot. I would have gone back if not for my traumatic last experience. My advice, if you don't like it just get up and leave. Don't be a chump like me and stick it out. read more

I usually go here every time I need a massage. They are good. I always end up getting the 60 mins full body massage. They do have other options. It's clean and hygienic place with reasonable rates. The masseuses they have are good and always ask the level of pressure you like. I always come out feeling relaxed after their service. Would definitely recommend a visit. I came here for the first time yesterday evening to try out LZ and I must say, I really enjoyed my experience here! The cost was super reasonable. I got the 70 minute combo massage and they massaged my head, neck, shoulders, hands, legs, and feet and it was wonderful! The only odd part was that they massages my legs with gloves on, so that took a bit of getting used to. However, I really enjoyed my experience here and I look forward to coming back for another massage. The front room is a little small where they give the massages, but that did not really bother me. I had foot massage for 90 minutes, the dude done my foot massage get up and down too often, stand up went outside collected monies from other customers while I'm still in massage bed waiting for dude, while he massage, he talked on the phone .Customers inside disagreed with co workers, he standup and went back then. He answered back : I knew and you knew I am busy:, I told him why you take me and let the other guy do it while you push that guy away from me. So tried this on a whim as my husband and I were in Frisco and in desperate need of full body massages. We walked in and I was met with a Flea Spray smell but luckily that was just in the front foot massage open area. Our room with 2 tables was just fine and oh my goodness, it was one of the best massages of my life. The guy hit spots I didn't know I needed and then some. My lower back is in so much pain and is bruised the morning after going here. It was very hot in the room that the man's sweat was dripping onto me. However, I scheduled a 2 hours massage and I had one of the best massages EVER!! This small establishment will now be my go to place!! The employees speak very little English, but there's not much talking anyway during a massage. **TIP** The shop is right next door to a breakfast/lunch restaurant. If you are bothered by kitchen noises (banging dishes) I would suggest waiting until the restaurant closes. I was not bothered, but I could see how some might be disappointed if that is going on during your time of relaxation. Also, don't forget to ask for the return customer card!! I was disappointed in my visit today. My massage was not relaxing because 1) the employees were talking loudly in the back, and 2) the pressure was too much, causing my other muscles to tense instead of relax. The man doing the massage was nice (and complied when I requested less pressure), but I found myself wanting to cut the experience short. This place was mediocre, wish I could've rated it more highly. Maybe at a different time and male massage therapist who is stronger . I came in late on a weekend after calling and was led to an empty recliner chair of sorts in an open room with others getting rubbed. As I waited I felt the chaos all around me and saw the fatigued and begrudging looking masseuses. There was movement all around and I felt gazes upon me as I waited five mins before the massage started. I'm used to open room communal massage places from living in nyc for years, but there they had some flimsy dividing curtain. It takes away seeing the others scurrying about and observing the tired looking masseuses. Pretty cramped in her. At one point I opened my eye and noticed the man massaging the girl next to me was sitting on my massage chair to rub his client's hand. Harmless but still a little... I love deep tissue massage and it was pretty weak and lackluster. I feel a tiny bit better but not like I got the healing touch I needed for $50. I'm still so sore, when with satisfying massages I feel tension melted away. The place was clean and organized and I am amazed by what Eric was able to do today. My hips and back have been bothering me majorly due to nursing type work. I really enjoyed the skill of the reflexology and back massage. You can tell he has been in this a long time, very professional and deep massage. I have not felt a foot spa be able to work tension out of my body like this before--usually I would need an expensive body massage for that. For this reason, 4 stars. Also the lady who works the checkout was very helpful and courteous. The people make this place! I was a bit worried because I went here as a walk in and it seemed pretty empty when I got there, but man it was full when I left! For the facilities I would say it is just okay. The towels were rough and older. The beds here aren't as comfortable as I'm used to. The ottoman is higher than the bed and you can feel it is uneven or maybe it's just got more towels on it, I don't know. The bucket they put your feet in had pebbles of gravel in the bottom under the plastic liner which felt uncomfortable over time and the water was not quite hot enough, and it just got colder over time too. And yeah they make you pay $2 more to pay with credit card and that doesn't exactly scream upscale. All in all, these drawbacks are okay for me considering how great I felt when I left. They have a very consistent process between massage therapists which is nice because you know what you're getting each time. They are very accommodating to requests for adjustment in pressure.
