I requested a 60-minute massage, which should have been $60 plus tip. However, I was asked four times--before and during the massage--if I wanted to upgrade to 90 minutes. I repeatedly said no. The worst part? When I went to pay, they charged me $90. I didn't request or receive the hot stone/hot pad massage, yet I was still charged for it. Even during the session, I was asked if I wanted it and said no. As for the massage itself, it was a mediocre (C-minus) massage at best. The constant upselling and unexpected charges made the whole experience frustrating. It felt like they were more focused on squeezing extra money out of me than providing a good service. She kept on burping too. Make sure you clarify pricing upfront and confirm what you're getting before starting. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

NEVER once have we ever been told how much we should tip, on top of that the lady stopped multiple times throughout our massage. Terrible experience, on top of that it being Father's Day and to be told by our massage therapist we NEEDED to tip 35% plus to her because she "did a good job" in her eyes is ridiculous.
