I requested a 60-minute massage, which should have been $60 plus tip. However, I was asked four times--before and during the massage--if I wanted to upgrade to 90 minutes. I repeatedly said no. The worst part? When I went to pay, they charged me $90. I didn't request or receive the hot stone/hot pad massage, yet I was still charged for it. Even during the session, I was asked if I wanted it and said no. As for the massage itself, it was a mediocre (C-minus) massage at best. The constant upselling and unexpected charges made the whole experience frustrating. It felt like they were more focused on squeezing extra money out of me than providing a good service. She kept on burping too. Make sure you clarify pricing upfront and confirm what you're getting before starting. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Terrible experience, on top of that it being Father's Day and to be told by our massage therapist we NEEDED to tip 35% plus to her because she "did a good job" in her eyes is ridiculous.
