Our therapist was nice & caring paid attention to every detail & once finished they waited outside for us to ask about the experience which was very thoughtful. Overall we liked the place & the massage experience. Please don't expect any frills like mimosa or big lounge area for relaxation or pools. Most of the high priced hotels have that kind of luxury services . This place is specifically for quick massages or couple hours of relaxation from your hectic schedule.
