I have been a long time customer for *many years* at the Palm Beach Tan location at 7000 Independence Pkwy in Plano, TX. I think it is *shady business practice* that Palm Beach Tan *intentionally did not* post signs that Legacy Village location on Independence Pkwy was *closing* at the end of May 2026. I found out about the upcoming closing today when I asked the employee why all the Palm Beach Tan *products were removed* from the counter where customers check in. Will the customers at the Palm Beach Tan location at 7000 Independence Pkwy receive *discounted monthly memberships* since the customers will have to * drive 5 miles to the Garden Park location in Allen. * drive 6 miles to the Preston Road location in Frisco. * drive 7 miles to the Dallas Pkwy location in Plano. Gasoline prices keep on rising. Not every Palm Beach Tan customer can afford to drive the extra miles.

The real problem is, after requesting a medium tan, I left as pale as I came in. I used the tanning booth and I honestly believe the employee forgot to put the color in the booth and they sprayed air on me. I had absolutely zero color change.
