I was running late and called ahead. She said there was nobody after me and could wait, but told me to "hurry up and to take another route" and this was when I was only about 8 minutes late. I said I respect her time and I can come in anytime later in the day or anytime the next morning. I was still charged a fee for the cancellation -- even though it was her suggestion. I had been looking forward to using their services, but now I don't feel comfortable booking here again. I wish the customer service matched the hype, because I was genuinely excited to support them. She will not make it in this industry with her rudeness and lack of respect for customers.

After a brief google and Yelp search, I decided to try out The Bronzetique and I was not let down! The studio was super easy to find w the helpful directions given, and I was even able to be seen a bit early which was fab. Stefani was extremely thorough w the airbrush and we had a great conversation too! After showering, I could immediately tell that this was one of the best quality tans I've ever had, the color was perfect and exactly what I was looking for and it was SO even throughout! I had my event last night, and the color hasn't faded at all (got my tan on Tuesday morning so it's been about 3 days). I'm so so happy with my results and know that this will definitely last me through my events for the rest of the weekend. The only downside is that she's not located in NYC! It felt like she was so close I could literally feel the spray going on in one line instead of a broad spray. I noticed it looked weird before I left and asked about it. Was told it would wash away. It did not. The young woman was super sweet and I don't fault her for learning on the job. I fault the owner who did not give any advisement when I booked the appointment at full price that it would be an artist that is still learning. I'm very disappointed by the service and the lack of transparency when making appointments. It is a disservice to customers. Im so embarrassed by my hands, which are hard to hide. Terry was SUCH a sweetheart and did an amazing job on my custom spray tan!…read more I'm very pale, so airbrush tans have always been tricky for me because streaks show up more prominently, and it's super easy to look too orange because of my skin tone. Terry not only applied a smooth, natural looking base for my spray tan, but she was delightful to chat with while doing it! She makes sure to wipe your hands and feet, guides you through many poses so your tan covers all the angles of your body, and even went back over some custom spots to add contour to my stomach, even out my arms, etc. She is friendly, professional, and punctual. Best of all, she was super accommodating of my busy work schedule (I got sprayed on a Thursday morning and had to reschedule with her twice). She was willing to come in early for my appointment and every time I called to reschedule she responded cheerily and said "no big deal, what works for you?". On top of that, her prices are SUPER reasonable - full body custom tan with touch ups for under $50 INCLUDING tip?! I'll take it! If I'm ever getting tanned in the Dallas area again, I will be absolutely be going to Bronze Bombshell! If I could give Terry and her service more stars, I would! Will post pics soon.
