This spa is exactly what I've been searching for. They offer an incredible variety of wellness and beauty modalities all in one place, and most importantly, everything is high-quality, spotless, and extremely well maintained. They have two excellent medical-grade red light therapy systems, tanning beds, spray tanning, a sauna, the Cocoon Wellness Pod, CryoLounge, and so much more. One of my favorite things is that services are available on a walk-in basis, so there's no need to schedule appointments. And I rarely have to wait for anything! The pricing is very reasonable, and the customer service is consistently friendly and welcoming. It's clear that they care about both their facility and their customers. After a brief google and Yelp search, I decided to try out The Bronzetique and I was not let down! The studio was super easy to find w the helpful directions given, and I was even able to be seen a bit early which was fab. Stefani was extremely thorough w the airbrush and we had a great conversation too! After showering, I could immediately tell that this was one of the best quality tans I've ever had, the color was perfect and exactly what I was looking for and it was SO even throughout! I had my event last night, and the color hasn't faded at all (got my tan on Tuesday morning so it's been about 3 days). I'm so so happy with my results and know that this will definitely last me through my events for the rest of the weekend. The only downside is that she's not located in NYC! I've never received such bad customer service as I did from the Store manager "Reyna D" as it was listed in my receipt. Amber is so nice, said she remembered me from richardson store and even said "she's the store manager and I saw her be rude to you." On 1/39/25 around 7:10 p.m. Reyna decided to argue with me for almost 10 min in front of customers and kept telling me my spray tan had expired. I know for a fact it hasn't and she said "it wasn't her problem" and "it was done by an 18 year old who didn't know what she was doing". Mind you that day I purchased the spray tans by the said 18 year old, I waited almost 30 min for the girl to clean the machine and was really patient about it because she was frustrated and couldn't multi task. AFTER I finally told Reyna that I'll pay for another one, she realized the former employee had accidentally used both of my tans in the same day and it wasn't expired. Reyna was beyond condescending and rude. I told her that's fine, I don't think I'll come back to this location and she said "that's fine".... Her tone, demeanor and attitude was so unprofessional. I drive to this location from highland park bc it use to be the best location. Today I sat in the massage chair for almost 15 min u til I saw her putting someone else in the red light bed and then proceeded to tell me there were now 8 people in line ahead of me. I asked her what happened to the 8 min wait and she said she didn't know. I asked well why didn't bother to let me know, you knew I was waiting in the massage chair. If you use multiple machines during your visit you have to keep going to the front to let them know your ready and every time you go to the front you have to wait in line while they try to sell products or check people in. They constantly try to sell you product. I didn't even know they had robes until a year later when I heard them asking a new person if they want a robe. They have a red light therapy sign on one of the rooms and it's definitely not a red light therapy bed and of course the employees don't know any better. The steam pod smells like urine. I had to get out of it. It was disgusting. When I tried to cancel I had to email them. When I emailed them I received no response or confirmation. Then I tried the live chat. Live chat worked but I did not receive a confirmation email and was left wondering if I'm getting charged again. Like I said just throw the whole place away.
