This place is amazing. I went in December & had Joe. She gave me the most relaxing deep tissue massage I'v ever had. Fast forward to yesterday. I called because I was in so much pain I could barely get out of bed without crying. I explained what was going on over the phone. They took notes and decided Jake & I would be a good match. Omg, Jake was amazing. He did a 90 minute massage to release the pain and tightness I was having. I was in rough shape when I came in so I was not expecting a lot but I was wrong. This man talked me through what was happening and what he was doing. It was a process to get those muscles to release. I went home to rest on a heating pad and drink plenty of water as instructed. I was exhausted and slept hard for a few hours. I actually was able to get out of bed after my nap. I feel a 1000% better than this morning. If you need a great massage, this is the place. I've been going here for a couple of years and had a good therapist when I started and then that person left. The next couple of people after that we're also good. However the last two have not lasted there long and I've had to keep changing therapists. I had asked to cancel my membership and they still charged me and today they told me that it had to be done on paper. I had not been told that before so now I still have one massage left. I'm going to try a different location as today's massage was not good at all. I asked for deep tissue but this was more like deep pressure and painful. I recently started getting massages from Sham at Elements Massage on Main & Legacy in Frisco. Shan gives the most amazing massages! I have arthritis in my neck and lower back and limited range of motion in my neck. Since I started getting massages from Sham, I have gained substantial motion in my neck and my lower back no longer aches constantly. Sham was a physical therapist for years before he became a masseuse. It really shows in his techniques. He is very thoughtful and knowledgable. He even suggested some exercises I can do to keep the neck flexible which have really helped as well. I have had many good massages at Elements Massage and elsewhere but Sham is hands down the most talented masseuse I have ever encountered. Elements has a membership that provides a significant discount if you commit to at least one massage a month. I like that you can cancel at anytime. I am now getting a 1 1/2 massage every other week and I plan to continue there for as long as I continue seeing significant improvements in flexibiilty and reduction in pain from the massages. Oh. They also have CBD oil that really makes a difference too. And they provide scent therapy as well. I have been adding the CBD oil but I may try the aroma therapy next time too. read more

I purchased a massage online for my wife's birthday. Due to my wife wanting something different I called to cancel my massage and get a refund. The lady told me that online purchases function as gift cards and are therefore non-refundable. She put me on the line with another lady who then asked why I wasn't giving them a chance and they only have one chance to prove themselves and I'm not giving them a chance to do that by asking for a refund. She then got very irritated with me when I explained I just wanted my money back. She said she had worked there for years and I probably wasn't going to get my money back but she would see. THEY CHARGED US A FEE claiming they called etc (the normal bs) Resolution: I called trying to see why they didn't call and she said they called and "I don't care if you don't come" and being EXTRA EXTRA B-eautiful w a capital B If you catch my drift. Power struggle much lady?! I mean you gotta be nice, courteous, professional no matter what!!! I said f it, let's do another appointment anyways given her fabulous temper with us and rudeness. Don't go her and buy a membership ! I have gone to Elements Massage Frisco for several years. My massage therapist who is also my friend for over 15 years worked there. I had a membership there and had difficulty getting weekend appointments when I needed them and also live a little ways from there so it was hard to get there sometimes. I asked to pause my membership and it was done but when I was getting too many unused massages I decided to cancel. They charged me for 2 more sessions when I canceled and didn't tell me all of my sessions had to be used with 1 month. They wouldn't honor my left over sessions when I tried to schedule. I spoke to their manager a that now no longer works there who did work with me and gave me an extension since it wasn't explained to me that I would lose those sessions. I booked my 4 unused sessions before the end of the year and when they called me to confirm the appointment they said since it's a new year it's no longer honored so now I'm out almost $300. I'm contacting an attorney and will be filing a complaint with an agency. Additionally, when my therapist changed jobs the new owner sent a threatening legal letter to her which listed my name as someone she wasn't allowed to contact. She had already recommended some therapists at Elements before she left who I used for my last massages. The owner cannot tell me not to speak to my friend. Beware of being charged for sessions you can't use if you get a membership. Ask for a copy of the cancellation or pause and read it carefully. read more

So I've been a member for years in Richardson. I'm moving to Frisco and wanted to figure out if I should cancel my membership or not. I went to the Frisco location and there was this lady who was back and forth from the back. When I was filling out new paperwork...she came to the front talking so loud and unprofessional. During my massage, she was talking so loud down the hallway. Not relaxing at all! My 1.5 hr massage was unfortunately disappointing. I don't know if she had allergies, but there was a lot of sniffling going on...not relaxing. I don't know if she was new, but the massage felt like my 20 yr old daughter would give. Even using the lotion seemed like it wasn't enough. I felt like it was a dry rub. She was nice and all, but not sure if this is her line of business for her. After coming here for years as a member I had to cancel. They had different people up front always charged a different card for my membership. When someone would fix it the new person would charge old one wasn't a huge deal just annoying. The final straw was when I called to make an appointment and was told my massage therapist (that was amazing no issue with him) had a cancellation. I figured I could help with his gap and come in. I told them to pencil me in but was on my way to another appt. When I arrived at my hair appt she informed me it would run into this appt so I called back to change it. After no answer at the office (which is common) I left a message letting them know I couldn't make that work mind you it has been 20min since booking it and it was still an hour before it was scheduled. They charged me a cancellation fee! So they can keep the $50 and loose 2 clients. Unfortunately the therapist gets punished I was a good tipper. Let me start off by saying my problem with Elements had NOTHING to do with my actual massage. I had a deep tissue with Nick and he was phenomenal. The saddest part is that I'm out $55 bucks that I won't be getting back and out of spite, I won't be returning to this location and therefore can't come back to see Nick. My problem is with the front desk. I went in with a $55 Groupon for a 90 minute massage two weeks ago. Had a great time. At the end of my visit, I handed my Groupon to the man at the front desk, who I believe is named Justin. He told me about a program in which I keep my Groupon to use at another time, this massage is on Elements, and I pay a flat fee of $65 a month for a 60 minute massage. It's got rollover massages in case I can't go back in a month, and I get to add a person to my account. I said great, sign me up. Then I booked my next massage, the one with the Groupon for this last Tuesday. Tuesday massage is great. But when I left, I realized I only had an hour massage instead of the 90 on my Groupon. Didn't say anything about it because oh well, at least it was free and I'm lowkey enough to not make a scene about a free massage. Then I go home... I'm charged $55 for the massage. Guess it WASN'T free! So I call today and speak with a woman receptionist, who I believe was named Janice. She tells me that I was scheduled for a returning customer fee and not my Groupon. "Did you give him the Groupon?" As if to imply that it's MY fault that Justin didn't use it then first time. And so she said I could use my Groupon on that and return the $55... but why would I do that when I paid for a 90 minute? So I said keep the $55, I'll use my Groupon some other time and want to cancel my rewards. "Um... you haven't even been here for your first appointment? May I ask why?" Because this is already turning into a pain in the butt? Because I got charged $55 for a massage that should've been free? Also, because why would I pay a rewards program cost of $65 a month when I got charged $55 as a returning customer for the SAME MASSAGE? So then she needed my Groupon for the massage... because of course, why not. You guys have already inconvenienced me and clearly don't care about customer satisfaction. So thank you, Elements! Clients beware. Their pricing is misleading and falsely advertised and I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to get this fixed. On their website it lists a first time massage for $70. When I checked out, I was informed it was $80. I should have pushed for them to honor the price on their website, but didn't. She asked how much I wanted to tip, which I replied 20%. When I got home I found I was overcharged, for a total of $110. I called and they informed me that the service was $80 and there is an additional $10 fee for an elite masseuse, plus a $20 tip. I was never notified of this additional elite fee when I booked or confirmed the appointment, so the manager "took it off", or so they said. When I asked about the 20% tip being incorrectly calculated, I was told that they calculate the tip based on what the service is normally priced at. What? They said they fixed the charges, except the $10 difference I mentioned above as the pricing on their website. They said all of the charges would be fixed and yet today when the charges posted, it was for the incorrect amount. So, you actually have to dispute the charge in order to force them to do what is right. Again, the massage was good, but definitely not worth the pricing hassle and lies I've had to deal with. read more

I brought a group on coypon for the first time but didn't know I would be looked down upon this massage place . Didn't get an appointment when I wanted one instead got it when they offered a senior therapist for 10$ extra which I gave into. I was never reminded of the appointment. I was running late and called maddy and she said that would be fine. When In reaches I asked her if she needed to see my coupon, made me do paperwork for 10 and then eventually my massage which was supposedly 90 min lasted 45 minutes minus the changing time. Upon asking the consultant said she had another appointment. I still gave in and thought of a 20$ tip and 10$ for senior therapist which I told maddy to charge. Never got a recipt. Maybe someone should tell IRS.And suddenly I see my bank account charged for 124( see photo attached) I called them, Janice the manager was rude and said So what and any ways 24 was for hot stones and the 30 I had told them to charge. They never mentioned earlier hot stones were extra. I called the day after and asked if my money had been refunded, the lady said NO and refused to give me the owners number. The next day the manager called to leave a message that when she said she would refund why did I ask for the owners number. A week passed by, nothing happens, when I call Janice she says Oh I didn't have the group in coupon number. If she could leave a message refusing to give me the owners number she could have left a message asking for my group on voucher number. Still don't see it on my bank account, but as soon as my husband threatens them of consumer court and police the refund of 68 only comes in the account.
