Went to get a massage today and it was Terrible. LYN didn't even bother to work on my back, even when I told her my trouble spot was my lower back. Instead she worked on my neck and shoulders the whole time. There was no communication about this until my massage was over. WASSSSSSSTTTTEEEEEEE OF MONNNEEYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. Lynn took such great care with me. I felt like a new woman after her 2 hour massage. Loved it.! One of the best massages I have ever had. She gave me a few tips on stretching as unpacking boxes for 4 days took its toll on my back and legs.. The front desk check were so pleasent and welcoming. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! Customer service by the lady at the front desk named Carleigh is a major part of the reason I absolutely will not ever go back and have cancelled my membership. I told her before hand I wanted to cancel my membership and she went against my wishes and charged my card anyways. When I requested to speak to a manager she refused resulting in me having to DRIVE UP there to actually be able to speak with one. I went last month for the first time, Beth was my technician. She was fabulous. I suffer from low back pain due to 3 bulging discs and bursitis in both hips. After this 1st 60 minute session I decided to join their Wellness program. There was no pressure, I asked about joining. Everything was explained to me very clearly regarding the contract. The young lady at the desk was very professional and thorough. Today was my 2nd appointment. I work on my feet all day, walking an average of 7-10 miles daily on my job. Beth has been so helpful in relieving my aches and pains! I left with a sense of complete happiness. In my experience, Elements is sort of a "fast food" of massage. You don't get the same therapist every time and I have had different massage experiences depending on the therapist. I also would NOT recommend purchasing their wellness program. It used to be easy to get an appointment but since the pandemic, it's practically impossible to get an appointment when you want one unless you book out a week or more ahead of time. They also make it very difficult to cancel the wellness membership. You can't do it online, and if you call to cancel you have to go in and sign a form in person. There's really no benefit to the wellness program other than that you save a little for a massage and they bill you monthly so if you don't get massages that often, not worth it! read more

First time customer, I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and scheduled a prenatal massage with Candice Who is the only certified prenatal masseuse so her schedule is pretty full. I was lucky to get in on such short notice but then the crazy texas winter storm hit and the business was closed for two days cause my appt to be cancelled. Julie immediately called me to try to reschedule me but unfortunately due to Candice's full schedule they weren't going to be able to see me til 2/22. My due date is 2/25. I told her no thank you as it was too close to my due date but Julie continued to try and work with me to make sure I could get the much needed relaxation I needed. She told me she would put me on stand by incase anyone cancelled I would be the first to know. Turned out someone got stuck in another state due to the weather and had to cancel so I was able to get seen the next day of my cancelled appointment. I truly want to thank Julie for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and for Candice who worked on all my problem areas. What a great, caring staff. I had a 90 minute Groupon and this was my first visit. Eric came out at 7:30 my appt time. While I can appreciate hot towels I came for a message not a bath. Eric used a hot towel to start then some rubbing and then a hot towel to the rubbed area. This left me never getting relaxed because it was no messaging while he waited for each towel to cool some and after 15 towels!!! Well it was a bath. Then the 90 minute session was shorted by 20 minutes Yes you got my groupon but I won't be returning. read more

So on the massages...I'll give my feedback first and then my hubby's. Mine: I've gone to two very different people and have both been great. Read the fine print because consultation and dressing time are included in your 60,90 etc minute massage time. I just cut the chit chat and tell the masseuse that they don't have to leave me undressing for long, I can be quick. It's very quiet, has low lighting and very relaxing. Both rooms I have been in are super clean. Front desk staff- well there is a younger girl that seems a little clueless, but the brunette that's maybe mid 40's-early 50's? is super nice and on top of things. Both massages were different styles, even though I requested deep tissue both times. Both were good and I don't have any complaints. Just haven't found my perfect person yet, I almost want a mix of the two people i've had- but my husband has found his perfect guy! His: He has had a guy named Eric twice and raves about him. They have conversations about tech, books, health websites and trends etc. Every time my hubby leaves he tells me how great his massage (and conversation) with Eric was. The last time he left he came out with a full paper of different resources to check out for his shoulder. He keeps telling me I need to see Eric. Couple things I wish I knew: -Tipping is definitely encouraged here - they leave a chocolate and envelope on your pillow as you go into the room. -the benches can be warmed up or left off, I didn't know this my first time, but was pleasantly surprised to find it out on my second massage -undressing - some places only allow you to undress to a certain level, here it is to your comfort, go totally nude if you prefer! - you can use your HSA to pay for massages, yippee! -they have specials for first time customers (and specials on groupon too) read more

Do not go to this place! The staff is beyond rude and unprofessional! My boyfriend purchased a massage for me for Valentine's Day and said they would send an email & call to let me know when it will be and location. I never got a call or email, I told my boyfriend I have no information on this place or that if I even had an appointment. He called them all day long and they never once answered the phone. Then a very rude, unpleasant, unprofessional lady called to let me know I will be charged a late fee for not showing up to a place I had no idea where or when to be. so I see a senior therapist Irene and pay $10 extra. This is who I always saw prior to her getting her promotion. I thought shoot Im gonna save my $10 and try out someone else. well, let me tell you that $10 is the best thing I have invested in. I go at least 1x month. my chiropractor and regular Dr has been impressed with the pain control in my hip and back that I have had since going to see Irene regularity,. She knows her stuff. They call everytime the day before to confirm and if I need to change the time or day for any reason they are always very accommodating. I get regular perks that include increased time, other services etc just for being a regular in their wellness program. Very professional place. WORST MANIPULATING LYING CHEATING PLACE EVER!!!!! Make sure you never get screwed the way we did. They manipulate you into signing up for their no strings attached program but then have a 30 day notice that yes they tell you about but then when you call a month ahead after your first bill to cancel due to life events that make it impossible for you to use, it's already been 29.5 days so you are forced to pay for two months no matter what. I am beyond pissed and want to make sure I save everyone else that goes there from being ripped off the way we were. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP FOR A MONTHLY PROGRAM HERE NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY! Let me start by saying I'm a licensed Massage Therapist myself so I know I can be very particular about my massages which is why I'm not reviewing flow, conversation, choice of massage techniques and strokes etc. The only reason I am writing this review is because I received a massage from Joe back in March who said he'd been practicing massage for 19 years. I myself have not even had my license for a year yet so I just assumed he knew more than I did. I asked for a 2 hour deep tissue massage for relaxation purposes only. Joe did some very specific neck work on my cervical spine and my neck has not been the same. For two weeks after the massage I was in constant pain. Even now after nearly two months I'm still having problems. I'm not saying every Massage Therapist at Elements Massage is bad however the fact that they employ someone who's physically injuring people cannot be excused. I would caution anyone to think twice before booking a massage with them. read more

I normally don't like membership-type massage places as they seem average in customer service and technique but figured I'd use this Groupon finally. I was pleasantly surprised by my massage therapist, Candice. She was very intuitive about what my needs were, had strong hands, and was very comfortable to be around. This was my second time at this particular location, so I thought I'd give someone new a try. I had Beth who was perfectly nice, but she made me feel so on edge the whole time, and kept telling me to relax and un-tense whatever area she was working on. I didn't even feel like I was tensed up, I was perfectly comfortable during the massage! But her constant comments about the supposed "tensing" made for a very stressful massage that I just wanted to be over. I couldn't concentrate on relaxing for fear that she was going to scold me again for this tensing that I couldn't even notice myself. To bat, she was fairly sick and started coughing so much she had to excuse herself from the room for a few minutes to compose herself, which I lost out on during my hour session, plus she ended 10 minutes early. I understand the need to work, and make money, but it's not at all relaxing for someone to be sniffing and coughing all over me while I'm lying out on a table. Used on-line scheduling to set up appointment and auto confirmation was received. All indications on-line was that the therapist was available at the time selected. Called 1 hour before appointment to confirm information and was told they had no information on me. With no care or concern for the system error, I was rescheduled for the next day. Two hours before the appointment, they call and tell me the therapist I'm scheduled with isn't going to be working today. Again, I was rescheduled to the following week. I don't understand all the bad reviews. I've been here several times and I've been treated very well by the receptionist. I even witnessed her at one point running out to the parking lot because a customer left her credit card on the counter. They seem to genuinely care for their customers. My favorite therapist is Joe. His technique is a little different than what I've experienced in the past but very effective. He is also great with judging how much pressure should be applied, but if at anytime you are uncomfortable, he backs off if you say something. Don't be swayed by the bad reviews. I purchased two 90 minute massage gift cards for Christmas. When called to schedule an appointment. Janice blocked my gift cards due my missed appointments. The receptionist was rude. So to make matters worst. I was told I'm obligated to pay 45.00 for two appointments that were not cancelled. What a wasted 149.00 gift. I will pay the fees. But I will not go back to this place again. I received a gift card from my daughter for Mother's Day this year and liked the service to gift someone else. The experience of professionalism with the front desk and getting harassed about having to pay staff because I didn't get a follow up call for my appointment was due to lack of follow up totally turned me off. I had no ideal this happened and was upset. Because of lack of communication on staff not Communicating.
