Second Edit: I called twice. But see how the owner likes to blame the client? And still, the way that I was spoken to hasn't been acknowledged. Edited: The owner didn't care to keep me as a client. He actually went to my own business page and referred to reviews from years ago in his follow up email with me. There was absolutely no accountability taken for how I was treated. Only client blame. He said that he will terminate my membership and refund what I'd paid. I guess great customer assistance is truly hard to find now. Acknowledgement of being treated poorly and not given excuses would've easily helped to rectify the situation. He'd told me that the manager had tried to reach me and I'd called back twice but I had to leave a voicemail. Someone did call me back and told me to call the manager back tomorrow but since the owner has termed and refunded, that won't be necessary. The irony is I'm absolutely one of the easiest clients to have lol I'm loyal and tip well. I own a business so I TOTALLY get it! But I will do everything that I can to acknowledge a clients concern. He apologized for the inconvenience of me driving to the cancelled appointment but still blamed me for not listening to the voicemail in time. Not once did he acknowledge how the receptionist spoke to me. He didn't care. Generally, I don't complain unless something really bothers me. I'd rather send an email than post bad reviews. I've sent an email, was told I'd get back to but never did so here I am. I've never signed up for a massage membership before but after receiving my first massage last month with Elements, I'd decided to give membership a try. When I arrived for my 90 minute massage on July 26th at 1:30pm, the receptionist said that my therapist had called in sick and she could reschedule me. She said that she'd tried to call me this morning. I was in church in the morning and I'm in the process of moving so I guess I missed the call. I was really looking forward to the massage. Another therapist wasn't offered, an upgrade for my inconvenience or anything. Again, I've never had a membership before and with this only being my second visit and the receptionist acting as though it was no big deal, I decided to ask her to cancel my membership. Now, here's where it gets completely unprofessional: the receptionist looks at me in disbelief and condescendingly says "because your therapist is sick?????". I said excuse me? "You want to cancel your membership because your therapist is sick???" I asked why she was questioning me. She said "because I'm confused. Do you need help with something else?" I said I'm sorry that you're confused and I asked if she was the manager. She said no. I asked for the managers card. She said there wasn't one. I asked for the managers name and she said Janet. I understand that things happen but I would never speak to a client the way that the receptionist spoke to me. She absolutely did not change my mind about wanting to cancel my membership, she actually made me want to cancel it even more. Again, I know that things happen but I was more bothered by the way that the receptionist spoke to me than showing up to a cancelled appointment. I have been a member at Elements Massage Frisco / Main and Legacy for 5 years. About 2 years ago, I walked in and was stunned at the new look and new vibe! Many positive changes and MUCH more consistency in Service Providers. I see Jayden (an LMT) regularly. He has no fear of stubborn knots and problem areas! I have also seen CC, Sandra, Mae, and Candice (an elite level therapist). The owners have made changes and focused on the consistency in staff. I recently had a facial with a new ESTI - Michelle. I also had her work on my son who really needs to focus on his acne prone skin and clogged pores. I WAS STUNNED at what she did for me and for my son. You must try this studio! Was on their membership program and needed to cancel due to a conflict. They have this policy that they cannot due it over the phone (inconvenient) and I asked if my payment would be canceled now that my membership was. The lady confirmed that no more payment would be taken and then what do you know... Yesterday a payment for $79 came out!! Called and talked to the owner, David and he said that it's in the fine print of what I signed that states they'll charge me another month even after I cancel. That makes NO sense and very disappointed in the customer service. No Help and Now I'm out $79 for signing up for a "membership"... Don't go here.. you will be scammed and disappointed. Ive been to a lot of massage places- envy, heights, elements, and the sad thing is that they are ALL WAAAAY too focused on getting you to sign up for that membership. It makes me wish there was a back exit I could sneak out of instead of having to constantly turn down the front desk. But ANYWAY, ive been to a lot of places and BY FAR - Chloe has been the most amazing therapist I have ever had. Her style is a mix of relaxing and therapeutic- so it doesn't feel like you're hurt and have been beaten up and stretched to death but it also doesn't feel like you've wasted a session being lightly massaged. She is knowledgable and professional and she is the only massage therapist Ive ever had who has actually made me consider getting a membership. read more

I can't believe the service this place provides! Front desk lady is friendly, but the owner is not helpful AT ALL. Had some questions regarding fees that were charged to my checking account for a membership and the owner laughed at me and told me he does not feel bad for me. That I signed a contract and somewhere in the fine print says they will charge me another month even after I cancel. I feel taken advantage of and will not be returning. Tell all your friends and family to stay away unless you want to be taken advantage of and receive hidden fees. read more

A fantastic experience. They have a variety of outstanding masseuses that can cater to your massage preference. I enjoy Beth for a hot stone massage, Erik for a deep tissue massage, and Candace for a relaxing massage. Whatever your preference they got you covered. The entire staff is nice, the place is neat and clean, and the massage rooms are quiet and relaxing with soft lighting and music. You'll love coming here! I have had 2 massages here from Camille and she has been excellent both times! She really listens to where my trouble areas are and focuses on them throughout the session to relieve my muscle tension and pain. The owner, David does not know the definition of customer service. They run a scam with their membership and charge you an extra month after you cancel. Save yourself the trouble and find another massage place. Scam artist!! It's a shame to see bad service from an owner. read more
