The location is convenient to my home so I came in for a gel pedi. Price was decent ($57 total) and I tipped Sophie $15 because she did a good job. I had a small point from polish that was overlooked so I had to file that at home. Not a big deal but it did full my polish a bit. No choice as it was sharp and I don't have time to redo a mail at the end of service. Pros: easy to book, lots of colors to pick from for gel, price point wasn't horrible. Cons: staff was a bit standoffish from the start. My girl was great but took a bit to warm up. Not a big deal. What was is their chair. It was not bad but not the most comfortable either. Massage didn't really do much as it's high up and adjustment really didn't do much. The water was cool/warm not hot at all. Not something I liked. I prefer hot or very warm water. It's also freezing out so having my leggings slightly wet at the bottoms was a let down. The pedi took an hour. Plus take off was 10-15min. Sophie did a great job taking off polish though. Some just scrape it off and damage the nail but she took a lot of care on it and I was very happy with the end result. Not sure if I would book with anyone but her. The most of the staff and owners seemed rushed and rude imho. I can see that's a trend by some of the reviews here so hopefully the owner takes note because I for sure am use to a much higher quality of service overall than what may typically be provided here. That could change but they would need to step their game up and that starts with customers actually being happy and appreciated the moment they walk in. For now based on my one experience with the person I saw I will stick to a 4 star review. Will update if I return. P.S. I am not a fan of the piped in rap music which is inappropriate for young kids to hear when they clearly service people with kids as there was one in a chair. Maybe stick to music that is calm and enjoyable for all. read more

I paid 35$ for an acrylic fill(they fill in the missing space from growth) she (Cindy) charged me 5$ for "fix & fill" i did NOT have a broken nail, the whole point of paying for a fill is to fill in the growth. what's the point of the extra charge? - Make sure you have 35 mins to get the actual service although you made an appointment - The tech will file your nails so thin so you can feel your skin beneath it. No apology about it, just excuses. - Being understaffed and not having enough experience/ skill is not my fault. Do not take it out on the customer. First time here. Sunday. Had an impeccable google review and it was my fault not checking the yelp review. Made an appointment around 2.5 hours before the appointment. Waited 35 mins to get the service. The tech told me she was under staffed because her sister is not here. Okay, it would have been nice if they told me when I made an appointment- to come 30 mins late, or let me know that the wait will be longer than 30 mins when I arrived. She started to file my nails and she filed my nails way too close to my real skin, it hurt my nail. I pulled my hand away and said f*** (should have said fudge or any other word but it was way too sudden). And I told her I need a minute. She said it's just the heat and it's supposed to be like that. I told her in a calmly manner that I was little upset that I had to wait 35 mins to get my service. She told me my dip nail will only take 20 minutes more (it was 5 min in on the service) because when a customer makes an appointment it will only take 1 hr no matter how long the wait is. I thought she was lying because I've been to places to get dip nails done, most places take about at least 35-40 mins to take off and apply dip polish then grind it. She kept filing my other nails and I pointed out that she actually did file it so thin I could even feel how thin my nail is, compared to other part of my nail and I can feel my skin beneath it. She freaked out and screamed at me to get out. I'm fine with her declining the service but I never raised my voice, always said thank you and please- except when she filed my nail very close to my skin. Wow. Sorry that you were stressed because you were under staffed, and sorry that you were rushing it and filed my nail way too close to my skin. Sorry that I need to now live with my thinly filed nail being broken (when it grows out it'll break because it is so thin) for at least a month. read more

I've been getting my nails done for over 25 years, and never in all my life have I had such horrible service and the ugliest nails ever created by a nail technician. I will never go there again and I would highly recommend that nobody ever goes there either. The front desk guy was very nice and friendly. The best part of the experience. The lady that did my nails wasn't friendly, and did just an ok job at best. It cost $35 for a gel manicure, which I felt was overpriced for the quality of work, and minimal color options. The "massage" which comes with any manicure was literally 5-10 seconds on each hand, I kid you not. My friend got dip nails, hers were done by a guy, and looked much better then mine. I have been here three times. They are friendly and I have never had to wait for them to start on my services. Only place I found that can actually get an ingrown toenail out. I get NextGen (dip) nails and the three diferent times I've had different nail techs. All a shaped my nails exactly how I like them. I also get my eyebrows waxed here. I found this nail salon by chance when I was in the area and now drive 35 minutes to come back and it's totally worth the drive. Cindy is the BEST and her sisters do a great job too! I get Nexgen nails and they take their time and shape them perfectly (not too thick) for a very natural look. I love that they take care not to over file and damage my real nails. First time in to salon. I asked for a pedicure and dipped nails. Of course there is a language barrier but I did my best to understand the pointing. My pedicure was fine. I sat there for the longest time after my pedicure waiting for my nails to be done. I finally asked someone who was doing my nails. I was told someone who was helping someone at the time would do it. The woman who helped me was very rough and rude. My husband had just died and he had lots of health problems so my cuticles needed to be cleaned up. I asked her to do that and she laughed at me and how bad my hands looked. Her techniques were very tough and she made my cuticles bleed. After she was done I asked if anyone could wax my brows. I was flying out of town for my husbands funeral and needed that done. The same woman who did my nails did my brows. She took so much off my nice full brows that she tore skin on my eyelids and gave me pencil brows. I almost cried. They were terrible and I'll never go back. read more

In addition to getting your nails done, there's also a salon. I've seen ladies come to get their manicure and pedicure while their husbands go to the other side to get a cut. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star, it deserves negative stars! First of all, I went in to get a full set. After waiting for the techs for about 15 minutes, while she was doing pedicures, she finally attended to me, WITHOUT SANITIZING OR USING GLOVES! I was very upset that she went to working with someone's feet to my nails. Disgusting! As she began adding the tips to my nails, I noticed they weren't covering my nail very much, I asked her that if my real nail would show through, she said no. As she continued to finish my nails, she also continued to work on pedicures, going back and forth, again, WITHOUT SANITIZING! When she finished and I looked at my nails and was very unhappy, you could already see my real nail, the acrylics were full of bubbles, the filing was not done correctly. As I tried to explain this to her, she became very defensive and loud. She wanted me to show all the other customers my nails, I told her no, I would not be humiliated or talked to in such a way. She said she would cut them and for me to leave, I had already been there well over an hour. I told her I would pay and come back for them to be fixed, while explaining to her that I had limited time between work and school to come back. I paid and left completely humiliated and unhappy. I came back after I got numerous people telling me how bad my nails look, and had decided that rather than them being fixed, I just wanted my money back, especially after realizing how unsanitary this place is. I went in and asked to speak to the manager. The man working told me there wasn't a manager there but gave men their card and told me to call after 7. The lady that originally did my nails, who at first her name was Janice and then switched it to Tracy. I explained to her again what happened showing her how badly they looked, she said she couldn't refund my money because I paid. She then proceeded to tell me how badly the customers and technicians were speaking about me and that she had their phone numbers to back her up. At first she told me she was the assistant manager and later in the conversation said she was the owner. I called her out on that and the name change, she rolled her eyes and said "whatever." The man would try to speak but she told him to shut up and go sit down, continually tell him to shut up and not to answer what I was asking as he sat in his hair chair, eating a sandwich. I left without getting anything accomplished, spoken to very rudely and obviously being lied to, with my nails looking horribly. Please, please, please DO NOT go to this place, customer service is horrible, unsanitary, and unwilling to make the customer happy, all they want is money. read more
