I'm very disappointed with the service I received this time around. This was my third visit, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I kept coming back because it's conveniently located near my gym. I asked for a manicure along with dip removal. While my nails were soaking, the technician spent much of the time scrolling on her phone, repeatedly switching between using her phone and handling my hands. It didn't feel professional or sanitary. When it was time to remove the dip, she was very rough and ended up cutting me twice while filing off the remaining product. Afterward, she had me wash my hands. When I returned to the station, she had already moved on to another client. I was confused because I had specifically requested a manicure, and I expected the service to include basic nail care like trimming or filing my nails and cleaning up my cuticles. Instead, the service seemed to end after the dip removal. At that point, I chose not to say anything because, after being cut twice, I no longer felt comfortable having her continue working on my nails. I simply left and went somewhere else to have them finished. I understand that everyone has off days, but this experience fell well below my expectations and was disappointing enough that I won't be returning. read more

Nail area was not clean. They tried to tell me it was the acetone all over the "tables" and drink holders next to the seats, but the spots came off easily and the mess in the drink holders was a gritty dust (I assume it was from previously filed nails). All of the tables around me were in the same condition. All they would do is put a towel on top of it. I asked them "do you not wipe down your tables after each use?" no response, but then she (with a heavy sigh) went and got a spray bottle and rag and cleaned it up. Needless to say the stains all came off and the dust was gone. I double checked and made sure that the bag in the sink for my feet was a new one and it was. I also did not get the nail polish color that I recommend that I asked for, but with Fall coming, I didn't care this time. Also, all of the TV's had sports or political news on. Recently moved to Aubrey and trying out new Nail Salons in the area. I went to Posh Nail Salon for the first time and asked for my favorite manicure called NexGen. The technician applied (5) coats of the dipping powder making my nails so thick and bulky. Then she never trimmed the cuticles around the nails which made the nails look awful. Hated how my nails turned out and will not be returning. So my search for a good technician continues. read more

I love this place for the gel-x nails. I've been looking at the bad reviews however i believe that it depends on who you get as not all nail techs are equal in skills. I went here when it opened and I have yet to have a bad experience. I have had two different nails sex, and I love them both. Tran and Sophia are my girls to get my nails done. They are very meticulous and design oriented. They make sure my designs come out perfect and my ideas come to life. I had a 5pm appointment yesterday. It was my second time visiting the salon and my first experience was great. So, I'd told my mom and a few of my friends. This time, I watched them talk about the woman who was sitting next to me. The woman was an older Black woman. She had cute rose gold nails and seemed happy with the look. When she left, the lady at the counter ran to the window to watch her get in her car. She and one of the guys there proceeded to speak in another language (Tagalog I think) but would speak in English occasionally. The lady at the counter said "woman" but the sloppily built man (maybe the owner) said "animal". I heard them call her payaso (clown) and it went on for so long that I felt uncomfortable. I tipped my usual but will not be back. My nails were fine but I don't want to support any business that talks about their patrons that way. read more

They did ok work but they charge for every single thing that they do. If you get your nails shaped there is an up charge, they trimmed my cuticles and that was extra. I got a basic fill, basic shape and paid $70 with all the extras. I won't be back. read more

I've been looking for a new nail salon with my recent move to this area. I tried Posh this morning for a pedicure and while the salon was nice, new and clean the nail technician was awful. - Every salon I've been to starts with a foot soak - not here, they start out dry. - He removed nail polish then used the electric filer around my cuticles. After the 2nd nick I had to stop him. The alcohol spray later on was painful - He ran scalding water, didn't check it and then pushed my feet in. my feet were bright red. - Paraffin lasted 1 minute on one foot and 10 minutes on the other. - 15 minute massage with hot stones; 30 seconds only with hot stones the rest was by hand. - Filing of nails left them either crooked or sharp. I had to ask him to redo. He attempted to do it while my nails were slick with oil and lotion; I asked him to wait until they were cleaned off but he said "no". - Hot towels placed directly on legs without checking temperature- I asked him to remove and cool down a bit. - Excessive amount of oil used on feet and legs. I had to ask for a hot wet towel to wipe myself down before I could leave I'm not sure if the tech was new but he was distracted the whole time. I've never had an experience like this in my life and it was unpleasant. My bad for letting it continue past the point of getting nicked at the beginning, but I seriously thought it would get better. I will not be going back nor would I recommend. read more

Not a fan! I was looking for a new nail salon that was closer to my home and stumbled upon Posh. I did a dip and a pedi. The pedi was okay but my dip was as if a 5 year old did it. I had dip and polish all outside my nails; the skin underneath my nails, and the skin on the side of my nails. I read some of the reviews previous to going but wanted to give the benefit of doubt.
