Horrible. Just really bad. Went here a couple months ago because I just needed a basic manicure- nothing fancy. My friend came with me and she wanted a powder dip manicure. The place itself is a little outdated, but the people were friendly and gave us waters. But the nail service was just bad. Like, real bad. We left the salon, and my friend's nails were uneven! Like, noticeably uneven. And my nails have a bunch of lumps all over. The woman there was doing both our nails at the same time- she'd just alternate between the two of us. But, like, c'mon. Called this location , Their phone quality sounded very bad. I could barely hear them. They take no walk ins. Which , I always have to assure before going to any nail spot. He kept saying hello , hello, when my connection is great. I asked if they did Solar Nails. Yes. Natural nails. Yes. $50 or more. He states this service is on the higher end. Which solar isn't. It's the same thing as acrylic. Older formula by the way. I asked for the price on natural nails no tips . $50 or higher again . Then he disconnected the call. Didn't even ask if I'd like to set an appointment. I could by this interaction First : Don't want any business Second : don't care about questions potential customers may have Three: have no phone etiquete for the least. Fourth: no transparency. Be honest , if you don't know , get someone that does know. For beginners , he could have answered by saying " Hello, thank you for calling HD NAILS. How may I help you?" Can't hear me? "caller , if you are there I cannot hear you." I just know even if I set up an appointment this would be a bad experience all together from this initial interaction. read more

I've been a customer for over 5 years and I can't express how disappointed I am. I will admit they are nice people until you have a complaint. Whenever I got a new set Lee would never soak them off she would pick the acrylic off my nails. I can't express the pain. I asked several times to soak then off and told them I'd pay extra, but she immediately had an attitude WTH. Not only did it hurt but it damages your nail. Today I walked out and will never go back. I hate changing nail techs but I'm fed up with her. If you're ok getting the acrylic lifted off your nails and you enjoy pain, it's a great place. Crappy customer service. Went in and wanted a pedicure until I remembered I had a recent blister on the underside of my foot and was probably not a good idea so I opted for just my toenails polished. That's when the big guys attitude went from good to crabby and the water that he was supposed to bring me was all of a sudden forgotten about. He also complained about filing my nails a bit (did it but very hesitantly). Wasn't asking him to resurrect Jesus but okkkk. I asked again if he could make them a bit more straight when his attitude became more apparent and he said that could only be accomplished with a pedicure. I decided to just end it right there. Everywhere else I've gone when you get a polish change they file your nails a bit and shape them better. When I get there I'm told she can't give me a fill she has to give me a new set for $60 when this current set is only 1 month old all because she didn't do the original set! No, absolutely not. They took such great care of me! I called and made a same day appointment. They were busy when I wanted to come in and were still able to accommodate. I felt like my technician wasn't rushing me. Precisely filing each nail to the perfect shape and going the extra mile making them equal to the other hand. Something my OCD Self does at home after I will definitely be back! Loved my gel nails from my last visit. Color is pretty and I liked how they did not have to use a drill on my old gel nails to remove them. They lasted two weeks before starting to lift. Only thing I wish was done differently is how the pedicure felt very rushed and I was the only customer there at the time. Massage was the shortest one I've ever received (2 minutes max). Other than that I would advise you to book an appointment in advance since they apparently only have two people working and get busy quickly if you're not there early when they open. read more

I was looking for a new place since moving to the area. The reviews on here did not steer me wrong. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The owners/staff are beyond kind. They are attentive, polite, and absolutely the sweetest to everyone that walked through the door. I had a Deluxe Pedicure and enjoyed every minute of it. I felt like he took his time and did an amazing job. My toenails were painted perfectly. I even brought my own polish - which many places kind of frown on - and he was very nice about it and even complimented the color. The atmosphere is very calming and quiet. I highly recommend this place. I would suggest making an appointment if you plan to go later in the day as it seems they can get rather busy. Was refused service because of a small (legitimately tiny cut) that the guy said he was scared to work with. I said I was fine with him working near it. He told me to come back when it heals. I said I don't have time to do that and have family in the area but he still said he couldn't do it- over a very small, almost entirely unnoticeable cut. This place is awesome. Everyone is so kind and caring. I went with a broken toe and was super nervous but they took great care of me. They were constantly making sure I was ok. I got color changing gel for my manicure and pedicure and selected the "Luxury Pedicure." It was amazing. The massage was wonderful and lasted for at least 20 minutes. Place is clean, staff is very friendly. They offer you a drink before starting to work on you. Prices are on point and the nails turn up mighty fine. I love that they give you a menu with the different choices of services, and don't try to sell you their higher price services, they'll explain the differences, if you're new to their place, but let yoy decide.
