I go to her because she's one on one, she has a suite in a salon. She really takes great care and you really feel good afterwards. I was scared to get my nails done because of the virus but I felt comfortable going to her. There's no other people in the room, it's impeccably clean, there's plexiglass dividers, she wears a mask and you wear one too. My feet look so much better and I feel normal again. 5 stars all the way. I usually text her to make appointments

I've come both times on a Saturday with no appointment and had no trouble getting in. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, and my nails have turned out exactly how I ask both times. Tom has done both a manicure and pedicure for me and did such a fabulous job! Jenny did my pedicure today and was wonderful as well. They have every option of nails and designs you could think of and I loved that I got my mani and pedi done at the same time. I hate sitting for 2 hours to do each separately. They also have a cute little selection of complimentary drinks, some wine, beer, cocktails, pop, tea, water. Really great experience, I think this is my new nail spot!

I…read morecouldn't choose between a couple of colors, but I knew I wanted something bright, beautiful, and bold. Ben helped me narrow it down to 349, Canadian Maple, and I have had nothing but compliments since! We decided last minute to add an accent nail, and even with my indecisiveness he seemed to know exactly what I wanted! I cannot wait to be back for another set as soon as time allows. Plus the service comes with your choice of beverage. The only criticism I have is that the filing was a little rough, to the point where one of my fingers bled a little tiny amount. My nails are perfectly sharp, however, which is exactly what I wanted, and more than worth it if you ask me. If you're looking for somewhere new, look NO further!

Lana is highly skilled and pays a lot of attention to the structure of the nails. They always look thin, elegant, and natural instead of thick or heavy. I'm always happy with the results and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail work!

I really wanted to love my experience at Rachael's Nails because there is so much potential here…read more The salon itself is super clean, neat, and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is calm, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and kind, which I really appreciated. I had a young man as my nail tech, and while he was very sweet and clearly trying his best, I think he may need a bit more training, especially with dip powder. I came in with a few dip nails lifting and had to cut them super short. I asked for very short oval or almond-shaped nails, showed reference photos, and politely explained what I was hoping for. However, I had to repeat a few things multiple times, including wanting all my nails the same short length. In the end, the shape came out round, not quite what I asked for, which was disappointing. The appointment took from 12 to 3 PM, and after sitting for so long, my back was in pain. I had to keep shifting and eventually asked to move to a different chair, which they were kind enough to allow, though I wish someone had checked in earlier to make sure I was comfortable. There was also a mix-up with the top coat. When he applied it, it stayed gummy, and the manager or owner had to step in and completely redo the dip, taking time away from another customer. I felt really bad about that. Even after the fix, the final product unfortunately wasn't up to par. It's now only been a week, and the dip is already lifting and catching in my hair, when normally it lasts me three weeks. As for my pedicure, the woman who worked on my toes was great, also very nice and gentle. But again, I had to politely repeat my preferences for shape and length a couple of times before it was right. All in all, the people here are lovely, the salon is immaculate, and there's a lot to appreciate. But from my experience, I'd say there's still room for improvement in technique and customer comfort during long appointments. I also found the price to be a bit higher than expected, especially given the quality and longevity of the dip. I truly hope the young tech gets the training and support he needs. He has a great attitude and demeanor, which is a solid foundation. I'd love to return in the future once they've had a bit more experience under their belt.
