This place is still my go-to! I've been coming to Bliss Nail Spa since soon after I moved to Frisco, which is about 8 years now and it's only got better year after year! They still have the comfy massage chairs with the foot soaking tubs for pedicures, but they've also expanded their offerings for gel manicures / pedicures, and acrylics. I admit I've started doing the gel with them and I love how long it lasts on my nails. Even better, a few times I've done something dumb and chipped a nail just a couple of days after a manicure and they're always happy to fix it for me! The staff is so nice to me and my daughter, they're spacious, there's TVs and most of the chairs offer wireless charging for your phones. They've added a "head spa" in the back, and I think they do waxing too, so it's honestly a one stop shop for excellent work! Love them! read more

Bliss Nail Salon in Frisco is a pretty salon with nice decor, but unfortunately the service and overall experience did not match the price. During my visit, the technician doing my nails was extremely rough with my hands, constantly yanking and pulling them around while working. It made the appointment uncomfortable instead of relaxing, which is the whole point of going to a nail salon. The one positive was the pedicure -- the technician who did that did a great job and the massage portion was excellent. Not long after my appointment, two of my nails broke. When I returned to have them fixed, I was told that because it had been more than seven days since my visit, they would charge $10 to repair them. When nails break that quickly after being done, I would expect a salon to stand behind their work rather than immediately charge the customer again. There are a lot of nail salons in the Frisco area, and unfortunately this one did not deliver the level of service you would expect for the prices they charge. Ever since Bliss Nail Salon opened two years ago, my mom and I haven't gone anywhere else--and for good reason. The entire team is incredibly thoughtful and caring. The salon itself is always clean, peaceful, and relaxing, and the massage chairs are honestly the best we've experienced. Lately, we've been seeing Jenn and Mimi, who are both fantastic, but truly every manicurist we've had has been wonderful. We always leave feeling happy and more than satisfied. I always have a great experience getting my pedicures at Bliss. I really like the amazing new chairs with the controls on the arm rest, they are really comfortable and give great massages. The staff is always there to pamper my every need. I can't wait for the new service bar to open it looks great. They always spend a lot of time on my pedicures and make sure everything is perfect. The service I receive doesn't compare to places I have been in the past. The salon is always neat and clean and they always attend to my the drink of my choice. I was on the search for a new nail salon after the nail tech at my regular spot moved away. After reading reviews for Bliss Nail Spa, I decided to give them a try. The nail salon is tastefully decorated and fairly large in size. I called and made an appointment and they were able to quickly get me in at that time slot. I've been here twice so far and so far so good. The first time I got my NexGen nails done, the girl did a good job and was very careful with her work. She did take a little bit longer but she made sure she did her work gently and with care. Overall, her work was decent but certainly not the best I've had done on my nails. A few of the nails were shaped differently and had different lengths. I'm pretty particular about my nail shape and length so this definitely lost one star for me. The second time I went I got my NexGen nails plus a pedicure. The guy who did my nails this time was a little bit more "rough" and was definitely quicker. However, he did a fantastic job as far as making sure all my nails were shaped perfectly. The pedicure was average but was relaxing. I will most likely be making this spot my go to nail spot as they get the job done and their prices seem on par with other nail salons in the area. read more

This is the 3rd time we had issues and final for us. 1st time issue, we made appointment and we were not seen for 30 minutes and had a complete rush job, disappointing when you come to relax and expect quality service and pay good $$. 2nd time issue, we made appointment for Nail tech Daisy and arrived 5 minutes late and were told Daisy was no longer available. Really after 5 minutes. 3rd time issue, We made an appointment a full day before to ensure nail tech Daisy would be available for my husband. We arrived 5 minutes early for our 12pm appointment. Well 30 minutes later Daisy was still with another client. And they did not even apologize or anything. My husband left after waiting 20 minutes - ruined our day of relaxing. And to top it off - I asked for a Gel manicure $38 and bliss pedicure. The gel manicure was cuticle removal, filling nail and gel polish. That was it!! Nothing else, no soaking or massage!!! Guy did a poor job on pedicure, look at the pictures. I was sooo over this place and very annoyed! So if you don't care about your time or quality of work this is your place. I'm really conflicted about what to give this nail salon because I did end up loving my nails, but the experience itself was not the best. Firstly, I think it's a really nice and comfortable nail salon. It's quite large, but it doesn't seem like they had enough employees working at the time I came in. I asked for a simple nail design (smiley and frowning face on my ring fingers), but they no longer have artists working. The nail tech who worked on my nails made me bleed twice, and he quickly wiped away the blood with a towel. I've never had someone be that rough with my fingernails before. I am pretty happy with my nails given my nail tech isn't experienced with designs, and he tried his best. However, I shouldn't be in pain when he's tending to my cuticles. read more

Honestly, I don't know why I kept giving them my business. Their customer service is absolutely awful and more than half the technicians there don't have the skills to do simple dip nails or even a pedicure. The amount of time I've wasted to go back in to fix something they messed up is ridiculous. And then they have the audacity to tell me they're going to charge me for something that needs to be fixed. Half of the nail techs cause pain when trying to remove the dip nails with a drill and leaves the cuticles absolutely disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Only go here if you're really in a pinch because they're ALWAYS available. My daughter went to this nail salon a couple weeks ago. A few days after she had her manicure I noticed her fingers were a mess. We tried to self treat it with Neosporin but it kept getting worse. I finally made her go to the doctors as it was worse and spreading. She got a STAPH INFECTION from this place using unsanitary tools. Avoid this place. STAPH is a very serious infection. She has to be on oral antibiotics and use a special cream. We asked for a refund on our visit and they are giving her the run around. Pricing is decent, and they do a good job, although I never feel my nails are as shiny as they usually are after a gel manicure; I don't know if it's the topcoat they use or what. I am in love with this nail spa. So I ventured out and tried a deluxe gel pedicure. Talk about an experience! Tracy the technician took her time and was very particular with my skin and nails. From start to finish I felt like a princess. She explained why gel pedicure was great and showed me an example of what it would look like and the ease it offered. They ended up charging me another service fee because we switched service even when both services were the SAME PRICE, claiming they had to provide a new service when they were already giving a re-do service anyway and had the audacity to say they will not go back and forth with me about the price and can call the authorities if needed in addition to slamming in the desk with visible frustration, like what????! Last time was a cuticle, this time they used a cheese grater and sliced off a hunk of flesh prior to soaking it in hot salty water and covering it in hot wax. After an hour of pain all they could do was apologize and offer me $6 off my pedicure. If they had comped my service at 100% I still wouldn't go back but might have skipped this review. I've started coming to Bliss a couple of months ago for Nexgen manicure. So many colors to choose from! Hana is great, she is a filing happy nail tech and is determined to get them the right shape which I totally appreciate. I also have had one with Emmie/Emmy I believe was her name, she was kind of sloppy when applying and cut me pretty good while filing one of my nails while also telling me my nails were really hard cause I have small hands about 3-4 times?! I was thinking "well you're more than welcome to find someone else..? lol" so that was kind of weird. I wouldn't recommend her for Nexgen... maybe she is great at pedicures?! BY FAR THOUGH, Anna did my nails a couple of days ago and she is now my GO-TO. She was quick but precise and double checking, love that! I have not stopped looking at my nails because I LOVE THEM!
