Getting a pedicure is a rare luxury these days, and we chose Dash Nail Spa based on their high rating. Unfortunately, our family visit (a manicure and two pedicures) was a complete disaster that resulted in actual physical injury. The Major Issues: Safety & Injury: My pedicurist used a hard pumice stone on the soft skin behind my heel with extreme force. Because of a significant language barrier, I couldn't get her to stop until the damage was done. My heels were left with bleeding abrasions. She applied a brown powder to stop the bleeding, but the wounds are significant and I am concerned about permanent scarring. Lack of Communication: It was nearly impossible to communicate preferences or pain levels. When I pointed out an area that needed cleaning, I was told it "wasn't covered," followed by the aggressive scrubbing that caused my injuries. Subpar Quality: Once we got home, the extent of the poor workmanship became clear. My wife's polish was uneven and poorly applied. My daughter's manicure was lopsided, with one hand's nails significantly longer than the other. Final Verdict: Do not let the 4.9-star rating fool you. This was not just a "bad paint job"--it was a painful, unprofessional experience that left me wounded. Please look elsewhere for your nail services. I love coming to this bright and open area nail salon. The big windows make the large salon feel even larger. It's a very clean space, doesn't have that overbearing chemical smells like other salons do! They have an extensive amount of polishes and powders with different finishes from everything to matte, glitter, chrome, and cat eye! I guess I won't gatekeep, but, my pedicurist was Lucy! She's honestly the best! She gives a great massage and is very friendly to talk to. read more

Came here on a recommendation from a few friends after being completely screwed over by my longtime (5 years) nail salon for the last time! I am so happy I did! Everyone working there was so friendly and accommodating. The salon was clean and had lots of nice little touches! I got my nails done with Joyce and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. She was detailed and attentive and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it! The prices were clearly laid out and I didn't feel surprised by what I was charged. I cannot speak to the longevity of my nails yet since it's only been a day but Dash has gained a new customer in me! I recently moved to the area and decided to try this nail salon. My first visit was wonderful! The technician was skilled and gentle and I left with perfectly done nails. It gave me high hopes for this place. Unfortunately, my second visit was a completely different experience. The technician I had this time trimmed my cuticles so aggressively that nearly all my nails started bleeding. I was in a lot of pain during and after the appointment. I really wanted this to be my go-to salon but after my last experience, I'm not sure. read more

My eyebrow girl (Lang--apologies in advance I may be spelling this incorrectly) was a bit rushy today and not so talkative but we are human and all have life stuff going on so you can't expect everyday to be 100%. I'm a customer with a million places to choose from for service but okay I get it. The waxing service was okay- didn't really take a look at them until I hit the car, totally my fault because I would have asked for my left eyebrow to be cleaned up a bit more. Moving forward, she has been my go-to for a few months now and I hate switching up my self care folks unless I really have to, so I'll charge this one to the game and go back once more in high hopes I'm totally satisfied next time around before I find a new place and a new waxer! :) read more

I had to stop by target for press ons in order to not have nubs for my anniversary dinner. My wife and I stopped in for Aroma pedicures and manicures with a builder gel set for me. After a considerable wait to get started the technicians began with pedicures followed by my wife's standard manicure. After an hour I asked about my nails and was reassured someone was coming. After another 30minutes my wife asks only to be told they don't have anyone who can do it because people were out for the holiday. This was not communicated at all for almost 2 hours. The technician they pointed out to do my nails once we were completely done had been working on a lady who came in well after us but I was still expected to wait. While I enjoyed the aesthetic, cleanliness, and most of the staff, I was very upset to leave after an hour and a half without my manicure due to the salon being short staffed and leadership having poor communication skills. Ultimately, poor communication left me leaving after an hour and a half service to an anniversary dinner without the builder gel set I requested much less a simple manicure which was the most important service in comparison to a pedicure. read more

Today was my first time at this salon. I got the NextGen, dip nails service. I was warmly greeted upon walking in and directed to an area in the front to choose which nail dip color I wanted. They had a lot of colors to choose from. I was seated as soon as I made my selection and offered a beverage. My nail tech (didn't catch his name) was great. He had my old dip off and new color on and done within an hour. It was quick, easy, and the results were great. I think that's the quickest service I've had in a while. Each table has their own cell phone stand and nail dish if you choose to take off your rings. I thought it was a cute touch. I didn't get a pedicure, but the chairs looked extra comfy. The price was very affordable and the salon was beautifully decorated. All in all the salon was very relaxing. The choice of decor was not super flashy which made the vibe relaxing and welcoming. Stopped in after our previous salon switched owners and went down hill fast. I saw the many amazing reviews and decided to give Dash a try. After arriving the owner Tyler walked us through the manicure and pedicure options. After selecting we were seated and waited over 20 minutes before the water was turned on. Once services started we enjoyed our pedicures and then another tech came over to start my nails. I asked that she start my wife's since she was getting the builder gel set but was told someone else would come for her. No one ever came. After both of us asked several times we were finally told they were short staffed and would have to wait on someone who could do builder gel since people were on vacation and they were short staffed. The technician that we were waiting on was completing a set for a woman who came in almost an hour after we had arrived. We decided to leave without my wife's nails getting done due to the time wasted before we were informed and an upcoming anniversary dinner reservation. Great staff, i got a pedicure and manicure which were both great. I had a lady named lena who was super nice and sweet. Great overall vibe.

I made an appointment and drove 40 mins to get my nails done as their instagram pics showed very pleasing pics and so I asked for the same nails as their page showed and they defiantly did not deliver. I asked for gel x nail and they gave me dip powder because the lady in the front had zero communication with the tech. nails were oddly shaped and when I communicated that to the lady she started getting annoyed that once she put on the dip powder it will be fine so I waited until she was done and the results were pointed lifted nails. They had another lady come and fix them and she did make them a bit better but it was not what I was looking for and they were still lifted and pointed. The next day I called and asked if they can redo my nails since they looked bad and the lady that picked up the phone said she will call me back and have the ask the manager. Well, I never got a call. My expectations from them was to at least deliver what they showed on social media as their own nails and designs.
