I picked the deluxe pedicure, and Thuy (pronounced "toy") did a great job. All the ladies are from Vietnam and are very polite. They did not try to up sell me any gel nails or waxing services, so that is GREATLY appreciated. My constructive criticism is that the paraffin wax could be hotter, and the stones were a bit too warm for me. The massage was good and did the trick after being sore from working out - much better than Empress Nails in Little Elm. They also didn't have plastic bags in their foot tubs like other places for sanitary reasons. I didn't see how they clean the tubs since they just had new comers sit in unused seats. The price is okay, pretty much average to what you'll see in DFW suburbs. I live in Savannah so this salon will definitely be a staple for me when I need to decompress and fix those janky toes!!

Evidently it was $60 each bc that was the deal Yelp offered. But I guess they went down on the price - and that is refreshing. They weren't highly skilled in the art of reflexology or massage. But they worked really hard and actually ended the 1 hour massage at 1 hour and 15 minutes. So many places end it at 50 minutes to "give you time to get dressed." That is really annoying. They seemed really careful with being clean. Everyone wore masks and they brought in in heavy tubs of hot water for our feet to rest in while they started the massage on our heads. Once they got to the feet, they didn't come back to the other areas until they had washed our feet, taken out the tubs of water and washed their hands. And I didn't leave smelling like a Big Mac or cigarette smoke, like I have at medical massage, so that was nice. They also used hot stones for no extra charge. The only negatives, and really for the price, no one can complain, but the massage tables were cheap and choked us both bc the cushioning was off for the face. The lotion was thin and unremarkable. There was quite a bit of hair pulling and muscle popping going on. And if we were supposed to get true reflexology, that wasn't it. I studied and practiced it myself, so I do know how it's supposed to go. Also the English was limited to "Ok?" But overall, definitely worth coming back to and way better than more expensive places we've used.

Racist. Never in my life have I had terrible service at a nail salon. I came in to get a mani-pedi and was told to come back at 7pm (which was 45mins later) and I said okay sounds good. I came back right at 7pm and noticed that the girl that was in front of me was being taken care of. This was the same girl that came in and said oh wrong place and left...I brushed it off though because she probably was JUST getting her nails done. They told me to sit and wait for a couple of minutes, but I was sitting there for 30mins waiting. At that point I asked if I can at least let my hands soak so I can get the old nails off while I wait for someone to assist me. After that I waited ANOTHER 30mins with no one checking on me or anything. The same white girl that was in front of me started to get her feet done at this time..At that point I got up put on my shoes and left. This place has terrible service and I just moved over here and needed a nail place of my own. NEVER AGAIN will I go here. This is what I left with since NO ONE came and rubbed the old nail off while it was soaking. I just finished taking it off in the car. read more

I love this place! It's clean very good atmosphere and the owner and staff are always so helpful! They provide you with complimentary drinks and have all the newest techniques and product. Very good techs and they are always busy especially on weekends so make appointments. I bring my two step daughters and my hubs. Hubs doesn't like getting services because he is too much of a mans man but the owner still offers him and the girls drinks. I get the next gen and I've had most of the nail techs who can shape and they have the best pedicure staff. The owner I know for a fact speaks with his staff and also gets rid of ones who are not very good. I have my favorites but I know every time I go in I will be taken care of. My best friend goes here to and she drives out of the way to go. Keep up the great work and you will have me family and friends business for a long time coming. read more

Unfortunately, my last visit my dip nails started lifting after only one week! I'm certain it was due to bad application. My gel pedicure also cracked after a week and a half on 1 toe. I went in to let them know my situation and they assured me I could get my nails fixed for free. (They said this because it was busy inside and customers were listening) optics.....I come back in at the time they stated, and they then let me know they actually wouldn't let me get them redone for free and that I would only get $5 off. What a coincidence that there was no one inside to put on a show for when they gave me that information. It's unfortunate that the nail tech rushed the service and my nails are clearly a result of that but they refuse to own this issue. I will not be returning here and if you are looking for a new regular nail place, I just wanted to give a warning! There are a ton of nail places in the area and it won't be difficult to find another. Tina posts below other terrible reviews on here making claims that she'll fix the poor application... not even a month ago someone else commented after just 2 weeks their nails lifted. PS. Also see the crooked nails! Terrible application In response to the below comment: it was only $5 that was offered and it's clear you only care about the appearance of providing good customer service. If what you say is true about only repairing them after one week you wouldn't have told me upfront that you would repair them free of charge then had me come back in to tell me you wouldn't do it. Your nail tech obviously didn't apply the dip correctly, so just own up to the mistake. You wasted my time by having me return so you wouldn't appear badly in front of the customers inside.

Less than three days after getting a manicure, the polish is chipping on several nails. I have not done anything out of the ordinary, and since I use my dishwasher, have not had my hands in water for anything like washing dishes. I still give a positive review for the cuticle and surrounding area clean up because that was done well with attention to detail. However p, the polish, even regular polish should last more than two days. If I polish my own nails at home as an amateur the polish lasts more than two or three days. Before anyone tries to tell me it's because it wasn't gel polish, I can share that right down the street from this shop, One Nail Bars classic manicures are comparably priced and usually last at least a week. Picasso Nails in Frisco classic manicure has lasted a full two weeks. So, I probably won't return for a classic manicure because there are better option. However, my pedicure is holding up better and so far, I am still satisfied with the mid range pedicure with regular polish.

I also chose to get my cuticles cut and that was only $6 and yes, I did it. A lot of other salons want to charge $10 or more and I think that's ridiculous. When I politely pointed out the difference and asked if I could choose another color, the employee simply got up and walked away without saying a word. Another worker came over, leaving me feeling confused and extremely uncomfortable. This is a customer service business, and customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for asking a reasonable question. On top of that, the salon did not appear clean, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing a positive experience. The overall atmosphere was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
