The quality has been inconsistent--several times my nails have been crooked, and my last manicure before Valentine's Day lasted less than two weeks. The builder gel became dull and cracked, which is unusual for me. As my nails usually last 4 weeks at other places. On my most recent visit, I called ahead to confirm my service, but the appointment felt rushed and inconvenient to the staff. I was asked for payment before my nails were even finished and felt pushed out before they were dry. Overall, I didn't feel valued as a customer and won't be returning, but wanted to share my experience for others.

I tried this new nail spot in town since it's closer to home than my usual nail salon, and I wanted…read moreto give it a chance. Right when you walk in, the décor really stands out--it has a Spanish-style home vibe, which I thought fit the name perfectly. They also offer two complimentary drinks, and their famous margarita is actually delicious. The reason I'm giving this place three stars comes down to pricing. They have very few pedicure packages, and the price jumps significantly from one package to the next without much added value. For the price I paid, it didn't feel very lavish. If anything, it felt like I was paying more for the complimentary drink than for the pedicure itself. Since it's a new salon, I'm hoping they'll continue to develop and improve over time. For now, it was a decent experience, but the pricing is something to consider.

I have a lot of…read moreallergies and try to use natural / chemical free whenever possible, and it lasts as long as gel without the harsh chemicals. The nails techs have generally been kind, deliberate, communicate effectively and ensure you're happy. I've also always had an appointment though. I recently stopped in at 1pm on a random Wednesday when I had a couple hours to spare, thinking I would not need an appointment -- I was wrong. It did not look busier than normal and had several empty stations where I would have thought they'd offer to put me to soak until someone was available but I was told it was a 2 to 3 hour wait and encouraged to make an appointment. It seems there are two kinds of nail salons: those that make you feel genuinely welcomed the moment you walk in: offering a drink, trying to fit you in if they can, and making hospitality part of the experience, and those that are more appointment-driven and transactional. In my experience, while the work is good and dazzle dry may entice me to revisit, this salon falls into the latter category. TLDR: always book ahead.

After several horrendous experiences I found Valerie at this salon. She and her husband know what they are doing! They are a little pricier however ... they are up front about it AND the service is QUALITY and sanitary! They put the time and effort into the service rather than the "bar" aspect with drinks/cocktails like other nail salons in the area ... I care about my nails and can get drinks elsewhere... I'm sure they have it available if you want but it's not something that masks the quality of the work. Valerie is skilled in design and will tell you exactly what the design will take before she starts. I get dip and design on my natural nails. What I like is how the whole process is done with attention to detail. Also, my preferences with how I want my nails to look. The online booking service is so convenient and they have a loyalty program, which is what I had at my last place. I haven't gotten any other services but so happy with my dip manicures.

Ive been trying to strengthen my nails and did regular polish instead of gel, hoping itll last at leasttt a week. I got home and my ring finger nail chipped and cracked and had to cut it short. By Tuesday my nails started chipping and mind you I dont even do house work or anything like that. I had ONLY 3 gelX nails for removal, but was charged a full GelX removal. Mani pedi combo for regular polish was $55 ended up paying $75. My cuticles were not cleaned all that well either, theyre almost all still there. Over all I wouldn't go back.

I kept coming back because it's conveniently located near my gym. I asked for a manicure along with dip removal. While my nails were soaking, the technician spent much of the time scrolling on her phone, repeatedly switching between using her phone and handling my hands. It didn't feel professional or sanitary. When it was time to remove the dip, she was very rough and ended up cutting me twice while filing off the remaining product. Afterward, she had me wash my hands. When I returned to the station, she had already moved on to another client. I was confused because I had specifically requested a manicure, and I expected the service to include basic nail care like trimming or filing my nails and cleaning up my cuticles. Instead, the service seemed to end after the dip removal. At that point, I chose not to say anything because, after being cut twice, I no longer felt comfortable having her continue working on my nails. I simply left and went somewhere else to have them finished. I understand that everyone has off days, but this experience fell well below my expectations and was disappointing enough that I won't be returning.
